Great dealership! Went for a 12k service, was 2 hrs early and they got me in right away. I was in and out before my scheduled appt. My salesman Kris saw me pull in and came to find me to say hi. Staff was very accommodating. The accessories staff was very helpful in answering a lot my questions.

It did not feel like I was negotiating with a car salesman but rather with a buddy that was also looking to help me land a good deal on a car. Never once did I feel rushed during this process, nor did I feel pressured into making a decision. A month later and I am still very pleased with my purchase. Huge shoutout to John S, one of the service managers. WOW and a huge thanks to him & his team for all the help with my vehicle last week. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!
