My car broke down unexpectedly yesterday and was left without a car - it wasn't driveable and I didn't have the money needed to get it fixed. I spoke with Kelsey Keith that night about possibly looking at cars this morning and she set me up an appointment with Chris Hart. Chris already picked out some cars for me and had things in mind prior to my arrival. When I arrived he showed me a car and I test drove it and loved it! I had to be to work in just a few hours and between Kelsey, Chris, and Kristen Keith, they had me in and out in no time and I was able to leave with a 2018 Ford Escape! Everyone was so helpful and understanding and definitely willing to work with me on finding not only the best vehicle, but the best price as well! My first Ford - AlAmoling
I'd been a GM guy all my life until I had a horrible experience with a GM product. So I looked at Consumer reports for histories of cars. At that point in time Japanes vehicles were way in the lead so I went with Toyotas. Well I started looking for a new car last November and Consumers ratings were again used by me to cull the selection. I wanted AWD in a sedan because of health concerns with my wife. Lo and behold there was Ford rating very nicely. So the problem became to find where I'd get a good deal. I went to Arundel Ford in December of 2017 and was just walking around looking at the vehicles. Then a young man, Dillon Fowles, came out and offered to show me a vehicle that I was interested in. He offered the opportunity to bring my wife and take it for a drive. I, because of the weather, had to pass on that. I then waited until January 2018 and talked my wife into going to look at the car. Fortunately there was a car in the showroom. She liked being able to try out the car in warmth. We told Dillon that we were very interested and he proceded to get us the best price. We were extremely happy with the price and went ahead with arranging the purchase. I picked up the car the following week and took it immediately for a spin to Portland. I was very impressed with the performance of the vehicle and have enjoyed every minute that I've spent driving it . The whole experience from the initial encounter with Dillon until today, as I write, has been a delight. I'm extremely happy to say the 'I'M A FORD OWNER". BTW I bought a Ford Fusion AWD and if you want a super nice car that's the one you should buy.

Although I did not buy my car here, I have all regular service and inspections done here. While they are sometimes pricey, the quality of the work is excellent. Moreover, they have never charged me for coming in to get my tires checked and even in the lead-up to a major storm yesterday also checked my fluids for free. So if you're a regular customer, you get treated very well.

Had an appt. a few months ago to have a recall part replaced as per the manufacture. (Initially, the Service Dept. didn't want to do this and told me that it wasn't needed. I called back again after going home and re-reading the notice that Ford had sent me advising that this be done) Arrived at the correct time and date that I was given the appt. for and I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. I was questioned as to whom I spoke with, and what their name was, but since it was several weeks after I made the appt. I had forgotten the name.(Made me feel like I was being interrogated) A new appt was made for a Monday morning two weeks from then. Again I arrived on time in the afternoon, and they were searching for paperwork for my vehicle. Then I was told that the part wasn't delivered the day before (deliveries on Sunday ?) and I was one of five people whose parts didn't come in.(Made to feel like hey, I wasn't the only one inconvenienced. I did ask why I wasn't called earlier in the day and notified that they would have to cancel, but I didn't get a direct answer). Another appt was sched., and this time the part was replaced without any issues. A week or so later, I received a phone call telling me that the wrong part was put in (the manufacture sent them the wrong part I was told) and I would have to bring my vehicle back in once again. I was given an 8am appointment, and I was told "we gave you an early appt., so that we can get you in and out early in the day and then you can be on your way !" Drove there on snowy roads and arrived at 0745 and I left my van. It was supposed to be an hour and a half job. I was called at TWO P.M. !!! Their shuttle driver did pick me up in my vehicle, and I was told that 'they had several emergencies." I asked two different people why I wasn't at least called and notified that it would be later in the day and the several emergency story was repeated. Although they are very nice there, I am just not feeling the love. When and if I purchase another Ford product, I will definitely shop around for a dealership that has a good reputation for its service dept.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with never deal with salesman shawn or the sales manager Jason both a couple a con artist they'll tell you one thing and do another after the sales made we found problems after a week of owning the car and they refuse to fix it all the commercials are a bunch of Lies I never once was able to talk to the owner I would not recommend these bozos to anybody

I have my 2013 F150 serviced at Casco Bay Ford in September. They noted that my front brakes needed to be replaced and my tire tread was getting low. I had the front brakes replaced and new tires put on. I had Lyme disease so the truck wasn't used until this last month. I notice the inspection sticker was due so brought the truck into Casco Bay Ford for a sticker. Now they tell me it will need rear brakes and the front strut is leaking and if will cost over $900.00 to get fixed. Makes me wonder what they looked at back in September since the truck wasn't used since they last worked on it?

I seldom write reviews but the Quirk Ford at Belfast Maine was so outrageous that I’m compelled to share it with the world.
In November 2014 we bought a Ford C-Max Energi, a wonderful car, by the way. One year and 16,000 miles later the car failed the annual inspection with defective brakes. The rotors were deeply corroded and pitted. We took it to Quick Ford service and they bald-faced told us that it was ordinary wear and tear. Nonsense.
We took it to our neighborhood mechanic. He inspected the brakes and was aghast. He called another Ford dealer in Bangor Maine and described what he saw. We were told to deliver the car to them right away, which we did. Darling’s Bangor Ford replaced all four brakes with pads and rotors using the Ford warranty totally free of charge.
