The folks there treated me like gold. My wonderful salesperson, “Gary Crowson” and the Business Manager / F&I Guru “Marshall” are beyond professional and trustworthy. All staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and above all... HONORABLE AND HONEST. This was my first time ever buying a new vehicle, as I have spent my entire life purchasing used and hand me down vehicles from family and friends.. so this was a big decision for me, and my salesman and my business manager knew it and helped guide me and walk me through every step of the way. I felt like they were protecting me like a little brother... really wanted me to get a great deal. Marshall in the finance department actually went the extra mile for me to get me a very promising interest rate after an exhaustive search. Gary C in truck sales Dept was a rock for me. So patient. And very keen on educating me so I actually got a great learning experience in addition to one of the nicest pick up trucks I have ever seen. I absolutely love my new Ford F150 King Ranch... from Gary, to Marshall and Miss Barbara in customer service... let me just say this with utter confidence and surety. Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!

I recently totaled my 2011 Ford Escape. I had to rent a car while I was waiting for my insurance claim to process. I did some research on the new 2019 Escapes on multiple dealer websites. I heard from Monica & Kyle quickly about the Escape I was interested in buying. They were very nice and shared lots of information without hesitation. Even when I told them I was not quite ready. They said "no problem," when I told them I was waiting for my claim to close. They called me and help me set my appointment and I met with Vernon who helped get all the arrangements made. Needless to say. I was able to get everything done the same day. I have bought several cars in the past. This by far was the easiest and hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE! orrible service! I am out of 7100.00 because of them! They basically said my mechanic broke the engine! As if, that’s possible? They gave me a note of all my mechanic did wrong that supposedly broke the engine, and two mechanics have stated none of those things can break an engine and make an engine knock!!! They also typed unprofessional things on the report! They refused to call us back after weeks of messages, and so when we show up they blamed everything on the mechanic and voided my warranty for the future! This should be against the law, blaming someone else so they don’t have to cover my engine. Now I have a unwarranted non working truck, and am out of 7100.00...horrible for anyone to be treated this way, avoid them if you can or you will be crying like me writing this review. Wish I could give zero stars! Oh and if you read the Facebook and yelp reviews on jazz and the service department you would run from these people! Several people are getting an attorney, I am definitely calling mine tomorrow morning!

Buying the truck was fine,after the sale was another story.Left three messages with three different people including the finance manager that wrote up the deal ,no one called,after two weeks passed I received a call from someone about a negative review,by the way I solved issues with the bank on my own, and the question that the salesman could not answer about a contract that was sold by the finance manager,I guess I will depend on the internet for the answer

My 2018 F-150 had a warranty repair that required a diagnosis by Bohn Ford and special order parts had to be ordered. Jackie and Terry in the Service Department kept in constant contact with me letting me know the status of the order and when to bring the truck into the Service Department to get my truck repairs expedited.

I called Darren Collie on a Thursday of one week and explained what I wanted and my price range. He sent me pictures of several SUV's, but the one that we were interested in seeing sold before my husband and I got serious about it. The very next day he sent us a picture of another one that just came on the lot. It was the one for us! He had everything ready for us when we made it to the dealership (we do not live in Ruston). It was the easiest automobile purchase I have every experienced.

Paid them for truck out the door with all fees paid taxes,liens clean title and bank requirements, called them multiple times lied , about it, finally they sent me the title work to do on my own????? They where almost 800.00 short.went to dmv in ga the added dealer late fees, dealer late title fees, and other fees. They refused to pay, Am pursuing legal remedies through federal prosecutors for fraud and violating various interstate law and internet laws, felons, then going do them civilly.as well and just found out that my bank is going to join in because they sent a title without them as lien holders.

Going to Round Tree Ford was my worst service experience in my 40 years of car ownership.Multiple phone call to Multiple service Reps. and never a phone call back.Lead to believe my car would be ready in four days you had it for five days still waiting outside in you sea of cars waiting to get service.I had to go pick it up because my loaner car had to go back and i needed a way to and from work.I had all intention of buying a new car next year and i have always been a Ford man.I will never ever buy a car from Round Tree and will tell everyone i know the same.

I will never bring my car back to them. It was brought in on a Tuesday and it was a week before they told me what was wrong. Then gave me a price to fix and when i called to approve it I was told that my car was not there and was left on hold for half an hour then got hung up on. So I got in my car and had to drive to the facility just to be told another price. I was angry after the service manager told me my part had to be ordered and he was going to do it Monday because the wrong part came in Saturday. so i ask why he had to wait until Monday why not call for the correct part Saturday when you realize it was wrong, of course no answer. They do bad business and are full of lies so I will not bring my car in for nothing else and they still didn't fix my car completely. I had to take my car to another dealership to get it fix. Also the service manager gave me his number to call directly and he sent it to someone else to answer and take a message.

I called the day prior to visiting the dealership. When I arrived the salesperson did not show up, the excused was, he forgot. They are very misleading just to keep you there all day going back and forth. Stay away from this place. I saw a (technician) wanted sign. The first conversation was about how well their maintenance is and how well they do. I wanted to know the details of the truck and price. It took hours to leave with nothing. HAGGLED, HAGGLED, HAGGLED, HAGGLED, DID NOT KNOW DEALERSHIPS STILL DO THIS.
Went to buy a Kia there, signed the deal, then they reneged - 2dayrules
We went there when they were selling their last Kia models (looking back on it, and what we know of Kia cars, this poor experience with Banner ended up being good for us in the long run). We signed a deal on a slightly used Kia Spectra, in full, and when we went back to look at it before it was delivered, we noticed it had some light scratches on the hood and roof (like from a cat or something) and we complained that we wanted it waxed out before we took delivery of it. Later that day , we were told they cancelled our sale because they don't want bad reviews from "customers like us" and they'd rather cancel the sale than risk a poor review from a customer. So, they would do anything to avoid preparing a car properly for sale, including selling it - they must cater to cowards or people that have low expectations. Unbelievable.
Terrible Experience at Allstar Dodge/Jeep - Randy Landry
Don’t waste your time traveling to Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs as my son and I were treaded terribly by the sales manager Ben from the first moment that we met him. In the beginning we dealt with the sales representative Dillon, who was extremely pleasant to speak with. When he turned it over to Ben, our experience became a nightmare. He was very aggressive and wanted to be argumentative throughout each conversation that we had with him which was not necessary, and when I confronted him about his aggressiveness, and asked him to please tone it down as we were not interested in arguing, he asked if we wanted to deal with another manager, of which I said yes. My son and I truly believe that Ben was ready to leave, and wasn’t wanting to work with us. I have bought many vehicles within my life, and have never been treated like I was treated by Ben in front of my son as well as other customers there trying to buy a vehicle. When the other manager arrived he gave us a brief explanation of the numbers that they had, I then shook his hand, and said thank you. My son and I then just left the dealership as we felt Ben had made it impossible for us to purchase a vehicle from Allstar Dodge/Jeep. Afterward, I chatted with an online representative from Allstar who asked me for my phone number and email address of which I gave her. Within minutes I had what looked like a generic email response from the General manager named Jon Goodart who stated within his email that he wanted to hear from me at any time by phone or text about wanting to deal with me personally, and to offer me a deal that no other dealership would be willing to do. This was at 20:30 last night which was minutes after we left the dealership. I sent a couple of texts at that time to Jon, and it is currently 12:00 noon the following day with no response from Jon! Bottom line is that they did not want to come down from the high price of their jeep, and wanted to give me roughly $2,500 less than what my trade was worth according to KBB or NADA. These dealerships live and breath by the KBB or NADA when selling you a vehicle, yet they don’t even look at them when taking in a trade. My trade was worth every bit of $16,000 as it is in great shape, and they will get $20,000-$21,000 for this vehicle on their used car lot. Buying a vehicle is already difficult for most people, as they are try find something within their budget. Dealing with a manager who really seemed to want to be elsewhere rather than trying to help customers meet their vehicle buying needs is unacceptable! No one should have to deal with such an aggressive, miserable manager! Unless I get a formal apology, I will continue to share my terrible experience with everyone that I come in contact with about Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs!

I bought a2017, F-250 King Ranch
First the people talked me into getting two fuel filters which was 183.00. When I left I was going down the road a few days later and my fuel line came off. The inexspierienced people didn't put the fuel lne back on correctly. My new truck was towed in, Now my $80,000.00 new truck smells like diesel inside and out. They ignore me when I complain. They need to give me back that money to get my truck cleaned. But I get ignored every time they say what you want to hear up there.
I also have my console that's leather. It's coming apart and they just keep giving me the run around. The Service guy that says he can help doesent do a xxxx thing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get him to get this fixed for months. I am so fed up with this rip off place I can't see straight. Actually the finance man that sold me my truck got arrested for stealing from this sorry place(Hixson Ford autoplex) that's a joke. And the service is bad as any place I've.been. .
Please don't go here for any reason. I wish I would have went to Texas, I heard they give better deals anyway. I hope they go out business. And they all loose there jobs. No phone calls or nothing from the service guy that said he would help me.
