easy, smooth and stress free - TQuinn
Chris Hart took time to learn exactly what we were looking for and matched us with the perfect vehicle for our needs. Ryan Pelkey listened to our concerns around financing and was able to work with our budget with no stress. Dan Maldonado completed our transaction with a very thorough explanation of our additional options to keep our new vehicle in optimal performance. The buying experience was very friendly with no pressure and will surely be back to Darlings. Thank you.

Great to work with! - Morganlh17
Lee made the process of leasing my car so easy! I wasn't sure whether to lease or buy, but Lee took into consideration all my needs, and suggested that leasing was the best option for my budget. He also gave me a comprehensive view of all the current specials, and really got me the best deal he could. Lea was also great to work with in the finance department. She worked really hard to get me the lowest payment possible.

I was not pushed into getting a vehicle that I DID NOT want. They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and that is what I got.
Fantastic experience - David114
Seemed to me to be one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had many. All members of the dealership that we dealt with were honest and forthcoming. Very, very pleased with our purchase, and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

What you get at Prime Mazda in Saco Maine is professional service, quality workmanship, and value price all in one package. Why would you go anywhere else? Even if you didn't buy your car here....my answer is you wouldn't... these guys are the best!
Best place for service - jdd1989
My engine blew in my 2009 ford escape. Frank the service manager went out of his way to help me find a new and or used one. A used one was found and installed. He has been a huge help ever since he has been here at Key ford. I have been coming here for years as a kid since my dad buys his trucks here. We both have a great relationship with this place and the loyalty has been phenomenal.
Efficient oil change and tire rotation - cheryloakes50
Make a call, reserve your spot for an oil change/tire rotation. The waiting room has comfy chairs, you won't want to leave. Oh, they have free wifi-get your work done, check your email or find a good selection of reading material and even watch TV. The best.

The Service Dept. was well informed and did an excellent job on servicing my Explorer. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a very good experience with them. I have all my vehicles worked on there and always will.
Very pleasant to work with - Aimless78
Very pleasant people, straight forward and to the point. Quick deal and would definitely do business with again. It was worth the drive out of town!
Used Cruise - BLMott
I had been looking for a commuter car for almost a month before I came across the used 2012 FIAT 500 Yankee had on the lot in June. I saw it, drove the hour and a half to the dealer, took it for a 20 mile test drive, came back, and signed the papers. Shawn was stellar, the car was exceptional (it had a few scratches and dents but for 2K under book it was amazing), the price was unbeatable, and the honesty of the staff made the buy worth every cent. All I know is that when my Fiat finally gives up the go, Ill be back to Yankee Ford for round 2.
Poor service - Fordtruck207
My husband and I bought both of our vehicles there (new) on the same day in 2014. We went in to talk about upgrading our truck to another brand new truck. We left there feeling insulted. The next day our truck lost accelerator power. Had to have it towed to quirk... didn’t get it back until 7 days later. We had to rent a vechile for $400 while it was in the shop. Not only did we call them every day. (Truck arrived on Monday night) no one called us back any day. It wasn’t until Friday when I called theee times that they finally spoke with me. When I picked up the truck.. I was irritated, due to no loaner vechile being available and the ridiculous amount we had to pay to rent one. Also, the service person asked us “ if we even bought our vechile there”. Again, I was insulted, after the business we had given them. When I have been in several times prior to this (which the last time we went was this past summer for an alignment... and they forgot to put the Torsion bar bracket back on. We lost control of steering while driving with a truck full of hay.... again truck was towed to be fixed. Thankfully no one was killed) so moral of the story. We love Fords but will never use quirk again.
Wasted trip - Cmt1980 ford
We we're looking for a very specific truck. Found 3 Nationwide using car gurus. 1st, in Texas, second in Oklahoma, and third,,, you guessed it casco bay ford. The truck in Texas have fewer miles and more options but let's face it, Texas is a long drive. Called the dealership in Texas and discussed the truck and what they would be willing to do with my truck as a trade without seeing it. After 2 days of back and forth emails and texts with pictures of my truck they came back to me with a ballpark deal. Wholesaler would be interested in my truck between 18-19k. This was a decent deal considering and the truck we wanted was priced great at 49900. A day went by and the Texas dealer called up and offered to deliver the truck to us in New Hampshire and pick up my old truck if I would accept 18k for mine. Perfect! Except for the uneasy feeling of taking delivery of a truck I never had seen in person before........ It's the technician in me I guess... So we called up caso bay ford and talked with Tia over the phone about the truck they had which was priced over 54k..... Caso bay is about 2hrs away from us and didn't want to waste our time if they weren't going to be able to match the deal from Texas. After Tia went back and forth with the manager she came back to me on the phone and said we will match it, we are willing to do what it takes to get the sale! So, we went for the drive, only to sit around half the day and the manager said no way,,, can't be done! The offer was 53k and 12 for my truck??????? Are you for real? Needless to say we didn't buy from them and now, the truck in Texas is gone!!! Well done casco bay ford!!!!
Paying more for a car than its worth - Snflwr78
I went to Ray Haskell Ford with a vehicle that I owned plus a check and ended up buying a 2012 Subaru Legacy for $23,000. It came without a warranty and when I signed the paperwork I was in an upside down loan. I owe $10,000 more than my car is worth. I don't know how this isn't against the law. I cringe when I hear commercials for Ray Haskell Ford. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend anyone else to buy from either!
Professional and Friendly! - consumer34
We are very pleased with our recent purchase and enjoyed working with Mike. We live out of the area where there are many more dealer choices, however we will readily consider Pelletier Ford for our next vehicle.
Faulty brakes - William H Pladson
I seldom write reviews but the Quirk Ford at Belfast Maine was so outrageous that I’m compelled to share it with the world.
In November 2014 we bought a Ford C-Max Energi, a wonderful car, by the way. One year and 16,000 miles later the car failed the annual inspection with defective brakes. The rotors were deeply corroded and pitted. We took it to Quick Ford service and they bald-faced told us that it was ordinary wear and tear. Nonsense.
We took it to our neighborhood mechanic. He inspected the brakes and was aghast. He called another Ford dealer in Bangor Maine and described what he saw. We were told to deliver the car to them right away, which we did. Darling’s Bangor Ford replaced all four brakes with pads and rotors using the Ford warranty totally free of charge.
