I brought my car there for service on several occasions since buying it new in 2019. I have not one bad word to say about the service department or the service people. Taylor is the gentleman that helped me each time honestly without him I don’t know how smooth or rough things could have been. I dreamed about having a convertible Mercedes all my life after 60 years I was able to buy one. when I started going there, my grandson was 14 years old and everybody treated him so good that whenever I had to go back, he felt like he was going to visit family. Stephanie who worked up in the front treated him so kind that he loves her for giving him a teddy bear and a Ray Catina Mercedes hat. from the salesman all the way up through Service I have no complaints at all and I want to thank each and everyone of them for the kindness and professionalism that they show each of their customers when they arrive. My grandson still comes with me sometimes.

I wrote a prior review based on a very favorable experience with the salespeople prior to buying my car. Now I'm writing a second review based on my follow-up experience shortly after taking ownership of the vehicle. Being a non-technical person I generally have difficulty understanding the plethora of information systems. In the past, at other dealerships, it would require my making 2-3 visits to the dealership to gain this knowledge and control. However, this time my experience was different. Zach, the sales/technical individual who assisted me, was extremely patient, explaining the auto's systems and answering my questions in an easy, unhurried, yet very informative manner. Thanks to Zach I now feel in full control of the varied systems and do not need to make another visit.

I had just purchased a low mileage Mercedes Benz out of - LotsoBear

I had just purchased a low mileage Mercedes Benz out of Florida and was driving it home to CT when the "please correct tire pressure" message came up. I thought it was a fluke as my car had fairly new Michelin tires on it. I decided to go to the nearest Mercedes dealer to have it checked out. It was late Tuesday afternoon on 6/28/2022. I did not have an appointment and I had never bought a car from Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, and I don't live in their state. They immediately took my car in and a great blonde haired lady (Veronica) quickly and efficiently helped me out and verified that they had my exact tire in stock should it need to be replaced. Veronica and a tech quickly found that there was a screw in the shoulder of my right rear tire. She then set me up with Andre in service who took all of my information quickly and helped me with my paperwork verifying that it would be covered under warranty. The tech (didn't get his name) was right there and quickly took my GL and got to work on it right away. He was great. About and hour or so later Andre came and found me in your customer service lounge and fully explained everything that they did and that it was covered under my warranty. After signing off on it Andre and your staff had me back on the road headed for home. They even washed my vehicle and had it looking shiny new. I cannot say enough about how beyond impressed I was with their accomodating me and their kindness and speed of service. They are definitely a well oiled machine and represent the brand and more importnatly your dealership and your ownerships philosophy and values well. Everything they did was much appreciated. The next time I am looking for a Mercedes Benz I will definitely have Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill on my list to check first.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
