We came in to start our car shopping process but walked away owning a top of the line Telluride, not because there was pressure but because it was the perfect vehicle for us and our needs. Derek and his sales manager were wonderful to work with. Derek helped us out with narrowing down what we were looking for pretty quickly and we test drove a couple of times and spent a lot of time with me and my husband playing with the car and feeling into it to be 100% certain this was our car. The SUV we traded in had been with us for 16 years so it was a big decision for us as we like to keep vehicles for the long haul. Thank you Derek for getting us into our perfect Telluride.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer. I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video walked my trade inside and out... We came to terms within a few minutes. After an over 5 hour drive to the dealership, everything was just as we had agreed. The price of the car, the price for my trade, and the credit, all as agreed, zero surprises. But it did not end there, as part of the deal I had asked him to remove an item installed in my truck, I gave him an estimate, in my mind a 30-45 minute job... OPPPPSSSS I was so wrong. Two hours later, at nearly 7:00 at night, it was done. Not only did he and his service manager stay two hours late to get it done, but he DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work! This people is what true dedication to customer service looks like. I will be back.

Jeneva Keller did a great job for us, explaining the merits of and answering all our questions in the recent purchase of a RZ450e. In the end, Lexus of Portland didn’t have the exact vehicle we wanted but arranged for us to get it from another dealer, demonstrating that our satisfaction with Lexus was more important than a sale for that dealership. We will continue to consider Lexus of Portland our dealership and Jeneva will be our first call when we look for our next vehicle!

I'm sure I was a fairly unusual customer due to the fact that I used to be an Automotive Finance Manager in Chicago for over 20 years. There was no pressure and everyone was very gracious and friendly. The Dealership was very neat, clean and well organized, unlike some other places I went to. My husband and I have now purchased three vehicles from Ron Tonkin Toyota. We've been fortunate enough to have Ali Rahima, one of Tonkin's sales consultants, each time. Ali listens, is not pushy, and has done his utmost to find the "perfect" vehicle for our needs. In 2915, when we decided to take a trip across the country and back we decided it was necessary to find a newer car with lower mileage (we had an older Sienna to trade in). Ali came through with a 2014 Sienna which has been a joy to drive. Reluctantly, we've decided to say good-bye to the Sienna to purchase a slightly smaller car. Ali came through again and we're now the proud owners of a 2019 RAV-4. We are very appreciative of the staff at Ron Tonkin (all those that we've met) and Jack Lord in the the service department. We bought a 2024 Rav4 SE Hybrid over the weekend at Lithia Toyota of Medford. We drove 2.5 hours from Northern California to Medford because Scott Weigand (Salesman) not only found the car that we wanted but it was a few thousand less than what we could find in California! Scott was awesome to work with, he made the whole process of buying a car out of state seamless and transparent. He even took the time to set-up the Apple Car play and show us the other bells and whistles with the A/V system. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and of course Scott as a salesman.
