I did something stupid on my truck and needed to have it towed to xxxxx of Wilsonville. It was after closing time so I described the problem and left the remote. I got a text at 7:30 AM to let me know it was being looked at. . I called later that morning an d was told it was done and come and pick it up. When I got to xxxxx it was pointed out ( in a humorous way ) that I put the floor mat over the gas pedal and that's why it wouldn't start. They had a good time having fun at me and sent me on my way with no charge. These are good people. I would trust them to be straight with me evert time.

Purchased a Raptor Ranger that I saw on line for sale at Pierre. Made the phone call and made a deal over the phone. had a three hour drive to go get the truck where I was met with the truck out front and was Gabriel Walker...very courteous and informative. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel.

I live near Atlanta and ran across an ID.4 with a great price online. The only issue being that it was located in Eugene, OR. So...it would take a lot of trust to commit to a vehicle's that far away. I called them up and got Tony Johnson, a real salesperson, not a BDC department which was a great start.Tony was awesome. Took a lot of pics for me and was very efficient in completing the deal. You hope that your salesperson is being honest when describing the vehicle that you are purchasing 2500 miles away. It's not like you can return it. We just received the VW this morning and it was even better than Tony described it. It was in excellent condition. I was in the auto industry for over 22 years and have seen many salespersons. Tony is in the top 1%. Thank you Tony for being a pleasant, responsive and honest salesperson. Eugene Hyundai is lucky to have you!

Copied from my Google review: An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.

Rogers gmc of hermiston Oregon is an amazing place to buy a vehicle and the salesman are excellent to work with. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. They are a class act and treat customers great. They did an awesome job for me and I drove off in the pickup I wanted to buy. The salesman Gus fudge is my favorite salesman and he did an amazing job. I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium from Doherty Ford in Forest Grove (back in 2020). So why not having all my services done with them as well. I never had a bad experience. Recently, my tire pressure sensor failed on a back tire, and they took me in that same day for service. While my car was already at their shop why not do an oil change. They offered and I appreciated that. Saves me time to take another day off from work to get the oil change done. My husband also takes his 2012 Ford Utility Van to their Express Lane. We purchased both vehicles from Doherty and have been very happy with our choice of dealer and car/van.

Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.
