I was in town for a few days while taking care of family business. While there I had vehicle trouble. I contacted GMC and the representative helping me emailed the local dealerships with my particular needs. That SAME AFTERNOON Phil with Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank called me. He was sympathetic to my situation, and I truly felt he would do what he could to help. He said he would call me the next day...AND HE DID CALL ME THE NEXT DAY! In a day and time where many businesses’ customer service seems nonexistent at best it was pleasantly surprising that it was the exact opposite at Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! Phil took care of everything and had me an appointment with Eric the next day. I was promptly and courteously greeted by a service technician who immediately directed me toward Eric. I was kept updated as to the progress with my vehicle and called as soon as it was completed. I cannot say enough wonderful and positive things about Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! I travel and have had reason to visit many dealerships but this one is top notch!! Phil and Eric are true assets to this business!! With that being said - Phil even called me today to thank ME for my business and to ask if everything was ok, to my liking, and to see if I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Metarie, Westbank, New Orleans area (and beyond)! Businesses can sell all day long but great customer service in the repair department is truly what keeps folks returning!

After searching for a dealership that had the best price on the vehicle we loved, we found that Legacy Buick GMC offered us the best deal we could have asked for. The product specialist was very informative and friendly. We were offered a fair deal on our trade. We love our new Enclave and look forward to many years of memories traveling in it.
Car not as advertised - CTS-V car
High end CTS-V advertised with 1,500 miles and "like New Condition". Dealt with local salesman and Used Car manager Seth Lorio. After several calls and discussions, car mileage was changed to 2,300,but sales manager had looked the car over and said it was prefect with no paint problems, dents, scratchs etc.
Paid full asking price and had vehicle shipped to local detail salon for application of paint protectant and protective film for the front of the car. Owner of the detail shop showed me multiple abrasions in the paint caused by high speed buffing( not professionally done), scratches and paint swirls.
Used Car manager at dealership was not helpful in rectifying the situation. Paid $600 to have car brought to "like new condition". Appeared that this manager was not the best at representing the Cadillac brand, and the expectations that a discription has on buying/selling.

Worst service department experience ever!!! The staff is very nonchalant about their less than apt customer service. I arrived on time for my 10:00AM service appointment. After 5 hours of patiently waiting, I inquired about the status of my vehicle only to be told that no work had begun on my vehicle. No one took ownership for basically forgetting about me as a customer. When I spoke with the manager he was very condescending and offered no real apology or attempt to rectify the situation. After 6 1/2 I finally received my car. My ticket stated that I refused service on my vehicle because I finally stated that I could no longer wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Walker GMC placed numerous other customers before me and acted as if it was no big deal that I was in their place of business for 6 1/2 hours and received no service.

We bought a 2015 Yukon from this dealership. The salesman, Brennan, was great! Once we had the vehicle started noticing several issues. Heated seats not working properly so they fixed that. Took in several times for vibration. First time they told us they realigned it and checked tire balance. No change. Second time they told us they balanced again but this time we had a bent rim they couldn't fix. We bought vehicle like this, we did not damage it. They would not replace the rim, we had to buy another one. We even had the wheel and tire protection. Not covered because it still holds air. Then we wanted the brakes checked because vibration when braking. Everybody knows the first thing you check is the rotors. They told us we needed new brakes which we got because we were leaving to go to the mountains. No change, still vibrating. Took it back. "Oh, must be the rotors!" Duh, you should have checked them already! Scheduled an appointment to get rotors turned and wheel fixed. End of day comes and we heard nothing. Called and they said they haven't gotten to it yet because they were still busy from previous week. Why did we make an appointment then? They were no help! Friendly but no help at all! Then they couldn't even find a rim like ours. Turned out whoever owned before us put Cadillac 22's on it. Morgan GMC said they can get for $575. We found on Amazon for $375. Then we had to take it somewhere else to get put on! First and possibly last vehicle I buy from them. Oh, now we have a recall on the steering.... not looking forward to TRY getting that done!

They had me find my own finance company; then lied COMPLETELY about the downpayment. Had us go sign all the finance docs and everything; then a get to the dealership to get to car and they tell us they need an additional $2200 that I didn't have... And left is standing there feeling stupid for ever trusting a thing ANYTHING that was told to us. STAY AWAY!!! And they helped to finish destroying my credit in the process. I got MY finance company to go up $1000 and the dealershio wouldn't even come down the $1300 that was left to cover it. They said $500 was all they could do, but not the remaining 800 because of all the crap they"did to it for me before I got there" that I didn't want, need, or ask for!!!

I purchased a used truck from this dealership and oh boy that was a huge mistake. They promise a world before the vehicle is sold and after that they won’t even recognize you. I am a business owner myself, but I wouldn’t flat out cheat anyone to make some bucks. That’s exactly what these folks did to me. Was promised some accessories in few week of the delivery of the vehicle but never heard a words from the great sales person, who was your best friend when you were a potential customer. I paid $3000 over the market value for the vehicle I bought in hopes of better service, but I couldn’t be more wrong. I should have done more research. My suggestion to any potential buyer is to stay away from this dealership. Absolutely worst experience.

i bought a gm certified, pre owned gmc 1500 ext cab sle. i was not informed until after the papers were signed that the gm certified warranty is void if you finance with anyone but gmac. now i have a truck with a collapsed front spring, and some other lose parts in the front end. i have owned the truck for 5 days, and the guys at cooper say i have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Thats not right, if a vehicle is certified, it should be certified no matter how its paid for. even though i have friends that work at cooper,..i cannot recommend anyone use this dealership.

Salesman was arrogant and acted as if I did not know what I was talking about ( probably knew more than him and that is his job) They missed out on a good sale because of his attitude and body language. I will not return to that place.
