I recently had an unforeseen situation occur with my vehicle the end of January. I unfortunately hit a pothole and I had to be towed to BMW of Annapolis since I have only had my vehicle serviced through them the last few years of ownership and trust their customer service. Jane King contacted me the following morning to introduce herself, as well as to let me know that my car had arrived safely the night before. With the pending snow storm rapidly approaching the area, Jane let me know that my vehicle was safe and that she would keep in contact with me. After I received the estimate for the repairs (front passenger side differential and axle replacement) Jane was there for me from the beginning to assure me that everything would be fixed and not to worry about anything. Despite the stress and overwhelming uncertainty of not knowing how the car was going to be initially paid for, since it was supposed to have been covered through my insurance. Jane and the service department at BMW of Annapolis went above and beyond for me from the moment my car arrived and through the whole repair process! They were even willing to help work with me when it came to the final bill since I had to pay for the repairs on my own. I can’t even begin to express enough how amazing my experience was with Jane King and the BMW of Annapolis service department! Thank you Jane and everybody else who was involved from the beginning of this whole process for all you were willing to do for me when I truly needed it!
