The service was excellent. No pressure. All my questions answered. Great Team. Joseph figured out pretty quick what truck would fit my needs and Miranda rocked after that. She set all my settings to my preferences and made the closing process seamless. I needed help a couple of times after the sale with questions and she took my call even on weekend. This is my fourth vehicle from Southland Dodge and I refer everyone there. They are the best.

Several years ago, I purchased my Chrysler 300C in Pensacola. I originally had all of my Service work through another Dealer in Denham with very poor customer service. I was referred to Ralph Sellers in Gonzales (by several friends) and they have exceeded my expectations! Mandi goes above and beyond - from regular car maintenance to my latest, new low profile tires.

Brought our vehicle in for repairs, charged $250 from jump… some bs “intake fee?” …which isn’t applied towards the total cost (and not listed and marked as paid on the bill.)
Dropped almost 11 GRAND for repairs. The least they could have done was a wash or detail to make dropping this amount of money less painful. I’ve had other businesses detail my car after getting repaired (w/ repairs being less than a grand).

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter and got it home and realized the sunroof didn’t work. Notified my salesman and he referred me to Ally in service, she told me to wait 30 days for my extended warranty to kick in and they would repair it at no cost. After a month she gave me the run around kept putting me on hold until she finally told the receptionist that the warranty wouldn’t honor it. I could have made a decision to get another vehicle that had nothing broken after I traded a vehicle in and for what I’m paying for this vehicle something like that should be working. Not pleased at all and will never deal with or spend a dime with Premier group again !!!!!!

My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!

We drove 130 miles from Hammond to purchase a car from Lapeyrouse. I worked with Mike Lapeyrouse over the internet and was very happy with the results. There was no pressure from Mike online, unlike some other dealers that I would get emails from every day sometimes twice a day.
Mike worked with us giving us multiple options for extended warranties but never pressured us. Oh!! Mike also got us an APR that was lower than our preapproved bank rate.
The car was great. Nice and clean, looked better than the pictures online. I had one question about the car; Mike had the mechanics check it out and even threw in an extra key for us.
I would definitely recommend buying from Lapeyrouse.

Went to buy a car from an Individual I found on the internet. I had the cash and could have paid him on the spot however this guy was buying a brand new car from Musson-Patout. I suggested he ask about a courtesy trade in to save him some tax money. We set up this up and I drove 2 hours to the dealership to buy the used car for the agreed upon price. As soon as I walked in I got hit with a fee the called the courtesy trade in fee of $750.00. Next when I went to pay for the vehicle they hit you with another fee of 475.00 for paperwork. I have bought and sold vehicles at least 10 times this way and have never been assessed these fees. At this point do not call it a COURTESY TRADE IN because it is just another way for them to nickel and dime you to death. The dealership typically do this for free because they are selling a brand new car and get the profits from that. Drive a little further and find a dealership that appreciates your business.
