We purchased our Forester Hybrid during a 0% finance event that produced extreme consumer purchasing pressure that caused several dealer trades to unwind. I placed my trust in Nick at Walser Subaru and he secured 3 buying options that exceeded our expectations. During the actual purchase Mo assisted with a streamlined trade in offer and additional discounts. We will purchase our next Subaru based on this experience. On a side note, Walser Subaru was hosting a "Make A Wish" event on the evening of our purchase. Sam met us at the door and asked us what we were looking for. He respected our wish list and found the perfect truck for us. He wasn't pushy or 'too sales-y'eaning no fake over the top enthusiasm. Just a really good listener, a great salesperson and lovely guy. And Jeff in finance was also fantastic. Super guy and got us a better monthly payment while adding extended coverage on our new truck. Both my husband and I have severe anxiety order, and found the experience not scary at all.

Huge shoutout to John S, one of the service managers. WOW and a huge thanks to him & his team for all the help with my vehicle last week. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!

We are new to the area and I needed a 6-month service on my 2024 Forester. I also had failed to upgrade my windshield fluid to the cold weather version needed up here in northern Minnesota. As a result, my wiper system was clogged with ice. It was very busy the day I had my appointment due to the sudden appearance of snow and winter weather, but Service Represent Devan Wilder took care of everything effectively and efficiently. He explained things very well and was very accommodating. I was impressed with the dealership’s use of technology for quick notifications throughout the time they worked on my car and also the efficient payment process. This is a top notch dealership and I will definitely sign up for Devan Wilder as my Service Representative for my next visits.
