Purchased a 2018 Jeep Sahara, love the vehicle, but sales knew little about the car except price, no negotiation. Ad stated Premier Certified vehicle but that mislead to believe it was certified but it wasn't, stated, "they did the same inspection as certified but don't have to spend the money!" Said the vehicle had been cleaned and serviced but it it was a half hearted cleaning and then found oil life was at 10% at delivery. Don't trust them at all!!

My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!

But since i still get Case Management Addresses and i do not even work there, i would like to say stop sending me text massages about dealer cases on Service Department issues. Also that noise has gotten louder. But it is a phantom noise and yea and i am a disgruntled x employee. I will keep doing reviews until you take me off of your text list for Service Cases. By they way i would not deal with their service department. Broke my dash bezel fixing my radio.

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
