Lied about financing - 2bdeceived
I was worried that my payments were out of our budget, so the agent who processed me, with his boss standing over his shoulders assuring we were getting a finance special, promised that their special financing going on at that time would mean my notes would automatically decrease by $150 after the first 6 payments. Wrote it on my final breakdown financing sheet. It was only after I called them to see why the payments didn’t decrease is when he denied it, and after combing through the hundred pieces of final sale documents he printed out, what do you know, it was not there. Chrysler finance said they dont even refinance their own car notes, so the agent couldn’t have promised it, another lie. Then launched a fake investigation into my claims of being frauded, only to say that I am free to go somewhere else to see if any other company would refinance the payments. Of course no one wanted to. Oh yeah, motor keeps locking up on the vehicle, and I’m still paying $752 a month for a piece of garbage. Two disabled, once a month income people, preyed on by Chrysler Dodge in New Orleans. My husband died in anguish over struggling to pay a note for a dependable car to get him to dialysis, and my to my doctor appointments. I hope they all live to regret their evil doing.

Dealership refused to repair damage from shipping - indy
Part of our deal was to ship the vehicle I purchased to Indiana. Upon arrival the vehicle was damaged. The dealership has refused to pay for the damages. They offered only 50%. Why should I pay half of the damages??? At no time has the dealership management called or communicated with me or apologized for the damage or my inconvenience. All communication has been done through my salesperson, Gail, who is great by the way! I hope she switches to a good dealership and SOON!!!
Do not do business with the dealership!! The Sales Manager Chase and GM Chad will try to rip you off, as they did me!!!

Had found vehicle online and called several times to confirm availability. Had rep set appointment to meet with Sales Manager, go over vehicle and discuss pricing. Arrived at dealership at set time and had to wait 20 minutes to see manager. Was then informed that vehicle that I had initially asked about had been sold. Offered to bring similar vehicle from another dealership at a higher price and was very unapologetic about the whole affair. Wouldn't buy \a vehicle here if you paid me.

Mark dodge dealership has the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! Do research on this business as a wish i would have. I bought a vehicle with lots of problems, probally why previous owner returned it. Bottom line i made lots of phone calls and lots of trips to the service dept , i have my phone records and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU sent me copies of how many times truck has been in the shop for same issues REPEATEDLY !!!!!! Well last time year later, they kept putting my service appt off because of the hurricane harvey so when they found problems OUT OF WARRANTY but they couldnt find the problems during the warranty!!!!!!

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
