I had to drive my van over to Vicksburg for then to take three pictures of the hood to send into Chrysler. I walked into the service department and NO one greeted me, finally a guy looked at me and I said I brought my van in for the service guy and the manger to look at it. I have no clue who took the pictures and he was the only one that looked at it. What happen to the manger and service guy to check it out. I bet they said only 25 words to me. They said they will send the pictures into to Chrysler and see what the say. They ask for my name and phone number. I have never been treated like this before at the dealership. This all started back in August and the service person at the time told me it would be taken care plus I would have car to drive while the van was being fixed. I felt very unwelled. I was very mad because I drove 45 minutes to have 3 pictures talked and to be treated like I was a bother to them.

I've had my vehicle in a few different times for warranty work and maintenance and they make sure I'm well taken care of every time! Lenny is my service advisor. He is extremely hard working and honest. He makes sure I stay well informed about my vehicle throughout my visit and is always well prepared for all of the questions I ask about the work being done. He helps me make sure my vehicle is in perfect safe condition. Lenny knows and respects that I like to do some of the maintenance my self. He provides me part numbers for the inspected items so that I can make sure I'm getting the right parts to do the job. Even though I've had one or two small concerns across the many great times I've been here, they have made sure that everything is handled professionally and corrected for. Every time I get my vehicle back it is cleaner than I left it and I've got a well detailed write up of everything that was inspected on my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall on my vehicle. Service was finished sooner than anticipated. Derek D. was really nice. I was expecting them to find thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done as dealers tend to do, but they only found three things and 2 I wasn't surprised the other I was so was satisfied with the professionalism and the no pressure to get the work done immediate with them. There is usually a ton of pressure at dealers, but not here. I will definitely be back. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Oh, other perks are amazing massage chairs and free coffee in the waiting lounge. Very clean there as well.
