Service is good. This was the 2nd time I took my F150 to Wray Ford for service. Both times it was for the AC. I would give them 5 stars except for 2 things. First, it took over a week to get parts. It would not be an issue excepet for my 2nd reason for the 4 stars, communication. I'm not going to name names, but my service tech, while a really nice guy, only called me when the truck was ready for pickup. Before that, despite saying he would call me at least 3 times, I always had to initiate the call. Over all I'm not at all unhappy, but fo 5 stars I don't want to have to be the one who initiates the communications.

Excellent buying experience. We were shopping for a used vehicle for our kid that we didn’t feel like we would have to worry about leaving him stranded on the side of the road, but also wasn’t overpriced. We found both at Mike Willis Ford. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us vehicles outside of our price range. We settled on a vehicle and they even worked with us on the pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. After having visited other dealers in the area, I have to say the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I do not plan on wasting my time looking at other dealerships and I will go straight to Mike Willis Ford.

The overall experience was great. The staff were super courteous & the entire car buying process went a lot quicker than going to a dealership. I would've given 5 stars but the shipping on the vehicle i chose took 19 days, when originally it was stated that it would only take 7-10 days. The shipping fee is originally paid was refunded because it took longer than anticipated, so I was happy about that.

We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. A 2023 to 2025 with less than 50k miles. Colors and options are negotiable. We drove 3 hours to see a Navigator that this dealership said they had. When we called to make sure it was still available, the sales xxxxxx we got literally said it's not here and said it would be there Monday and hung up on us. There were 3 or 4 of the Navigators they supposedly had that we would have purchased, but we specifically asked about the one we were most interested in first. 60,000 dollar purchase blown up because your sales people are xxxxxxxx.

Coming through town late on a Tues evening on our way to spend a few days at the beach in AL. Engine overheated on the f150, red lights flashing, all systems shut down, limped off the interstate in lacombe. Got a tow to the nearest ford dealership (lucky it was supreme), called service next day, Paul answered, listened, said let me have a look and I’ll get back with you…meanwhile, rented a vehicle and continued on with our travels. Called me back, diagnosed the issue (water pump blew up, threw a belt…), FIXED THE PROBLEM, and had the f150 ready to go by Saturday. Never met met the man, friendly over the phone, helpful, got the job done and we picked up the truck on Sunday, ran like a top, made it home, vacation saved. Can’t thank you and your team enough Paul! Outstanding service by a true professional! Keep this guy! dg

Great transaction! Rick made the vehicle purchase easy. He answered any questions I had. Rick went over the vehicle with me. The test drive was awesome. Marlin and Rick stayed on top of all questions and checked in with me every step of the way. Vehicle was extremely clean upon purchase. Rick handled everything perfectly! The motorcraft oil filter developed a pin hole in the housing and engine oil was getting everything on my new F150. I went to Robin Ford, they sent a mobile tech to my house to look at the F150. He saw the leaking oil filter, replaced it and had me bring the truck to Robin Ford. They changed the oil and cleaned the truck up (oil everywhere underneath). Great job and thanks

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front - Josephwallace70

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!
