They don’t provide loaner car yet they kept my car for a month: they messed my car breaks and rotors but blaming my third party warranty company for the delay.. I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

Routine maintenance - Bay ridge

Ms Stefania Martinez & Mr Keehner are excellent at their jobs. Routine maintenance done without any headaches. Atlantic Audi provides such great service that I drive over 50 miles to get my repairs as opposed to 60 blocks to have them done in Bay Ridge. Well done!! I will always travel to Atlantic Audi

My 2nd review for Audi Albany, We have had only great customer service amongst the team in Latham NY. It’s great feeling to be able to send an email to service manager Craig on a question about my wife’s Audi S4 and and get a quick response with an answer & a resolution. I called two weeks ago while on vacation in Maine and scheduled my Audi S4 35k mile checkup with John the service writer and he was extremely customer friendly and made scheduling my appointment seamless. My wife had to take car in as I had an important meeting to attend, John said the service would take approximately 3hrs and could set us up with a loaner so my wife could get some stuff done around the Latham area. That’s Great Customer Service! In my past reviews the thing that really stands out with this Audi branch is COMMUNICATION through text or phone calls during any of my service appointments. Thanks Craig, John & the Mechanic that did the service.

Never lease or buy a car from this dealership. Avoid at all costs. I leased a 2021 A4 from them and it has been nothing but problems from the moment I drove the car off the lot. I’ve had to take the car in for service of electronic and mechanical issues a half dozen time in 2 years. They have zero loaner cars available. The service department is quite possibly the worst service department of any dealership in westchester. They replaced a taillight on my brand new car because of electrical issues and left the interior panel off the car which allowed water in and fried the wiring. This meant my car had to be in their shop for over a week waiting for replacement parts for an issue or entirely their doing. Everyone at the dealership from the general manager down to the service reps are rude, inconsiderate and downright awful at their jobs. I could not caution against using this dealership anymore strongly. Beware!

I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. They had a man named Tony who took over, told me to go in and have a coffee while he and his staff tried to make it work. Just the fact that they looked into it and worked together to help me was astonishing. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me at Audi of Smithtown. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because this dealership stands out from the rest and I’ve known it since 2015!

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
