We especially want to mention Nicholas Brass who patiently guided us through the decision process. Nick is knowledgable of the Volvo vehicles and answering any questions we had while test driving. Thank you Nick. Upon our pick up of our XC60 plug in Hybrid Jim guided me through a informative orientation with patience beyond amazing...thank you Jim. The management staff is professional and generous of their time and knowledge. Kristen and Nick made sure our experience was perfect.
