I brought my recently purchased 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible with 92,000 miles in for a synthetic oil change and transmission service (fluid and filter). Josh Arenson was great about getting me in and explaining what to expect and the costs...less than I had expected. Josh is very good at his job and real asset to Wickstrom.
They also conducted a bumper-to-bumper inspection and provided a report on all findings. All good.
The Waiting Area is very spacious and comfortable. I also took advantage of the free car wash on the way out.

Currently stranded outside this Chrysler service dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 later! We were told by Mike to come on Monday, they will give us a rental car and fix the problem they originally did not fix. Tech now agrees that he missed checking for tire rub (they said with “150% certainty” concluded before the knocking was definitely due to ball joints). The tech doesn’t even recommend adding wheel spacers. We were just told by Marco that they will only cover one day of the rental car and we have to pay the rest of the days while they order and charge us for more parts. We originally came in for a knocking sound while making a hard right turn and wheel alignment. After installing new ball joints, u joints, and sway bar that was supposed to fix the issue. Get to the dealership to find the Jeep battery dead outside, we get home, make a hard right turn...the knocking is still very present. $4300.00 and the problem still exists. This company is nothing more that parts dealers! This is not the first time we have run into incompetence with this dealership! 2 years ago we came for a air conditioning inspection and repair. 2 years later, the air conditioner is not working again. To find there never was an inspection in the first place, just a belt replacement. If you choose to work with this company, beware of the miscommunication from the middle people/parts dealers and try to talk directly to the mechanic. Their warranty is 2 years bc that’s their work only last that long. Careful when they say to come back in and they will fix it, there is no fixing, you will be stuck out with no solution, just pushing parts and their incompetence is something you will have to pay for. The wheel alignment still pulls to the right after repair. Beware!

Also had my repair done in less than 24 hours after dropping it off. Travis definitely made the "costly repair stress" disappear by going above and beyond for me, 10 out of 10 rating was given without a doubt!!
