We just bought a 2026 F150 Lariat from Mike Wills Ford in Sulphur, La. And we must say we have never felt like Family at a car dealership as we did this Monday. First our salesman Mr. Scottie Fontenot definitely took care of us to the extent of going to get the truck from a customer because the truck was a courtesy vehicle. Even to Hunter who helped us with financing a loan! If you want a dealership that treats you like Family this is it! The people there are so friendly and we love the deal we got on our truck. It’s a great dealership. The service department is top notch with an excellent Service advisor, Veronica Delafosse. Also, Salesman Ryan Gary went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted in another state! In fact, every worker I encountered at Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge was friendly and knowledgeable and impressed the heck out of me. They are the reason that this Ford dealership is the best in south Louisiana.

It is AI. Now I am without a vehicle. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Not only am I stuck with no vehicle but they have replaced a human job and the ai cannot do the job effectively. I arrived to Bayou Ford to check on my vehicle in Service. I told service advisor how much I liked the Maverick they loaned me to drive and that it was originally what I wanted back in 2021. So I went to sales and connected with Deanna Mack. She took a bad situation and made it a great situation. So with the help of Deanna and Robert Tamplain's, I was able to drive away with a new 2026 Ruby Red Maverick. I can hardly wait to make a long overdue trip fishing! The motorcraft oil filter developed a pin hole in the housing and engine oil was getting everything on my new F150. I went to Robin Ford, they sent a mobile tech to my house to look at the F150. He saw the leaking oil filter, replaced it and had me bring the truck to Robin Ford. They changed the oil and cleaned the truck up (oil everywhere underneath). Great job and thanks

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front - Josephwallace70

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!
