If you plan on using their service department be prepared to take out a loan and get your vehicle back looking dirtier than before.
Brought our vehicle in for repairs, charged $250 from jump… some bs “intake fee?” …which isn’t applied towards the total cost (and not listed and marked as paid on the bill.)
Dropped almost 11 GRAND for repairs. The least they could have done was a wash or detail to make dropping this amount of money less painful. I’ve had other businesses detail my car after getting repaired (w/ repairs being less than a grand).

Under current conditions with lack of things, such as items at your local stores and everyday items we purchase. The service dept and sales staff do a phenomenal job, with what they can do within their limits. I’ve had the majority of my vehicles, at some point purchased and serviced through All Star group. I’ve had troubles in the past with lack of compassion on one end or the other. Therefore I can say that the group of people in the group now, have been some of the best I’ve had to deal with. I would give them a 10, under the tough times we are under. I had to recently get all new tires and alignment work done. I’ve also ordered parts from the parts department. I’ve also purchased 3 vehicles in the past 5 years. Top notch, I like to keep my business local! If you’ve not had any involvement, give them another shot!

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
