Great sales person in Gary Goodman. Great support from Lea Smith in the finance dept. The Service guys prepped the vehicle so we could drive it home that same evening.

Reliable and attentive - TheBrowns
From start to finish, Jason B and mgmt went above and beyond to make sure we were happy all-around. Called ahead, car was out front and ready to take for a spin. In their words, they wouldn’t “let money get in the way of making a sale”; they didn’t disappoint. Very willing to negotiate a great deal. The initial offer they came back with was good enough, we didn’t even have to counter. I would highly recommend working with sales rep Jason B and mgr Chris B...they actually made the process of buying a car enjoyable. We will absolutely be back next time!
Purchase of new work truck - klaurenovics
Buying a new work truck is always difficult for me, as I'm a busy contractor, and can't spend a lot of time dealing with details. On my most recent purchase, I worked with Tim Seymour, and he made the experience very easy, and pleasant. In addition, Darlings does so much for the local community, and I just love doing business with companies that give back. Darlings community involvement is 2nd to none in this market. I"m very grateful for their community support, and their great service when buying a vehicle.

Extremely helpful - 777dealer
Our dealer William went out of his way to make sure we left with the car we needed. Even stayed past 630 PM to help. Fantastic service.
High mileage warranty repairs - Ropedude
Prime has been our go to dealership for 8-10 years. They evaluated and got my warranty claim in and fixed my explorer the same day
Best place for service - jdd1989
My engine blew in my 2009 ford escape. Frank the service manager went out of his way to help me find a new and or used one. A used one was found and installed. He has been a huge help ever since he has been here at Key ford. I have been coming here for years as a kid since my dad buys his trucks here. We both have a great relationship with this place and the loyalty has been phenomenal.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - KimmaBee67
Beware of this place. THURS - Deal offered (that had been mentioned previously as a possibility by Bobby on TUES) and accepted, FRI - $500 deposit put down over phone to hold vehicle, traveled an hour to sign and pre-pay, but the price was not as agreed. No one was there who could deal with this, message left for Bobby to call us back to work out. SAT - Called and Bobby not there and couldn’t run refund so told Bobby would call MON am to work out. MON 7am - Emailed Bobby with written agreement he agreed to, no response asking how to work this out and to please call. NO CALL.. WE call again later the same day and talk with Bobbie ...full of apologies, we miscommunicated, email not working (but I can check it out from another computer), sorry, but the car is now sold. LIES, LIES, LIES from Bobby and no Customer care. Car was out back marked SOLD Friday at closing, there are 2 messages plus an email and questions on refund left for you and by Monday afternoon you’ve NEVER spoken with the person who you agreed to a deal with or followed thru on why it didn’t work out and the car is now SOLD to someone else “because it happens in this business”. Obviously it does where you’re involved. Horrible customer service. They “miscommunications” and then do nothing but ignore the customer like it’s their fault. Slimy, unprofessional, terrible customer service and sick of the lies about knowing nothing about it, but accepts full blame, but we sold the car we still have your deposit on so what can we do?? Having a son who worked in the business, I’m Blessed that he is honorable and honest and stood behind his word because Bobby is an example of why people dread cars shopping ... because of the lies, games and fake apologies. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND ANGER, DO NOT GO HERE!
Efficient oil change and tire rotation - cheryloakes50
Make a call, reserve your spot for an oil change/tire rotation. The waiting room has comfy chairs, you won't want to leave. Oh, they have free wifi-get your work done, check your email or find a good selection of reading material and even watch TV. The best.
Exceptional - Ford Family
Laura and all the staff at Wiscasset ford are the best to work with. Real prices and real service. They always remember us when we go in for service and sales. Just like a family.
Little disorganized, disheveled, not real professional, but - trapperjohn
Went to Yankee because they had the truck I wanted, sales office is under construction usual back and forth, unorganized, never offered to show the 1,000 under invoice and did not. I did ask, they ignored.
not really a professional environment, but despite the cluster they are successful in spite of themselves do sell vehicles. usual pressure but did let me leave,, lol, long story short, not at all happy about the delivery of my new truck. prepping I guess is removing the plastic from the seats, and putting the floor mats down. No wash, no wiping down the interior, tape from stickers still all over the inside, barcodes still on rear view mirrors, did not review all the options on the truck. very poor job of prep. good thing I loved the truck anyway. no service as of yet, ill wait to test those waters once they finish construction. the guy Dutch who does the final work/financing was great, compared to the ones I worked with
Tony & Tyler were great, service, was not good at all - Journey owner
I bought the used vehicle in May, paid the asking price without trying to work them down. Two days later I took it back with some issues including a noise from under the car like something was loose (exhaust?).. They could find nothing wrong. A while later I took it to a local mechanic who told me the front struts were bad. I went back to Tony who said the local mechanic could fix it and bill Rockland Ford or I could have Rockland Ford do the work. I told Tony I'd have Rockland Ford do it. It took two weeks to get the parts then another 3 weeks before they could schedule me in to do the work. All the while, one of the service "advisors" Jeremiah Gray, kept telling me things that just weren't true. I took the vehicle n at 9:00 as scheduled and they said it would take a little over an hour so I said I'd wait. By 11:00 I checked with them and they said it was out for a test drive. By 12:00 I check again and Jeremiah said again that it was out for a test drive. I said, "no it's not, it's right out front". He found out it was and gave me a bill for over $1200. I said "no way" and told him what Tony had agreed to. After some discussion they gave me another bill with $0 balance. Pretty lousy way to run a "service" department and Jeremiah should be terminated immediately.
Wonderful service and staff. - Black focus RS
The service department is one of the best ive ever dealt with. Twice I've been qouted a service price and then went to pay and been plesently supprised with a price much lower than qouted. The do great work and is the only place I trust my vehicles. Ken in service is the man! I purchesed 2 vehicles from quark and both where easy fast and painless with very little up selling, meaning the offered what they needed to but didnt cram it down my throght like I was incapeable of making a informed desision like some other place (rymes with clay baskel).
Great customer service - Tracus
On June 19th, 2019, my wife and I were returning home to Pennsylvania from Bar Harbor when the windsheild wipers on our Winnebago RV stopped working. Because the chassis is built by Ford, we stopped at Casco Bay Ford to see if they good help us. Although we didn't have an appointment, one of their technicians, Brian, took almost an hour to determine what was wrong. Although they were unable to make a repair they did help us find out what was wrong and we were again on our way south. Their friendliness and helpfulness was outstanding. They were polite and there was no charge for their time. We can't thank them enough!! If it were possible, we would give them six out of five stars for a rating.
Wouldn’t recommend - Cbauer
Truck needed a turbo and other work. The extended warranty they offered was way over priced and they didn’t mention it was still under factory warranty. I think the window sicker said it had a useless 3000mile limited power Tran with a $100 deductible.
Transmission - Dj
2013 focus with the transmission shutter.
This is a continuous problem and is a

Professional and Friendly! - consumer34
We are very pleased with our recent purchase and enjoyed working with Mike. We live out of the area where there are many more dealer choices, however we will readily consider Pelletier Ford for our next vehicle.
Faulty brakes - William H Pladson
I seldom write reviews but the Quirk Ford at Belfast Maine was so outrageous that I’m compelled to share it with the world.
In November 2014 we bought a Ford C-Max Energi, a wonderful car, by the way. One year and 16,000 miles later the car failed the annual inspection with defective brakes. The rotors were deeply corroded and pitted. We took it to Quick Ford service and they bald-faced told us that it was ordinary wear and tear. Nonsense.
We took it to our neighborhood mechanic. He inspected the brakes and was aghast. He called another Ford dealer in Bangor Maine and described what he saw. We were told to deliver the car to them right away, which we did. Darling’s Bangor Ford replaced all four brakes with pads and rotors using the Ford warranty totally free of charge.
