I purchased a brand-new Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury at the end of July of this year. My salesman was Mike Graff and he worked hard to locate he exact car I wanted. Unfortunately the car developed a very serious transmission flaw shortly after purchase which resulted in it being out of service for an extended period of time. The dealership reacted excellently. My service advisor Ryan Farrell kept in constant communication with me. Cadillac ultimately replaced the entire transmission and I was supplied a brand-new loaner car for the duration. Michael Mullaney, the dealership’s owner, saw to it that I received a large check for my inconvenience when I returned to pick my car up. This was something I had not requested and still amazes me. As unfortunate as this experience was in the end Cadillac stood by its product and Hudson Cadillac, Buick & GMC stood by me as its customer. The car is running great and I remain impressed and grateful. These are people worthy of your trust.
Excellent Service - delvallew
I want to take a moment and express my gratitude for the great care I received when I recently went to Bical auto Service. The whole experience was as pleasant as an experience like this could be thanks to "Alicia Carson" my service advisor and "Frank" the technician who is knowledgeable servicing my Buick Encore. . I often feel that your customer service is the best! I’ll be sure to think of you first for any future repair and service needs.

Patrick is a buyer’s salesperson. He defies the stereotype of a car salesman. He’s upfront, to the point, and doesn’t BS. What he said, is what it was. While my son’s car was being serviced, we decided to browse in the CPO showroom. I ended up going home with a Colorado Z71.

Cool Breeze - LeadersPlay2Win
Efficient. Thorough. Courteous. Authentic. Temps had been in the 80's and the air conditioner was blowing hot air. Other nearby dealerships told me the soonest appointment would be in two weeks. Pepe squeezed me in within two days. It was my first time there, and I was expecting a sprawling property because of its location. And while space seemed severely limited inside and out, the property is efficiently designed and seems to function well. But the people are what really set it apart. Their desire to help was as authentic as their smiles and words. From the man who first checked me to Sam, the Service Rep, to the staff walking back and forth between the showroom and the service area, everyone created a warm welcoming experience. The two and half hour wait seemed to fly by.

I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department 5x in the past year after purchasing it 1 year old. This last time I was told to drop it off it would be ready for pickup by 5...no it was not. I had to once again drive back to get my work items and find a car to get me to work the next day since they needed to keep the vehicle longer.
If this was just 1x i wouldn't be upset but it happens everytime ive had to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in 3x for them to fix the blower motor. Im disgusted with this dealership

Bought our truck from previous owners of this dealership and purchased a extended warranty with it and of course misplaced the paperwork. Anyway brought our truck to Healeys Chevrolet with a list of stuff not working but especially the air conditioning. Got a call stating I needed a recharge. Explained I had a warranty but without the paperwork I would have to pay $259. For them to recharge. Paid the bill picked up my car and within 2 days air conditioning blowing hot. Called Mt Kisco Chevrolet and spoke with a Gavin. Explained what was going on and that I didn’t have the paperwork he said drop off the vehicle and he will look into it. The BEST choice I could have done. Gavin went above and beyond to find my paperwork figured out I had the extended warranty through GM. They diagnosed my vehicle needing a condenser not a recharge and ordered one up. Unfortunately GM condenser are on back order and it took a week to get but my warranty paid for my rental and it’s all because Gavin everything right. Thank you Gavin you have a lifelong customer. Gavin called me everyday with an update even if it was to say it didn’t come in yet. He really is the best. Thank you again Gavin
BARTON'S SERVICE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF... - nier054
I just bought a 1995 Eldorado convertible with 24,000 original miles that was always garaged and serviced meticulously. The car looks and drives like a brand new car! Not a mark on it and it needed nothing done. I brought it to Barton's Cadillac for basic maintenance; oil change, radiator flush, transmission flush, check all fluids and belts, key fob battery, check the brakes, hoses and belts. Paul called me with a quote of $4,100... NOT A TYPO! That does not include any repairs. I asked him how much was parts and how much was labor. $3,100 LABOR! At $200 / hour, we're talking about 15 hours labor. He said the water pump was shot. 24,000 miles and the water pump is shot? 3 certified mechanics examined the pump and said nothing was wrong and it didn't need to be changed. Paul quoted me 6 hours labor to change a water pump, 2 hours labor to change a fuel filter and cabin air filter. OMG, I almost lost my mind when he started justifying it as if I was a 10 year old boy who was totally ignorant about cars. I have 3 legitimate quotes for the water pump at $395 - $465 and PAUL QUOTED ME $1,300. $149 for the pump and $1,200 labor...$159 labor to change 2 batteries in my key fob..$419 labor to change the battery cables? Let's see now...$200 / hour and Paul quoted $419 labor? 2 hours to change battery cables? I asked him to replace my headlights with halogens...$211 labor? To change a couple of bulbs? It has never taken me more than 10 minutes to unplug the old bulb and replace it with a new bulb. Everything is flat rate and everything is estimated at 3x the normal time it takes to do the job. The mechanic is basically on commission and can get paid for 20 hours labor even though the jobs only take him 6-8 hours. I know most dealers are flat rate, but Barton's Cadillac and Paul or borderline crooks. Especially in these unprecedented times of the coronavirus, they still want to suck the money out of your pocket. All of the work that they quoted was quoted by 2 very reputable mechanics in the area and they came in at $1,650 for everything...Estimate was that it would take about 4-5 hours for EVERYTHING...maybe 6 or 7 hours if they ran into trouble. DO NOT GO TO BARTON'S CADILLAC SERVICE if you care about your money!

Once the new staffs came in, everything & everyone was great! Kim and front desk are very professional & friendly. They are definitely a keeper!
Repairs and Vehicle Purchase. - Annie Dutton
This is the most dishonest and worst place to go! I bought a car there and they wouldn't even give it to me for the price it went on sale for! On their website they posted! I had put a deposit on that car and they were supposed to hold it and without notice put it for sale again and even lowered the price after they had my thousands of dollars... online (though the sale was a lie, it was just to bring in business because it was not honored for me). Beware of Rich Colburn (salesman), and Shaun Gleason (service advisor), the mechanics lie when they are too lazy or can't figure out what's wrong and just make up what's wrong, and if you take it back they will tell you it's something completely different. I used to trust them so much with my vehices but, they are so unprofessional they didnt even put things back together they took apart and still returned my car to me writing lies on my bill for hundreds..well for hundreds you put things back together...and I have spent thousands upon thousands there but, they descriminate against older vehicles and make up lies to cover their xxx as to why they won't work on them, branding the owner and vehicle because they don't know how to fix classic cars, they have no knowledge of them, no training and are too lazy to troubleshoot. They would rather fabricate problems and lie through their teeth. The whole service staff is incompetent, oozing with inexperience and corrupt. You can't inspect a vehicle at their high standards then turn around two months later and say it isn't safe when it just passed their high standards and the reason is ridiculous because the car is completely redone and certain non issues have been that way for 20 years. How can they pass it and then turn around and say it isn't safe, in the same condition two months later? If they actually believed their lies... the condition didn't change over two months so that means they would have passed it not being safe two months beforehand and should lose their licence, which I have proof they passed it and then said it wasn't safe with no changes in condition in those TWO MONTHS (which I can also prove)...which I'm reporting to NYS. They are pieces of xxxx, dishonest as can be ever since Tracy Woods left...they are nothing but, incompetence. Don't ever be nieve enough to believe a word they tell you or spend a penny there. Their dishonesty outshines their company name. The kids at Boces are more trustworthy an knowledgible than them! Trust me. And don't buy a car there, you will pay far more than it's value, as they mark their vehicles far above market value and will barely take a penny off the price. I did because I was foolish enough to trust them. Their salesmen are high pressured, the service people push repairs not needed at unreasonable pretentious prices, and the office staff are bubbleheads. The salesmen and service people aren't much smarter. I urge you don't get ripped off, stay away and don't waste thousands at this corrupted business!! Just because they will make up any excuse not to work on your vehicle....and know nothing about how to fix cars, it won't stop them from charging you hundreds for nothing, such as replacing a gas cap or fuse at premium over priced prices!! They also descriminate against women and the LGBT community! WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID. Being corrupt since 1982 ripping people off and stealing from customers Rick Bokman Inc. Now at more than one location from all their corrupt practices to make money to expand to rip off more than just one county or city. 🙌👎...was looking for a new car....definitely WON'T EVER give them my business again. I hope you don't either.

I recently purchased a new 2019 Chevy Trail Boss and took this vehicle to Ed Shults Chevrolet for repair of two factory recalls and a leaky back window. My vehicle was returned to me with grease on the interior, a misplaced dome light, gouged interior handles, water stained headliner, and scratches to the exterior. Three attempts to correct the problem and my vehicle is now destroyed. Management took no accountability for the negligence of the repair technicians and told me that the gouges to the paint were because my vehicle is “black” and that there is no way to resolve the issue. Unprofessional management. Poor quality repair. Faulty service.
Aweful! Don't Buy Their Dealership Warranty!! - You Know Who I Am
DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the issues. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership.
