The whole experience at BMW of Silver Spring far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the whole process was easy.. so easy that it my boyfriend was mad that he didn't have anything to be mad about..lol! Our BMW Genius John took us on what was easily the best, most amusing and informative test drive of our lives. Karen, our Sales Associate, was really nice and made the whole process a snap. There was very little back and forth on price because the car was amazing, CPO Estoril Blue 428i Grand Coupe, and we settled on a very fair price quickly. Tony really did deliver lightening speed financing. We came in after 6pm on a Wednesday evening and despite us keeping them there well past closing we never felt rushed. My boyfriend loves his new ride and they have two new customers for life!

This is my first time leasing a bmw car I? was so happy that within one week my wife also lease one , when it was time for my first oil change I’ve call the service department of Northwest BMW and spoke with Jeff. As soon I arrived he had a rental car ready for me, I was never use to this cain of service from other!! Then the same thing happen with my wifes car and now with my second oil change ,the service was 10 out of 10. Every one was polite and professional. I? will recommend anyone to Jeff in the service department!!!! They have a costumer for life here

Easy, Fast, Excellent Experience with BMW of Towson - BD
I came in at the very start of my search looking at a new 2018 X3. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Wesley Bishop who showed us both the X3 and the 328i. As we were at the start of our search, we did not test drive anything and were not 'pressed' into making any decisions or determinations. We can back a week or two later to test drive the X3. Wesley again was happy to assist, and did not pressure us into making any decisions that day. He went through the pricing structure with us, both for purchase and lease and gave us the information we would need to make a decision.
Ultimately, while looking around the BMW of Towson website, I noticed a used 328i with low miles that I wanted to look at. Again, quick and easy, was able to setup a test drive of that car. Afterwards we went in to talk pricing and BMW of Towson was able to work with me on the price to both of our satisfactions. The deal was done in under 20 minutes.
When I returned to sign the paperwork 2 days later, they had detailed the car and had it in the showroom garage ready for me with a full tank of gas. The transaction again required 15-20 minutes with John Kim, who was also a pleasure to deal with, and I was out the door with my new car.
Overall impression of the dealership was fantastic. It's clean and everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Special recognition to Wesley Bishop who was incredibly easy to deal with and got me what I consider to be a great deal on a great car. Thanks!
