Great team - MONTY G
Jake went above and beyond to help me out with my deal. He was always available and “no” was never an option! The whole team was wonderful to work with!
Ron Sheline embodies Honor, Courage, & Commitment - Daniel
Having never been through the car buying experience, I was very apprehensive. Honestly, the thought of having to wheel and deal for a rather expensive purchase made me sick. Alas, it was that time in my life.
....Enter Ron Sheline...
What a breath of fresh air to deal with a fellow, former Marine. Ron asked questions to find out what was important to me. Through his established process, he not only demonstrated expertise of his inventory, he showed his willingness to "get it right" and not just make a quick sale.
If you're ready to deal with sharks, go somewhere else. If you want to deal with quality people who value honesty and integrity, go to Wray Ford and ask for Ron Sheline.
The worst - Kimber@2319
Did a trade in and purchased a 2018 f150. On the way home had transmission problems. called my salesman right away and told him about the problem. Asked to return the truck and take my old truck back and have been lied to on multiple occasions about the deal being completely put threw when I have been told from multiple people that it can’t be titled that quick to where the deal couldn’t be reversed. I haven’t had the truck 24 hours and they will not take care of the problem. They take the truck in service and then I get told I need to drive the truck 2000 miles for the transmission to learn how I drive. xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx This is the worst service I have ever had from any for dealer. Only giving one star because I had to select something
Awesome Experience - Karen Y. Lewis
I went with my son to buy a vehicle. Jessica worked so well with him and made it an awesome experience that I returned one month later and bought a vehicle from her for myself!
Excellent service - Brittany
Bought a used Expedition with help from Darren, he was very helpful and even helped me figure out all the features on my new vehicle. Our family definitely will always shop Jim Taylor.
2015 250 - Rosco
No pressure, no hassle, and no fuss. I was a cash sale and it did not affect the deal. Some other dealers had issue with that. Great job to Cory and Eric.
Easiest purchases (2) I've made - Clint Conrad
Both times I bought from Jason were the easiest purchases I've made. Talked to him, he got a feel for what I needed and had the perfect vehicle ready for me to look at both times. Both times I was there for only an hour maybe less. Doesn't get any better than that.
GREAT Experince - Lachoupic
Chris, salesman, was very courteous and polite. He cane back with a deal I felt very comfortable with and he made the sale in one try. Everyone I dealt with, Dawn and Chris, are the best in the business.

Let down - Avery0205
Took my expedition in because the front AC was not blowing at all, power steering fluid was leaking, and the vehicle was making a horrible grinding sound.
To make a long story short, the AC wasn’t fixed because it was diagnosed as a wiring issue which wasn’t covered by my extended warranty company-
The power steering fluid leak was corrected by installing a new rack and pinion assembly (covered). I was told that my vehicle was road tested and that the grinding noise must have been caused by the power steering pump being low on fluid. ( I doubt whether or not it was in fact road tested because the odometer reading going in shop and odometer out shop had not changed)
I explained to them that it was not a whining type noise, but a grinding-(sounds like a snowball machine cutting ice!!!)
Needless to say, I was informed the vehicle was ready- I picked up the vehicle- still making the same grinding noise, the interior trim was lying on the floor board( hadn’t been put back in place after troubleshooting the AC), and I quickly discovered the same evening that both high beams are out, both fog lights are out, 1 reverse light is out, and 1 low beam is out-
I called the service dept to explain the situation and was told adamantly that they didn’t touch the lights/wiring...but I know they were certainly working fine before bringing it in for service. After having my vehicle for nearly a week, no concessions were offered to waive a second diagnostic fee. I was simply told to bring it back in for them to have a second look- Needless to say, my portion of service costs, after warranty was 560.00 dollars.. A little advice to this service dept - you guys are the professionals- my livelihood and yours depend on great service- treat people the way you want to be treated.
Purchased a Vehicle - COX12345
My son recently went to Billy Wood Ford In Jena La, he purchased a vehicle and had a lot of trouble with the vehicle. But the problem that he had with the vehicle was communicated and then fixed.
Terrible bait and switch😡 - DDejohn
Negotiated a deal with Mike Smith, agreed to purchase & drove an hour to pick up vehicle. When I arrived the sales manager said the vehicle was not available. He said it sold and that he could get a dealer trade but couldn’t honor the quote. Bad Business at best. Beware the leadership at this dealership are not honest.😡😡
Very dissatisfied. - BB
Before signing asked for a few things bed mat and floor mats. Dealer said day after that they couldn't honir that request. Not much to ask seeing how trade-in was still in shop having tires installed that I agreed to pay for. Maybe I shouldn't honor my side of deal either
Will continue to use service department but not sales. Having bought 7 vehicles in the past 9 years, thought we were more valued as a customer than this
Still waiting on Inspection - Still Waiting
My Ford Explorer was purchased used with an extended warranty. I brought it to Pep Boys. Their analysis showed it was the harmonic balancer. After speaking with a rep from the extended warranty company, I had it towed to the place of purchase, Premier Honda. After inspection by Honda, they had the same diagnostics as Pep Boys, Harmonic Balancer, however, they did not have the proper tools to complete the job, so they recommended I tow it to a Ford Service company. On August 15th, It was towed to Veterans Ford in Metairie, where it has sat. I spoke with a service representative at Veterans Ford on August 17th. She told me it would be a few days before the mechanic can inspect the vehicle. I called again on Aug 21st and was told it will take another 2 weeks before an inspection can be done. This is totally unacceptable. I am now looking for another Ford service center so I can, once again, have the vehicle towed to a more reliable business.
Fraudulent dealer - robchapman01
Paid them for truck out the door with all fees paid taxes, liens clean title and bank requirements, called them multiple times lied , about it, finally they sent me the title work to do on my own????? They where almost 800.00 short.went to dmv in ga the added dealer late fees, dealer late title fees, and other fees. They refused to pay, Am pursuing legal remedies through federal prosecutors for fraud and violating various interstate law and internet laws, felons, then going do them civilly.as well and just found out that my bank is going to join in because they sent a title without them as lien holders.
Honest, courteous sales staff with no hidden fees - Dr. T. Michael Maher
Just bought a new F150 from Hub City Ford. The sales guy, John Citron, was straightforward and personable. Unlike many car dealers, Hub City Ford inserts no hidden charges when you close the deal...no "dealer preparation fee" or "transportation charge" on any other last-minute expensive surprises. The price I got was comparable to or better than what I found online at other dealers (even Houston dealers). Unlike just about any other dealer, Hub City Ford sales personnel can set you up with financing, and the zero-interest financing is a great deal. (I don't know how long this will continue to be offered, however.) All in all, you drive away in your new Ford F150 feeling as if you've spent the morning with trustworthy friends, rather than as if you've been psychologically beaten up by high-pressure sales guys who have to negotiate your offer with the sales manager in the glass booth.
Wants you to buy on their terms not on interest of customer - KP
Am buying a Ford fusion sport and sales manager got pissed at me for seeking best price from hand full of dealers car is was looking at been on their lot for over a year. Certainly no loss this will be my 6th new Ford since 2011. Robinson wanted more money than the other dealers I bought them from. Too bad you can't leave 0 stars
Don't seem to want or need the business - Cajuncoop
I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. I said what do you mean who was at fault I just pushed the button to open it and I heard a loud noise and it broke. He said well I can't guarantee that you won't be charged and maybe you would refer to bring it to some other dealership for service. This is not the kind of service department that I would care to bring my truck to and I would advise others not to either.
Rip offs and horrible salesman & finance manager - Ahsvikings11
They really try to push you to buy their over priced vehicles. They also really push a bunch of over priced warrantys .
Worst dealer experience .
Do not buy from Rountree Ford in Sheveport, LA!!
Terrible Experience at Allstar Dodge/Jeep - Randy Landry
Don’t waste your time traveling to Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs as my son and I were treaded terribly by the sales manager Ben from the first moment that we met him. In the beginning we dealt with the sales representative Dillon, who was extremely pleasant to speak with. When he turned it over to Ben, our experience became a nightmare. He was very aggressive and wanted to be argumentative throughout each conversation that we had with him which was not necessary, and when I confronted him about his aggressiveness, and asked him to please tone it down as we were not interested in arguing, he asked if we wanted to deal with another manager, of which I said yes. My son and I truly believe that Ben was ready to leave, and wasn’t wanting to work with us. I have bought many vehicles within my life, and have never been treated like I was treated by Ben in front of my son as well as other customers there trying to buy a vehicle. When the other manager arrived he gave us a brief explanation of the numbers that they had, I then shook his hand, and said thank you. My son and I then just left the dealership as we felt Ben had made it impossible for us to purchase a vehicle from Allstar Dodge/Jeep. Afterward, I chatted with an online representative from Allstar who asked me for my phone number and email address of which I gave her. Within minutes I had what looked like a generic email response from the General manager named Jon Goodart who stated within his email that he wanted to hear from me at any time by phone or text about wanting to deal with me personally, and to offer me a deal that no other dealership would be willing to do. This was at 20:30 last night which was minutes after we left the dealership. I sent a couple of texts at that time to Jon, and it is currently 12:00 noon the following day with no response from Jon! Bottom line is that they did not want to come down from the high price of their jeep, and wanted to give me roughly $2,500 less than what my trade was worth according to KBB or NADA. These dealerships live and breath by the KBB or NADA when selling you a vehicle, yet they don’t even look at them when taking in a trade. My trade was worth every bit of $16,000 as it is in great shape, and they will get $20,000-$21,000 for this vehicle on their used car lot. Buying a vehicle is already difficult for most people, as they are try find something within their budget. Dealing with a manager who really seemed to want to be elsewhere rather than trying to help customers meet their vehicle buying needs is unacceptable! No one should have to deal with such an aggressive, miserable manager! Unless I get a formal apology, I will continue to share my terrible experience with everyone that I come in contact with about Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs!
Hixson at Monroe is a JOKE! - MichaelG
I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!
Not a 5 star place at all! - Darrell Lovett
I bought a2017, F-250 King Ranch
First the people talked me into getting two fuel filters which was 183.00. When I left I was going down the road a few days later and my fuel line came off. The inexspierienced people didn't put the fuel lne back on correctly. My new truck was towed in, Now my $80,000.00 new truck smells like diesel inside and out. They ignore me when I complain. They need to give me back that money to get my truck cleaned. But I get ignored every time they say what you want to hear up there.
I also have my console that's leather. It's coming apart and they just keep giving me the run around. The Service guy that says he can help doesent do a xxxx thing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get him to get this fixed for months. I am so fed up with this rip off place I can't see straight. Actually the finance man that sold me my truck got arrested for stealing from this sorry place(Hixson Ford autoplex) that's a joke. And the service is bad as any place I've.been. .
Please don't go here for any reason. I wish I would have went to Texas, I heard they give better deals anyway. I hope they go out business. And they all loose there jobs. No phone calls or nothing from the service guy that said he would help me.
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers... - srt
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers the vehicle, he makes sure everything is 100% correct before he walks away. I would highly recommend this dealership - I live in Baton Rouge and it was worth driving to New Orleans to purcahase a vehicle. No games played here.
