What an awesome experience!!!! I was visiting here in the Raleigh area and had a incident at a gas pump where it cause damage to chrome on bumper. Ted was my first point of contact as I explained my situation and sent a pic. He ordered it immediately 7/15 it arrived 7/16 my appt was 7:30 and they had my completed by 10:45 . I am in Awe of the level of making it happen and the level of professionalism .

Recently stopped by for a new aux battery Kyle was there and a warm greeting began a seamless, painless and otherwise pleasant experience.
On a side note; when I began shopping for a replacement for my LS460 my first and last test drives were at your dealership, I must apologize, I don’t recal the names of the salesman but both were thorough knowledgeable professionals and we were very well treated I wanted a VERY specific S550 and a months long National search yielded the perfect car. I would not be a Mercedes customer but for your excellent sales staff. Thanks so much for are their help and guidance

I waited 1 hrs to get a loaner vehicle for a scheduled recall service. The reason giving for the delay was because someone had previously wrecked the loaner.The loaner they gave me, had a low tire warning 24 psi, sounds like a set up to me. An additional sales person kept calling me about getting my vehicle appraised for an potential upgrade that never happen. When I mention that to the sales advisor, he stated that he would make a note for that and again did not happen. While my vehicle was been serviced, I asked about an issue I noticed after my vehicle was serviced a week ago that was checked off the list for items serviced. Sales advisor stated it would get check but I guess the process is only one service at a time. Because one the recall was done and checked out, they could not check the vehicle back in for the service issue that I asked about. I have never experienced this level service before and know it's something to expect.

Worst service department of any dealership i have had experience with. They service so many cars you may wait days just to get an appointment and your car might sit there untouched for a few more days. Everytime you call you have to leave a message as no one who can give you an update answers their phone or calls you to let you know. They also do their best to keep from repairing anything covered under warranty.

I was quoted $700 for just the labor to replace the unit on the console that houses the built-in phone keypad on my CL500. I was told it was so much because the entire console had to be removed to perform the replacement. I then went to YouTube and discovered a tutorial on how to perform the replacement myself. It took me five minutes, and it did not involve removing the console. Why would I ever trust this service department, or by extension, this dealership?

I live out of state and made an appointment for service on my Mercedes over 2 weeks in advance and requested a loaner. A few hours before my appointment, Nate called & said they had no loaners available. At least he saved me a 2 hour drive to the dealership, but this is thev2nd year in a row this has happened.
