We were experiencing some problem with our Lincoln Nautilus and had Lebanon Ford diagnose it. They found the problem to be the transmission which we feared. We were at the end of our extended warranty and made this known. Tyler who was our service manager orchestrated all our work, which was extensive, and was able to get the repairs done under the warranty. He also suggested some other work that was needed which we had done. Our vehicle which is a 2019 has never driven better!! The difference was like night and day and the customer service was above and beyond! I would highly recommend Lebanon Ford!
