We have bought at least 5 new vehicles from sales - Starfish 4

We have bought at least 5 new vehicles from sales representative Brian Hall. He is the best!! He stays late to accommodate my husband and me. He doesn't pressure you or talk you into anything you don't want. He sets up and explains everything when we get a new vehicle. Brian has a very pleasing and friendly personality. We won't deal with anyone but him.

⭐️ 1 out of 5 Stars – Avoid Beau Townsend Ford at All - Rusty.l.burnside

⭐️ 1 out of 5 Stars – Avoid Beau Townsend Ford at All CostsDo not buy or service a vehicle here. Katlin the service manager was deceitful and very unprofessional. Ford Corporate just bought back my 2025 F-150 under the Lemon Law, and during that process, I discovered this dealership illegally sold me the truck with an active safety stop-sale recall. My experience with their service department was a complete nightmare:Incompetence: At 2,000 miles, the engine started knocking. A tech told me the engine blew up, but the service manager kept it for days, blamed an "inexperienced" mechanic, and gave me back a broken truck.Dishonesty: They kept my truck for a week for a rear-end recall, claiming they had the parts. They did no work, lied about fixing it, and gave it back unrepaired.Property Damage: They dented my rear quarter panel while it was in their shop. It took three days to fix, and they returned my truck with the entire interior covered in bondo dust.Horrible Service: The staff and management were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. They sell unsafe vehicles, lie about safety repairs, damage your property, and treat you terribly. Take your business elsewhere.

Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and - brudexter

Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and recall on the PCM. I was waited on quickly. I was glad I had an $20 discount since prices have gone up. Thanks for having that available. All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal - Shaun R Marolt

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. We purchased our Nissan, new, at this dealership and had a great experience. But once we started servicing our Rogue here it was quite the opposite. Long wait times were the norm, mysterious damage to our vehicle such as a dent in the quarter panel next to the hood, that wasn't there before. Oil leaking from the drain plug on multiple servicing's, they would never change the crush washer on the drain plug. And just recently my windshield came back cracked. When i questioned it the service manager told me it was a rock chip and things happen. Don't worry was his response, your comprehensive will cover the damage. Meaning someone else will pay, just not us. I had no proof, so $200.00 later i have a new windshield and will NEVER use this dealership again or recommend!!!

STAY FAR AWAY! - Mike G

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!

I will strongly recommend Mark Thomas, the staff were - idumahg

I will strongly recommend Mark Thomas, the staff were very warm, Noah treated us well: and they gave us a very good deal on the Honda crv, way less than the amount it was listed. The hour long drive was worth it.
