My only criticism is that the wait time for service is too long. 2 hours for an oil change when u get there for 8am is too long.
If I hadn’t purchased the service when I bought the car. I would not be bringing my car here

Staff was attentive and timely. I only had to wait about 30 minutes for a tire rotation. It could have been worse. There was coffee and snacks which was nice.
There was a customer that had to find a ride because an 18 wheeler was blocking him. If it were me, I would want the staff to find the driver and move the truck so that I could get out.

Always professional and helpful. I have had seven BMW's serviced here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The loaner cars are always clean, and your car is always washed when it is returned to you.

Routine maintenance - Bay ridge
Ms Stefania Martinez & Mr Keehner are excellent at their jobs. Routine maintenance done without any headaches. Atlantic Audi provides such great service that I drive over 50 miles to get my repairs as opposed to 60 blocks to have them done in Bay Ridge. Well done!! I will always travel to Atlantic Audi

The service department was thorough and efficient. The technician, Ray Fournier, provided a video inspection using the Quik.auto app. Loved it. Greg Battista, the service advisor, was friendly and professional. He ensured that I received my car at the requested time for pick up. First rate service!

I originally walked out of Audi Hawthorne as a relatively... - liamjoy11
I originally walked out of Audi Hawthorne as a relatively content new car buyer. However, since my purchase this Fall my experience with this Audi location has been anything but enjoyable.
There has been a list off issues with my vehicle within the first month of ownership that I trusted Audi Hawthorne would remedy. Especially considering I paid for the car in full and purchased the pre-owned certified warranty (THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS OPTION AS EVIDENTLY, AUDI ATTEMPTS TO SUBTLY WEAVE IN PLENTY OF NON-COVERED ITEMS). Needless to say, I feel as though the 300+ point inspection Audi claims to conduct as part of this offering is likely a farce. It has been about 2 months since I purchased my car and I have not been able to drive it without issue to this day.
I have made multiple trips back to this dealership and had many calls back and forth about an ever growing list of vehicle concerns culminating with safety features being disabled on the car. Audi's proprietary 'Audi Pre-Sense' software de-calibration is supposedly the main cause of why my dashboard lights are malfunctioning, the traffic warning mechanisms are broke and why my airbags will not deploy. Audi Hawthorne claims the cost of repair is hundreds of dollars but they cannot identify what caused the issue and even assuming I continue to drive responsibly, they still cannot guarantee this won't happen perpetually.
As I've owned the car for 2 months, I'm not only concerned for myself and passengers safety in the car but also for why Audi can't see the harm in seeking funds from someone who just bought a vehicle (in full) when they can't explain the reason for why the car requires extensive vehicle service so close in proximity to the purchase date. I would've thought this Hawthorne location would prioritize customer safety over minor corporate profits but it appears I was unfortunately incorrect.
Multiple family members have been Audi drivers for a decade or more but have used the Mohegan Lake Audi location. They were appalled to learn of Audi Hawthorne's decision making up to this point as their experience has been a delight elsewhere over the years. I truly hope things turn a corner when it comes to my first Audi buyer experience.

They highly recommend rotation and alignment of the tires. $650+tax of labor to “extend the life” of tires that cost about as much. This is a service that a normal technician would do in an hour. But apparently takes 5 hours of their grossly overpaid ones.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I was running errands Sunday afternoon, and my car died in the CVS parking lot. Called my dealer but they were closed, so I walked down to the Arlington garage hoping they could help. Adam dropped everything , drove me back to my car, and jump-started it. Then I brought it to the garage where they tested and replaced the battery. I was back running errands in less than an hour total!

Eh. They are mediocre. I find this troubling because they are very expensive. If you are going to pay high prices for service the customer service should be top notch. This was my experience. I called the internet phone number listed on their website and got the recorded message that it was the sales office with no option for service. Looked again at the website and went to service and tried that number. I got someone who said they do not take walk ins? (I was hoping to get service that day) and that they could not take me. I was calling at 3pm on a Thursday. Maybe that was a little late but I stressed all I wanted was and oil change. I went to website scheduled service for 20,000 mile standard service for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50 and was told my standard service would be approx $580 by John Whalen the service advisor (nice person btw) This was for an oil change and filter the rest was inspections. Lol! I tried calling service card number for John to find out how much longer till car was done and got the same answering service trying to make appointment. She put me on hold for 6 minutes and then I got an answering machine. I called again and got John on the phone. I asked him if her had an extension so that it would be easier getting service and he gave me a four digit ext. 2 hours later my car was ready and they had washed the outside of it along with the standard service. Riding home I noticed that the mileage on my car was different than the paperwork so I called John to get it corrected. Tried the extension he gave me and it said it was no such extension. So I called and got a different service advisor and she said to send a pic of the mileage and email John. I asked her what his extension was and she gave me the same ext that John did that didn’t work. I told her this and she said you have to dial a 72 before the extension. (Like I shout just know this) I emailed John the mileage info and he emailed back saying he would correct. They are OK. Expensive. Not grade A customer service. Not because of the reps there but jumping through hoops trying to get ahold of anyone and on top of that paying top notch prices. For what you pay they should clean the interior of the car too imo.
BTW I opted out of text messaging because I have received unwanted texts early in the morning waking me up.

This dealer has a split personality.
The sales side is awesome and painless.
The service dept flat out sucks. Had to take my car to get a few aftermarket items installed.
Vehicle was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. Asked the valet why it wasn’t clean so I can inspect the PPF and ceramic. His response? “It was snowing yesterday” Well it wasn’t snowing when I picked it up. In fact, it was sunny.
Car was not charged after I asked the girl on the phone to make sure it was as I was going straight to the airport.
Because the car was not charged, and the SA had no idea where a rapid charger was located, I had to stop off at a charging station to get the range needed to get to the airport and home.
Needless to say, I had to rebook the flight as it was just too close to risk trying to make it.
These guys are terrible and incompetent with the attitudes to match.
Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi
Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
