I emailed a bunch of dealers that had the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid color/options I wanted in stock. This place was the cheapest and they also were the most generous with my trade-in. Agreed on a price and on trade-in value over phone and email. I was driving from Pittsburgh and it was absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. Everything was as they had said it would be (no switching prices or adding fees or anything). Very nice facility and we were in and out in probably 1.5 hours. They were ready for us, greeted us by name, and we got right into it. The van was already detailed and ready to go. Only knock was that they wouldn't title in PA or collect PA sales tax, but I'm not sure if that's a dealer specific thing or an Ohio thing. Great dealership experience and am super happy that I chose this dealership.

This is one of the worst experiences with a car finance company and the car that I have with them. sold a car to me that had not been checked over, seat belt was broken, brakes was making noise and somehow it passed an !MOT with that problem.with in the first week i had problems with it.should have never passed the mot.i should have a working and a safe car which i have kids, i don't feel safe driving with my kids in it. I'm paying £356 for a car that has problems. That is not fair i expect to have a car with no problems at all. that's why i got the car on finance. it's going to cost me £750 to repair the car whereas the clutch is gone after 5 months of having the car. I called the finance about the situation they said it's my problem they cant help me at all, they said when they gave me the car it was driveable and in good condition, that i should of serviced the clutch. has any one that has a car serviced their clutch for their car let me know please.only doing 7000 miles and having the car for 5 months please tell me if i should be having so much problems.my wife is out of work due to the car not driveable and i told the finance people on the phone. told them about the situation they said im am still able to fund repairing the car and paying for the finance of the car. this is so unfair and wrong no help at all with the finance company.they have no empathy on the situation what so ever and i'm totally shocked and upset how i am being treated. i have had several different cars and older cars then this one done more mileage aswell they have never given me any problems. as 7 seater family car i wouldn't expect the clutch to go on a 7 years old car and only recently serviced as well by the company that gave me the car.the clutch failed when my wife was going up a hill it rolled backed nearly hitting the car behind .i asked to speak to their manager they refused it because they said that the case was closed disgusting. The reason for getting a car on finance is to make a living for my family and right now this is stressing me and causing me to have strong migraines. not in a million years i was expecting this to happen to me. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. I dealt directly with the owner, Alex Perez. At no time did he ever try to pressure me. I looked at and drove three different cars, then went home to think things over. Alex allowed me to take the car I decided on to my own mechanic for inspection. After it passed inspection, I didn't hesitate to buy it. I traded my vehicle and was given a very good price, not like the big dealerships that try to go as low as possible. I really like the vehicle that I decided on, a 2011 Toyota Highlander with under 80,00 miles. The SUV drives great and is super clean inside and out. I live near this dealership and always notice what nice cars he keeps on his lot. I am glad I stopped the day I noticed a couple of SUVs that caught my eye. I'm also glad to be able to support a small local business. Thanks Alex! If I need another vehicle this is where I will shop.

My vehicle was totaled and I’d heard several good testimonials from various people, so I thought I’d check them out. I am so very glad I did! Both are extremely accommodating and straightforward. My purchase went smoothly and they went out of their way to get me into a vehicle. I had gone to a conference in Columbus and had some serious issues with my brakes, called Jay and told him of the situation and he agreed with what I was told the problem could be, and to make sure I kept my receipts for the repairs. I’d only had my car for a little over a month, so these repairs were not covered under warranty. Once I returned home I took the receipts in and Jay made a copy, once Eric returned from a time away they made arrangements to get the car into their garage. They assured me that the repair shop was correct in their repairs and they also did a brake job on the front of my car. Not only did they do that, I was reimbursed for half of what I paid Firestone to repair the rear brakes, rotors, brake line and caliper. Now it was not their responsibility to cover half of my repairs, but they made a good faith gesture. I would/will refer them to anyone. After telling of my initial experience of my brake issue, all kinds of people will talk trash about a business, look, you can have bad experiences with any business, even the biggest and best in the area you live in can have a bad experience. When people go in with a chip on their shoulder and a bad attitude, you won’t get very far. Attitude is everything!

Bought a car from Siara Lamp. Nice girl but not very professional, she is just there to get a sale. It was my first time in a dealership ever and someone recommended this person to me, only god knows why. Spent 8+ hours here when my kid sat at home with grandma. Was my absolute very first time at a dealership by MYSELF and I told Sierra that. She didn’t give a ****. I cried in her office while she talked to some “manager”. A week after I bought the car, the brakes went out and my car was smoking. Not even a year later, my engine is rattling when she told me she couldn’t budge on the 25k price point for a piece of **** 2015 Jeep Compass with a broken radio. She told me that “a co signer didn’t matter” when I had a 630+ credit score. Will never xxxxing go back if someone paid me. I will only see people that people recommend from the Honda side of the dealership because they’re the only people that know what the absolute xxxx what they’re talking about.

Here’s a little story time. Here’s what happened when we went to get our car from Byrider Maumee DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this joke of a dealership. We came to pick up our car from the dealership because it was paid off and it was in need of a tow. The car needed some work done and we couldn’t afford to fix it at the time, so we waited until it was paid off. (Mind you, this car had problems almost right away after buying). We just got THE TITLE in the mail. Went in to get the keys and the guy working in the bay said that the keys are stuck in the ignition. He took a battery out there to jump it but couldn’t get it. He said they had to “move it” yet didn’t know why the keys were left in it. We asked to remove items from the car and found out it was missing a BUNCH. Window control panel, the DVD player, and license plate…. We asked about the personal belongings in the car and all they could say was “we don’t know what you’re talking about”. Turns out the hood was popped open the whole time and there was a dead possum in the engine. We asked to speak to the manager and he laughed at us and said that he had nothing to do with it. He basically told us that since we bought it when it was “JD Byrider” it’s not his problem. He was completely unprofessional and rude. We asked for the car to be documented and given a print out, but they “couldn’t print it because the people left the day”. Idk about you but what MANAGER isn’t able to complete something for a customer… I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service, ever, in my life. He kept trying to play off our words and act like we didn’t know what we were talking about or we were wrong. The guy who came to check out the car said that the catalytic converter wasn’t just stolen from anyone, someone knew what they were doing and took it off properly. You can even see the greasy mechanic fingers that took the DVD player out. This guy who checked our car said some dealerships do this if a car sits too long on the lot. They claim its “abandoned”. They take off parts for the cars they get to fix them up to sell. We caught some people that were coming in to look at their pitiful selection of cars and told them to not buy from them and from ACROSS the parking lot, the MANAGER laughed at us and wrangled those people inside. I don’t know about you but we were furious. This “manager” wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. My other half MADE him walk to the back to look at the car. And then, THEN, he finally understood what we were talking about and then started saying he suspected a crackhead that was working there at one time may have did it. When we threatened to share the story on social media, he basically hushed us by saying he was going to give us a gift card for the inconvenience and would call corporate and get back to us. His deadline has passed and is now ignoring texts and calls. We have proof of his poor treatment to us and proof from someone who pulls cars from dealerships like this. Yes the car sat there a long time. Yes the payments were made on time and in full. If it were a problem that the car was parked there, then they should have contacted us. But the agreement was that it was fine it was parked there. Save yourself or a family member the problems and don’t buy from them. I’d post the pictures here if I could.
