After looking and waiting for over 4 years the car I wanted came up at Terrabonne Ford. It's 51 miles away but well worth the drive. I spoke to Katie on the phone and eventually met her at the dealership she could not have been more helpful or personable she really went to bat for me! The price was affordable they were Fair on the trade in the whole process was made very easy. I can be a hard customer to please but I highly recommend Terrebonne Ford they made my wishes come true!

I wanted to wait a few months, to cool down before posting.
This is the place where enemies send people they hate.
Salesman #1 was a jerk.
Saleswoman #1 was a dingbat.
Sales manager #1 decent, honest.
Finance man#1 dishonest crook.
So i wanted a certain car in a certain color.
The car was only available at banner. never met banner ford, but hey, its a ford dealer- they must be good, right?
if it wasnt for the sales manager, i would have walked.
Salesman #1 told me if i wanted to pay cash,
i shouldn't come.
If i wanted to finance with ford,
I shouldn't come.
Je even sent me a text saying he didn't want my business.
All the time he was telling the sales manager i was being difficult.
after speaking with the sales manager, we agreed banner would fix certain things, i would buy the car and leave a good review. He turned the deal over to sales woman#1 to complete the deal.
So we go to the finance man, who was really a prize. He tells us for us to finance the car we MUST purchase a warranty on a car still under warranty or i cant get financed.
Additionally he told me i had been turned down by ford and only a local bank would finance me.
My response was i would just pay cash.
The finakce mans response was to become angry, and refuse to complete the transaction.
Back to the sales manager.
The sales manager stepped in and proceeded to convince the finance man to do his job.
The finance man then lied, saying the promo rate ford was offering was not available and i was only approved by ford at an unrealisticly high rate.
A quick call to ford proved the promo rate was still available, and that the finance man never sent my application to ford.
The sales manager was befuddled by the finance man, and couldnt inderstand why the finance man wasbold face lying.
This was met by the finance man with comments of "Well normally i dont have to deal with YOU PEOPLE. Customers come in here and have bank financing lined up. I really don't like you and dont want you to have this car. I would rather see banner lose money sending it to the auction"
Ford can't tell you which deals they offer on the internet, and ford cant tell you if i dont send an application or not. I'm going to make sure you never get financed by ford EVER.
"I dont send deals to ford because they dont run up the interest rate and pay me the difference"
What is going on here?
The sales manager forces the finance man to take my money, but the finance man wont give me the paperwork i need because the finance man just doesnt feel like filling out the 4 lines of the form.
They said they would have the paperwork ready ofr me to pick up in 24 hours. It actually took 6 weeks, and they mailed it to me instead, and it was still missing forms.
They fixed most everything we agreed to, but i never got a 2nd master key to my car, they didnt fix a door seal, and they used fingernail polish to repair a scratch.
The sales manager stated Banner would use a man with an air brush to cover the scratch, but sales woman#1 stated the sales manager is a liar, Banner does not do professional work, and there are fingernail paint fixes all over the lot."
I asked her to show me just one, and i wouldnt complain. She said she was too busy with coffee.
I followed her back to the coffee where we passed 2 men with an air brush machine.
I asked her to step outside and show me which man did the repair.
She told me "Look we have your money, you have a car, and i have coffee."
I asked if there was anyone besides the Internet i could talk to?
She just walked away.
They even put the wrong oil in the car.

Negotiated a deal with Mike Smith, agreed to purchase & drove an hour to pick up vehicle. When I arrived the sales manager said the vehicle was not available. He said it sold and that he could get a dealer trade but couldn’t honor the quote. Bad Business at best. Beware the leadership at this dealership are not honest.😡😡

Saturday I went to Billy Wood Ford expecting to be bombarded by pushy salesmen like it had been at other dealers . It was raining and the nicest salesman , Toby Spillers , came out carrying his umbrella . He ask if he could help us and when we pointed to one we liked he even agreed to bring it in their shop out of the rain for us to look at . At the other places we looked we had to stand out in the rain . Toby Spillers and the crew at Billy Wood worked hard to give me the best deal they could . I love my 2018 Ford Escape and completely satisfied with the process made easy by Toby & Billy Wood Ford ! Thank you Toby Spillers .
Horrible Service Dept, Poorly Managed - Daniel.K
I dropped off the car in the morning , they called at 2p saying the car was done. But they didn't do the suspension which was the reason for bringing it in and I made an appt a week earlier. They didn't get to the car for 10days which cost me a lot of money for a car rental. I didn't want to leave a public review, I sent a letter to the owner expressing frustration and hoping we could split the cost of the rental as a compromise. He simply didn't care and was dismissive. Whats the point of setting and making appts. if they can't honor them? On top that 2 other mechanics diagnosed bad control arm bushings, Veterans said no its the something else. I went to the dealer because the bushings are a warranty item, the sway bar linkage they replaced is not a warranty item. The problem still exits..... thanks for nothing Vets Ford.

Am buying a Ford fusion sport and sales manager got pissed at me for seeking best price from hand full of dealers car is was looking at been on their lot for over a year. Certainly no loss this will be my 6th new Ford since 2011. Robinson wanted more money than the other dealers I bought them from. Too bad you can't leave 0 stars

They advertised a Ford F-150 Platinum and what they tried to sell me was an XLT. They never had the Platinum and used a failed bait-n-switch on me and had the pre-owned vehicle priced for the same as a new one at any other dealership.

I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. I said what do you mean who was at fault I just pushed the button to open it and I heard a loud noise and it broke. He said well I can't guarantee that you won't be charged and maybe you would refer to bring it to some other dealership for service. This is not the kind of service department that I would care to bring my truck to and I would advise others not to either.
Terrible Experience at Allstar Dodge/Jeep - Randy Landry
Don’t waste your time traveling to Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs as my son and I were treaded terribly by the sales manager Ben from the first moment that we met him. In the beginning we dealt with the sales representative Dillon, who was extremely pleasant to speak with. When he turned it over to Ben, our experience became a nightmare. He was very aggressive and wanted to be argumentative throughout each conversation that we had with him which was not necessary, and when I confronted him about his aggressiveness, and asked him to please tone it down as we were not interested in arguing, he asked if we wanted to deal with another manager, of which I said yes. My son and I truly believe that Ben was ready to leave, and wasn’t wanting to work with us. I have bought many vehicles within my life, and have never been treated like I was treated by Ben in front of my son as well as other customers there trying to buy a vehicle. When the other manager arrived he gave us a brief explanation of the numbers that they had, I then shook his hand, and said thank you. My son and I then just left the dealership as we felt Ben had made it impossible for us to purchase a vehicle from Allstar Dodge/Jeep. Afterward, I chatted with an online representative from Allstar who asked me for my phone number and email address of which I gave her. Within minutes I had what looked like a generic email response from the General manager named Jon Goodart who stated within his email that he wanted to hear from me at any time by phone or text about wanting to deal with me personally, and to offer me a deal that no other dealership would be willing to do. This was at 20:30 last night which was minutes after we left the dealership. I sent a couple of texts at that time to Jon, and it is currently 12:00 noon the following day with no response from Jon! Bottom line is that they did not want to come down from the high price of their jeep, and wanted to give me roughly $2,500 less than what my trade was worth according to KBB or NADA. These dealerships live and breath by the KBB or NADA when selling you a vehicle, yet they don’t even look at them when taking in a trade. My trade was worth every bit of $16,000 as it is in great shape, and they will get $20,000-$21,000 for this vehicle on their used car lot. Buying a vehicle is already difficult for most people, as they are try find something within their budget. Dealing with a manager who really seemed to want to be elsewhere rather than trying to help customers meet their vehicle buying needs is unacceptable! No one should have to deal with such an aggressive, miserable manager! Unless I get a formal apology, I will continue to share my terrible experience with everyone that I come in contact with about Allstar Dodge/Jeep in Denham Springs!
Damaged My Vehicle - RDOUGHE963
Took my NEW f150 in for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection, they gave me the bill, I paid it, went to my truck to find a large paint chip and dent on the drivers door. They agreed to fix it at another one of their shops because they do not do body work, made and appt and was told one day 2 days max to get my truck back, its now a week, excuses, failure to return calls, MORE EXCUSES , even thought they made a special appt. to have it repaired, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I believe they are dishonest and the place is a DUMP, FORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED, I will update after my Lawyer files a claim for keeping my vehicle from me for a week and the distress it caused me and possible further repair and loss of vehicle value. I would give this PLACE ZERO STARS if it was an option.

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!

I bought a2017, F-250 King Ranch
First the people talked me into getting two fuel filters which was 183.00. When I left I was going down the road a few days later and my fuel line came off. The inexspierienced people didn't put the fuel lne back on correctly. My new truck was towed in, Now my $80,000.00 new truck smells like diesel inside and out. They ignore me when I complain. They need to give me back that money to get my truck cleaned. But I get ignored every time they say what you want to hear up there.
I also have my console that's leather. It's coming apart and they just keep giving me the run around. The Service guy that says he can help doesent do a xxxx thing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get him to get this fixed for months. I am so fed up with this rip off place I can't see straight. Actually the finance man that sold me my truck got arrested for stealing from this sorry place(Hixson Ford autoplex) that's a joke. And the service is bad as any place I've.been. .
Please don't go here for any reason. I wish I would have went to Texas, I heard they give better deals anyway. I hope they go out business. And they all loose there jobs. No phone calls or nothing from the service guy that said he would help me.

Ask the service person to check out several things. All they did was change the oil and rotate the tires. He didn’t want to talk with me , had the check out girl tell me to make an appointment for the other issues ..I get home this evening and there is a oil spot in m y carport. What a hack place..This place sucks!
