The past three leases we have dealt with Carl Easley - great to work with and always gets back to you promptly. Worked up a really good deal for us as I was really concerned about going into another lease because of my recent furlough due to Covid-19. Found something for us that was attainable and kept more money in our pockets- feel that the car is not a downgrade either. Drives wonderfully and is equipped with nice options. Donley has a good reputation among our friends. Our salesman, Robert Lucente deserves 5 stars. He was excellent to work with. If he didn't have an answer, he'd research it and get right back to us. He was very patient teaching us the Titanium 2.0 and made sure we knew how to work everything before we left the dealership. Robert spent about 1 hour training us. It took over 2 hours to finish a cash transaction with no financing to be processed.

I had an awesome experience with Terry Henricks Ford. I called to see if the vehicle was available and and the salesman, Alex was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions without getting frustrated. There were A LOT. He gave me an estimate on my trade in which was VERY fair! I made the 1.5 hour commute that night and sent pictures of all my paperwork to get the ball rolling. Alex and his GM were awesome! They even got me a better interest rate than what I came in with. I was in and out with my new Explorer in 2 hours! TWO!! They even stayed late for me. Amazing customer service, genuinely nice people, honest and fair. We will be back to purchase our 2nd vehicle with them very soon.
