If you go Boland Chevrolet, then you must talk with Cheryl. I was in the process of buying a preowned Ford F150 from a Chevy dealership... no jokes please, and I noticed the vehicle had a slight issue. This issue was no fault of Boland, rather the person who traded in the vehicle to Boland never had a recall by Ford fixed on the truck. So, here's what happened... I wanted to buy the truck, but I wanted it fixed before I purchased it, and Boland realized that the recall was no longer being paid for by the Ford company since the recall expiration date had passed. This is where Cheryl and Boland management decided to eat the cost and have the vehicle fixed without pushing any additional cost upon me. I was told by everyone, even the guys who I talked with in the shop that they lost money on this deal. They constantly told me that my satisfaction was critically important to them since they don't advertise, but they rely solely upon word of mouth, so they do everything possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. If you are looking for the your next vehicle, then I would contact Cheryl. BTW, I've owned the vehicle 4 months now, and it's running great!

I purchased a brand-new car from Suntrup Buick GMC on May 6 2025, and 2 weeks later the engine light comes on. The same engine-light issue has persisted for three months. I may have driven my car for two weeks out of the three months. I’ve brought it in for service three times due to the recurring problem. No follow up on what the issue is other than the censure. The dealership claims they called me on July 9, but I never received any messages. I had been trying to work directly with the GM to get this matter resolved, but keeps getting the run around. Although the service desk has called me before, they gave me some phone number that wasn't mine, communication has been inconsistent. Today, I spoke with Dave Brewer in the Service Department. He was unhelpful, argumentative, and showed no compassion. When I explained to him that I didn't want the vehicle back, without any resolution to my concerns, he insisted I call GM and demanded the return of the loaner car. I reiterated that I had been attempting to follow up without any response. I asked if he could contact GM on my behalf, but he refused, claiming GM is responsible because they make the vehicle. When I pointed out that I purchased the vehicle from the dealership, he said... my vehicle was ready and if I didn't return the loaner today or tomorrow he threatened to file a stolen car report---then abruptly hung up. Do not do business with this dealership, they are not true to their word. They quoted my wife and I a price of $77k on a vehicle and when we told them we wanted the vehicle they came back and said they made a mistake that the price is $88k. A dealership that does not hold up to their word is not much and not a place that someone should do business with. I have the price we were quoted in text messages.

There is no way these other reviews are correct. We bought a 2011 Chevy equinox, the condition of this vehicle was not disclosed to the dealership when they took ownership of it. It was problem after problem. We owned it for 2 months. It spent a majority of that time in the shop with them at Van Chevrolet. Derek, the manager was able to get us out of that loan and into a 2025 Chevy trailblazer. The customer service at this dealership is above any we have ever experienced. I do not believe that rating should be able to be made if the customer was simply not able to qualify for the vehicles. Because the customer service at this dealership they go above and beyond.

Picked my car up last Friday from their collision center and at first glance all looked repaired. The next morning, looking out my window, the way the morning sun was shining on it, I noticed the imperfections and reported it immediately. Will update review if I'm able to get it resolved as well as receive a loaner vehicle. The insurance company from the other party informed me they'd not be able to assist with another rental and that at this point, it's on Molle Chevrolet to provide being it's their mistake which makes sense. After requesting a loaner, Molle informed me that's not something they'll be able to provide. Will be meeting with them today for resolve and will update review either way. Hoping guaranteed satisfaction and they figure out a way to provide a loaner or rental at their expense as this is not my mistake but theirs. Also, went to another independent source and was just quoted on $4037.20 to fix Molle's mistake.

I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I needed a new key made, I tried all the locksmiths and nobody could help me, however, even though the dealership was able to make me a key, they also charged me $91 for the key, and mind you this is a simple key, no key fob or nothing like that, and failed to let me know that I could program it myself, and was going to charge me to program it. I was going to have to pay a tow truck to tow my car to the dealership to program this key that I programmed myself after looking on the internet. And I found out that Ace Hardware would have made my key for $30 after I had already had it made. I will never go back to this dealership again! Sad sad world we live in.

We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today 10/26/22. We had the front drive shaft on our 2018 Buick TourX drop loose. Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us! Shallen disabled couple a vehicle with 10-year-old rotten tires and a failing back up camera and missing rear safety headrest and then telling you pretty much is your problem and days of arguing to get it corrected they are awful people!
