Jahbari Williamson did a great job taking care of me. My car needed an NYS inspection and a troubleshooting of a clicking sound when braking and vibration during acceleration. Danny, the service technician, is as good as they come. Recommended replacing the front right motor mount. Now it drives like brand new. They also did a courtesy wash, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Manhattan if you need your Volvo serviced or repaired.

This dealership has poor customer service. They do not return phone calls or let you speak to anyone once a car has been purchased. The finance department does not deal with people in an upfront manner. When a warranty is purchased they should tell you what the cost of the warranty is-not what your total payments are going to be on your loan. We are also not aware if there were any other options when it came to purchasing a warranty-such as a 1 yr or 2 yr option. The finance man spoke so fast that not a word could be heard or understood. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience which this one was not and why doesn't anyone return phone calls? Are you finished with the customer once they walk away?

I've purchased two Volvos from Sean in the last 10 years. I started out with an S40 and later upgraded to an S60. Both sales transactions went off without a hitch. I've also had my inspections and oil changes completed here and have always been happy with the service and feedback they provide,
