Wasted trip - Cmt1980 ford
We we're looking for a very specific truck. Found 3 Nationwide using car gurus. 1st, in Texas, second in Oklahoma, and third,,, you guessed it casco bay ford. The truck in Texas have fewer miles and more options but let's face it, Texas is a long drive. Called the dealership in Texas and discussed the truck and what they would be willing to do with my truck as a trade without seeing it. After 2 days of back and forth emails and texts with pictures of my truck they came back to me with a ballpark deal. Wholesaler would be interested in my truck between 18-19k. This was a decent deal considering and the truck we wanted was priced great at 49900. A day went by and the Texas dealer called up and offered to deliver the truck to us in New Hampshire and pick up my old truck if I would accept 18k for mine. Perfect! Except for the uneasy feeling of taking delivery of a truck I never had seen in person before........ It's the technician in me I guess... So we called up caso bay ford and talked with Tia over the phone about the truck they had which was priced over 54k..... Caso bay is about 2hrs away from us and didn't want to waste our time if they weren't going to be able to match the deal from Texas. After Tia went back and forth with the manager she came back to me on the phone and said we will match it, we are willing to do what it takes to get the sale! So, we went for the drive, only to sit around half the day and the manager said no way,,, can't be done! The offer was 53k and 12 for my truck??????? Are you for real? Needless to say we didn't buy from them and now, the truck in Texas is gone!!! Well done casco bay ford!!!!

I went to Ray Haskell Ford with a vehicle that I owned plus a check and ended up buying a 2012 Subaru Legacy for $23,000. It came without a warranty and when I signed the paperwork I was in an upside down loan. I owe $10,000 more than my car is worth. I don't know how this isn't against the law. I cringe when I hear commercials for Ray Haskell Ford. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend anyone else to buy from either!

I seldom write reviews but the Quirk Ford at Belfast Maine was so outrageous that I’m compelled to share it with the world.
In November 2014 we bought a Ford C-Max Energi, a wonderful car, by the way. One year and 16,000 miles later the car failed the annual inspection with defective brakes. The rotors were deeply corroded and pitted. We took it to Quick Ford service and they bald-faced told us that it was ordinary wear and tear. Nonsense.
We took it to our neighborhood mechanic. He inspected the brakes and was aghast. He called another Ford dealer in Bangor Maine and described what he saw. We were told to deliver the car to them right away, which we did. Darling’s Bangor Ford replaced all four brakes with pads and rotors using the Ford warranty totally free of charge.
