I was not planning on buying another car anytime soon but my 2009 BMW 128i wasn’t going to pass state inspection and would cost me almost as much to fix it as it was worth so I realized it may be time to start thinking about my next car. I had my 128i for 9 years and it was a reliable, beautiful car but it’s not practical for kids, dogs, or hauling anything more than a large suitcase. I knew I wanted to get another BMW that I could grow into so I spoke to Kevin in the service department at Otto’s and told him I’d like to come in to talk to someone in sales. He asked me if there was anyone specific I’d like to talk to, I said no, and he highly recommended Heath Cameron.
I made an appointment, went to Otto’s and met Heath. He asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my parameters, and he really listened to me. He only showed me cars that fit what I was looking for. Heath’s selections were all gorgeous cars, they all met my requirements, and Heath did not push me toward any one car (there was no “this car has been on the lot too long and I’ll do anything to convince someone to take it”). He was very respectful, not at all pushy, and answered all my questions. We took 2 cars out for a test drive - one on the high end of my budget and one on the low end. Of course I fell in love with the more expensive one! But I wasn’t ready to sign any papers that day, and I told Heath that I wanted to do my due diligence and shop around. He, again, was incredibly kind and respectful. He gave my all the info on the car, and told me that I could text him if/when I decided I wanted him to hold the car.
I went to NJ and test drove more cars. None of them lived up to the 328i GT so I texted Heath on Saturday and asked him to hold the car. He obliged. I came in Monday and Heath had everything ready to go. He even found out there was a tiny cut in one of the run flat tires so he made sure the tire was replaced before I left. The paperwork was a piece of cake - he had emailed me info over the weekend to allow me to get my insurance setup, and he was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process leading up to me coming into Otto’s to sign the final paperwork.
The service personnel, Kevin and Melissa, were also really helpful and full of useful info throughout this entire process. Before I drove off, Heath even showed me how to adjust my mirrors to eliminate blind spots! I knew he was done at 5:00 but he stayed later than he needed to just to make sure I felt 100% confident. I can’t describe how much I was DREADING having to buy another car, but Heath, Kevin, and Melissa made the experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend Otto’s, but specifically Heath, for anyone looking to purchase a BMW in the Philly area.

Jay Simon was my sales person, and he couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our buying experience. He got us a great deal with virtually no haggling back and forth, which was nice. Transported the car to Ohio, and my wife is very pleased. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Jay. Three years from now when the lease runs out I will be back in touch. The advisor Marcus klees goes beoynd any sales person i have met and the manager Courtney McFarland will make sure you are satisfied as a client through the whole buying experience. I always thought best deals on east coast were in ny or nj as they carry larger inventory but i was wrong.they were able to not just procure the car from Connecticut but also deliver it to me without even leaving my house to go to dealership . I have been servicing both of my BMWs at Joel Confer and I have had nothing but positive outcome and experience. Emmett (BMW SA) always goes above and beyond when I bring my cars in. He takes an extra step to make sure my cars do not have any issues in the future. I had to bring in my old BMW 330ci for an airbag recall and their service department went above and beyond by identifying my check engine light and advising me of other problems that my car had. Emmeett is an example of what every service adviser needs to be! Thank you BMW Joel Confer.

I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one example in stock and it was just released to the consumers. Bree Wallen responded to my e-mail very quickly and proceed to give me an appraisal of my trade via e-mail which non of the other dealers I reached out to did this for me. I stopped by the same weekend to take a quick test drive of this SUV. To my surprise Bree had off but I meet Peter Kompotiatis upon walking into the dealership. Peter and I hit it right off since he is an avid car enthusiast. After the test drive I was not only presented the sale numbers on the vehicle but Peter went out of his way to get me all of the incentives that BMW was offering. To close the deal not only did they discount the SUV and gave me the incentives, they also gave me a choice of special financing rates of 0.90% for 72 months. I stopped by to check out used 328i BMW for my husband. I called the dealership first and spoke to George. When I arrived, although they were busy, George met me and introduced me to his Product Specialist, Logan, a young man who proceeded to educate me on the various 3-Series cars. I took two cars out for a drive and chose one. I met George and we made arrangements to meet again on Monday with my husband. In the interim, I left my license at the dealership and George immediately called me to assure me that it would be safe until Monday. Over the weekend, the car was detailed and ready for us when we arrived at 4:30 on Monday. My husband loved it and we closed the sale. Logan again, instructed us on the various features of the vehicle and we left. All in all, this was a fun and friendly experience. We traded our 2012 Prius in for this car and we also go a fair deal on our trade. So, I would highly recommend George Donnelly for an excellent sales experience. We'll go ack again for the next BMW!

We bought our BMW X3 from West German BMW of Fort Washington and were extremely happy that we had Mr. Mike Prince helping us in the process. The dealership did not have the white color SUV with the options we wanted; in fact no one in a radius of 50 miles any BMW dealership had it. Mike did not pressure us into buying whatever vehicles they had on their lot .Since we insisted on certain options he went out of his way and scoured an area much wider than 50 miles and came up with three different SUVs which had all the options we wanted but not the white color. He was very patient with us and offered to answer our questions about these three SUVs but never pushed us to buy one of these. Finally we decided to go with one of the three and the color that we thought we might like. We are happy with it. At the time of delivery Mike made it a point to spend at least two hours explaining each and every aspect of the options we had selected. He showed extreme patience and explained everything with a smile on his face. At the end we had no more questions left to ask him. And he still told us to call him if we had any more questions. He is such a gentleman of a salesman. I am 78 years old and have lived in this area since 1968 and during that time have bought many cars. Mike is by far the best salesman I have dealt with and will go back to him in a heart beat if my wife decides to buy another BMW. I cannot say the same thing about any other salesman that I had to deal with. He is an asset to the dealership and they should be proud to have him as one of their employees. We certainly wish him the best..
Front Breaks and my rims redo. - sexy48
I took my BMW for service and suppose to get a loaner. The first thing that was wrong it was a two door coup with no leg room in the back, it was smelly and dirty on the inside and outside. I made a big deal out of it and no one game to me to apologize or see how best they can accommodate me. I ran late for my appointment and the servicer is not that great. I'm searching for another BMW dealership to go to. I would not buy a BMW from there because the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak.

This is the second time I’ve taken my car to Thompson for inspection and twice it came back with leaks the first time I found a pick in my car now it’s leaking again.
All of a sudden, I left it on Sunday afternoon and Monday leaks really if your car doesn’t have any repairs they will make some

Need a better way to schedule service - Dart1966
This dealer is a pain to schedule any service: You have to call and leave a message because no one ever picks up. Sometimes you have to call twice before someone calls you back. Then you have to "fight" with the loaner keeper Hailey? to get a loaner (even though you bought the car from them - don't even think about getting a loaner if you didn't buy your car there). Why doesn't BMW Group figure out a way to develop an online tool to schedule service with a loaner?
If Wyoming Valley could do a better job with scheduling service and loaners, they'd be a great dealer. They have a fantastic facility.

I took my 3 series in thinking it was just the battery that needed to be replaced, it turned out the fuel pump and head gasket were bad. The service department did their research and found that my vehicle has an extended warranty on it. They fixed the issues with my vehicle quickly while also providing with a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were done. I especially appreciated how kind the were even though my BMW isn't brand new and wasn't purchased at their dealership. This was by far the best experience I've had with any dealership.

Dropped off my car in the morning for service and inspection. Asked that it be done by 12:30pm, but I understood if it couldn’t be. Received a call at noon saying that everything was complete and my car was washed and ready for pickup.

I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. We had purchased a BMW X3 from Tom Hesser BMW and the staff was wonderful and friendly to say the least. Our sale lady "Lisa Judson" knew her product and cars very well. she was not pushy and wanted to work for the consumer (us) to get them the best and most comfortable deal possible. She has contacted us after the sale to check and be sure we where happy and asking if there is anything else she could do for us. 2 nights she stood after her shift to assure we were OK and satisfied. The whole staff at Tom Hesser acted very professional and super courteous to say the least. This is the only dealer ship that we ever seen was willing to move 4 high end cars into the lot on a rainy night just so we could test drive the BMW X3 that was on the showroom floor. Thanks so much for making our experience a memorable one.

I called dealership around 10:00 Am, about a specific car, I filled out app, and after two hrs passed, he calls to say, I was approved, he gave me the payment and told me to come in, I said okay. Then I got a call from him, telling me that it was a mistake, they had put my information in wrong and had someone else’s down payment info, Really? so now, my approval had conditions, and he would call me back. this was around 11:00 Am. I called repeatedly, to find out about my app, nobody was available, they were all busy. I finally got hold of him (salesman) He said that he was busy with a client, and that he would call me., hey, silly me, I thought I was his client! I waited and and waited, and he didn’t call, I called, and was told he was still busy. I then told the person, who answers calls, that I was no longer interested, that I didn’t t like the way I had been treated. I should have been treated better, and not been blown off. I do understand the concept of, “One Bird In Hand, Is Worth More Than Two In The Bush” But........I had called at 10:00 Am, and still could not get any questions answered. . Nobody EVER called me back. Around 3:30 I received an email (NO PHONE CALL) from Kim Kaminsky, telling me that it was approved and I needed money down, and was that okay with me. Okay, I got it! I’m not worth a phone call. I just spent my entire day, trying to get a deal at this garage. They were Very careless, with my information and very irresponsible, and unprofessional. You don’t have to hit me with a brick! I get it! You don’t want my business. And, Please...Kim Kaminsky, do not respond with your usual, condescending comments of, how sorry you are that you did not meet my expectations! I’ve seen your many apologies here, and see that nothing has changed.

My husband's BMW X3 broke down and was towed to this dealership. They could not figure out what was wrong with it. After $4,100 worth of repairs it was still not working. They offered to do more work that would have brought us up to $10k in repairs. We ended up having to tow our vehicle home. Bobby Rahal left garbage in our car, the backseat was uninstalled, a piece was missing from the door and on the floor and a tow hook had been installed and left on the vehicle. This is all after paying for "repairs."

Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.

We really appreciated his intimate knowledge of the cars coupled with his easy-going sales approach.
