Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles. Mr. Boening provided me with a loaner, which took a lot of stress off of me having to get back and forth to work and daily errands. Thanks so much Mr. Boening! The sales rep was awesome, the service after wad awesome, until Mr. Butch called me after I took my jeep home from the service department waiting for a call from the manager for items on my jeep that they were looking into. A few days later Mr. B called and said I need to pay my bill. Wasn't sure how I escaped without paying. What the heck? He said I need to pay all they did thus far....I had no paperwork on they did anything yet. Just my keys with a note....customer owes nothing at this time. MR. B said they did oil change as an example. But. No oil change sticker and the reset wasn't done on engine oil life. He threaten to send me to collections. Huh? No billing, no receipt and all the people I was dealing with disappeared. I have never not paid a bill so I was confused. He didn't show any empathy or want to solve my issue. I paid the bill after several calls from him. Did a survey on line. Requested him to call me. Nothing thus far. I will have to go somewhere else. Still don't know when I'm supposed to get my oil changed.

Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

I've purchased 2 Ram 1500's from this dealership and have had more than a decade's experience with their service department. Recently, I had an oil change and later discovered that the oil had been overfilled. I immediately contacted their Service Manager, Dave Jankovich. Though they were quite busy and admittedly a bit short-staffed that day and what's more I had no appointment that day, Dave was quick to assess the potential damage this condition could cause and immediately took the vehicle back in and performed a complete "redo" oil change along with expressing both his own personal regret and contrition for the matter. Consequently I found Dave to have been exceedingly professional and extraordinarily congenial throughout our dealings. Having met other Service Managers there throughout the years, Dave strikes me as a real "standout" professional and so I salute Dave and for that matter dealership stakeholders in selecting him to headman their service department!

I took my Jeep Wrangler to Parkway for a brake issue - Cowboy

I took my Jeep Wrangler to Parkway for a brake issue thinking I had a caliper problem. The Jeep pulled hard to the left when braking. The technicians discovered that my problem was being caused by faulty brake lines and that the caliper I thought was bad was actually in great working order! I would have never found this problem in my own garage, these guys know their stuff! Who'd have thunk it? There was one disappointment I encountered where the service department was so backed up (not really their fault, everyone likes Parkway) it ended up taking another day longer to repair and being without my Jeep an extra day was very inconvenient. It was April 20th 2022 when I picked up my Jeep with the work completed. When I approached the service manager and told him about my disappointment with the time it took and suggested my own solution to him to make up for the delay, he accommodated me immediately with a smile, a handshake, and thanked me for giving him a solution along with my complaint that would result in my complete satisfaction with my experience. He really appreciated my amiable attitude and was happy he did not have to try to come up with a solution to satisfy me on his own. On the drive home the braking system performed flawlessly! Thank You Parkway! From my whole experience I would recommend Parkway to anyone and everyone for their service needs and I will definitely be returning next time my Jeep needs any work at all.
