Vehicle brought in for oil change and tire rotation . During vehicle checkup wiper blade came off and wiper arm scratched windshield. Service dept. called me , could not buff out scratch, so they ordered a replacement windshield, loaned me a 2020 Grand Cherokee , kept my Durango overnite, replaced windshield and completed work.

Tuesday morning my truck would not start (which was still under warranty) and we had a doctor’s appointment in Baton Rouge. I called Sterling Dodge Service and had spoken to one of their servicemen explaining the situation and I needed a lender car as soon as possible! He said he needed to talk to his manager. His manager had trouble getting back to me by phone, so I called my fantastic salesman, Bryson Mast, who within 5 minutes called me back and transferred me to the service manager...They had a Jeep Cherokee waiting (someone brought us there). Bryson stayed with us from start to finish! Now that is service!
They picked up my truck, fixed it, brought it back AND picked up the lender for us! I cannot say enough great things about this place!

My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!

$ 700 an 5 hr labor charge service I discovered this service was actually a $95 part and an hour labor at the most. Beware of false deceiving service. I was also told my engine needed to come out to replace thermostat. That was a lie. I would hope to receive some refund but that's wishful thinking. Spread the word please. Like a doctor's call, get a second opinion.

I wouldn’t buy anything from them!!! I bought a brand new vehicle from them, fast forward 4 years later. My car check engine light come on, the day after an oil change from them. I bring it in, no one call me to tell me what’s wrong. I dropped it off at 8:00am, no one called it’s 2pm. I start calling, didn’t know who my advisor was. I find out Tim is my advisor, he never answered. He called me back after 10 calls and says well the engine tech isn’t here and your car is next. The next day come and Tim still didn’t call me. I call Tim, the manager, the service department. No ONE WANTED TO ANSWER ME! $909 dollars due today and TIM still haven’t told me is my car is ready! I have to leave work, because this is what we aren’t going to do! By far, the worst service I have ever had. Please go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money!

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
