I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Haley! From the moment I walked into the dealership, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, heard, and taken care of throughout the entire process of purchasing my brand-new car. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to figure out payments, options, financing, and everything else that comes along with it. Haley made the entire experience feel so much easier. She never made me feel pressured or like I was just another customer trying to make a sale. She actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, understand my situation, and work with me to find options that made sense. What really stood out to me was how determined Haley was to help me get into the right vehicle. Whenever we came across an obstacle or something that could have made the process more difficult, she didn’t just give up or tell me it couldn’t be done. She worked through it, looked at different options, and helped find a way around the obstacles. She was constantly looking for solutions instead of problems. This isn’t your run of the mill review. I bought a truck on November 1st from the Gateway Clearance a center in Fargo. Everything was awesome. Brandon Schafer really took the time to come from the main dealership to the clearance center to help me. After the sale, the manager Ryan Payson, told me that if a problem with the truck pops to return and talk with him. Well not three weeks later the vehicle started having issues. I checked my transmission fluid which only made me even more worried. The transmission fluid looked like engine oil. I brought the vehicle back and then reached out to Ryan Payson like he asked me to do. Turns out the torque converter went out, causing the transmission to burn out. Ryan Payson worked with me through the whole problem and made things right. My vehicle was fixed and back with me in just days. Ryan didn’t blow me off or tell me too bad. This isn’t service that you get when you go to other dealerships in the F-M area. I’ve been to other dealerships and have had horrible experiences and problems with vehicles I bought. My wife and we’re spoke with the dealerships and they drug their feet and tried to take advantage of my wife being a woman. NOT GATEWAY CHEVROLET. Gateway treated us with respect and dignity. Hands down go to Gateway for a vehicle. I for one will never go to another dealer in the area.

Wow, the experience at Kia of Fargo versus other local dealerships is far above and beyond, in the best way. From the more casual, laid-back, no-pressure reps, to the modern building offices and layout. It was just a top-notch car experience. I worked with Jean and he was so incredibly helpful with us wanting to test drive close to a dozen vehicles before deciding which was the right make/model for our family. Jean didn’t bat an eye at it and was very knowledgeable about the different trim versions and car makes/models facts related to each vehicle. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. We ended up going with a different dealership just based on the car we wanted, but wish we could have given them business because Jean and his manager were the best. Not pushy, just easy to talk to and wanted the best for our family even if it wasn’t with them. Would highly recommend.

I bought a vehicle at Heiser at the end of November (Ray was great to work with - no complaints there), and in February I started getting a rattling under the hood. The repair shop said that my timing chain needs to be replaced, which is $2500 fix. Since then, I have also started having groaning from my brakes that are vaguely reminiscent of a dying dinosaur (which the repair shop said was due to a part not being put on the brake the last time the brake pads were changed), my AC and heat just blow the same temperature no matter the setting, and it sounds like a jet engine any time I press the accelerator. Cody at Heiser said they won't do anything about it since the 90 day warranty is past, although we have documentation from the mechanic that the issue was diagnosed before the 90-day warranty was up and we notified Heiser of the issue very shortly after the warranty expired - Cody is also not returning calls. We have bought several vehicles from them over the years, and I will never buy there again and will make sure other potential customers know that they don't particularly care about their customers or want them to keep coming back. My company was looking at several vehicles on their lot to purchase for our sales team, and due to this experience are looking elsewhere.
