A previous poor review of the service department at this dealership brought to the attention of the correct individual, Tyler Armstrong, Service manager. He immediately investigated and contacted me and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I am therefore submitting this as an update and recommend if a customer has issues with the service department, especially in trying to get messages to the correct person, let Mr. Armstrong know. Presently it is an outside company engaged by the dealerships owners to answer our calls and route those calls and they have been adding to my frustration. Mr. Armstrong was very approachable and engaging once he was made aware of my issues through utilizing this site. Hopefully I will not encounter any future issues but I now know who the proper person is to directly contact.

I have never had a more positive experience buying a car! Jack Forsythe was absolutely incredible to work with. He connected with me through an initial phone call after I put in an inquiry and a finance application. On the call he found out what I had to put down, if I had a trade in, and what I was looking to keep payments at. After that, he handled everything else though text, which is ideal for me! He sent over my approval for the car I originally inquired about. Then as he was arranging transport from another store, he found out the car had just been sold. He was very encouraging and helped me find another car. I found another one that was more expensive, but he was able to get me approved, and even worked with me to get it into my price range without extending the life of the loan. Once I had approval, we arranged a test drive. Due to the timing, my husband was unable to come with me, and I had to take our two kids with me. As a woman, it can be very intimidating walking into a dealership by yourself, especially with kids in tow. Jack was incredibly accommodating and kind. From the moment I walked in and met Jack to the moment I walked out with my keys, I felt at ease. I HIGHLY recommend connecting with Jack and getting the car you need! He is incredible to work with.

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.
