My 1st BMW wasn't purchased at this dealership but I have had the car serviced there since I bought it. They have always taken excellent care of my car. So, when I was looking for another car I didn't hesitate to check out their Certified Used inventory. I found a car that was just brought in, there was only a stock picture. I went to look at the car and they were still going over it since it was just brought in. Tom had me take another car of the same model for a test drive, we looked over the actual car that I wanted to purchase and they let me know that they go through an extensive process to make sure the car is as close to new as possible so it wouldn't be available for a few days. It was more like a week but I appreciate making the car perfect before you handed it over to me. I was treated like I just bought a brand new BMW from you all and I can't begin to tell you what value that has to me. EVERY person I have dealt with at this dealership has been exceptional. Brought my BMW in to make an appointment and get prices and order parts. I have never had more down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable people to work with. The service advisor and parts manager are very friendly and can hold a very nice conversation with you. The parts I were looking for they had in stock and at a better price than I could ever imagine. The service advisor could get my vehicle in pretty quick and worked with me on the very busy schedule I had. Definitely recommend this dealer over any I have been to and Chris and Chad are amazing. Stop in and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

We had another wonderful experience picking up our 2019 X3 from Faulkner BMW! Since this was our third car we have bought from Tommie, he knows what we want and don’t want from the dealership which expedited the transaction. The gentleman doing the paperwork could not have been nicer as well. Bret, the BMW “Genius” was busy but still had time to point out the important functions for the drive home. Since I was coming back for a clear coating procedure, I told him we’d get together for a more thorough instruction session. The only time we had to wait around for a few minutes was when they washed it for our trip home. Was looking at the new Acura RDX, but the BMW quality, their salesperson’s expertise and friendliness, and their impeccable service department are the three reasons we keepcoming back to Faulkner BMW of Lancaster!

I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one example in stock and it was just released to the consumers. Bree Wallen responded to my e-mail very quickly and proceed to give me an appraisal of my trade via e-mail which non of the other dealers I reached out to did this for me. I stopped by the same weekend to take a quick test drive of this SUV. To my surprise Bree had off but I meet Peter Kompotiatis upon walking into the dealership. Peter and I hit it right off since he is an avid car enthusiast. After the test drive I was not only presented the sale numbers on the vehicle but Peter went out of his way to get me all of the incentives that BMW was offering. To close the deal not only did they discount the SUV and gave me the incentives, they also gave me a choice of special financing rates of 0.90% for 72 months. If I could give zero stars I would. Walter belittled my wife on the phone when she simply asked about delivery. He became very defensive and rude. Went from wanting to purchase a car to never wanting to deal with them again. I rarely leave negative reviews however feel it was necessary in this instance. If someone is willing to give you business you should treat them with respect and not belittle them because they got their information wrong about what your company offers. Customer satisfaction training is needed at this company.

In searching for the perfect BMW for myself, I decided to try Tom Hesser’s. Upon entering the showroom, I met Fred Langenhop. He was the best! Fred was everything that I was looking for because besides being professional, I felt like he was there to find the best car for me and not to annoy me with numerous phone calls or to be pushy in making a sale. I called him numerous times with questions about the BMW & he was always both helpful and honest. If he was unsure of anything that I asked, he’d research it & promptly get back to me. Was professional at first, however the sales manager Jim? who test drove my vehicle stomped on the gas pedal, very quickly braked, and took off out of sight. I am now having issues with my transmission not shifting properly when there were no issues prior with it shifting.
When I spoke with the general manager Joe about my issue they offered to take a look at it to trade in on a new vehicle. When I stated that is not what I wanted, and I wanted my current vehicle fixed I was told he cannot do that, and there isn’t proof of anything, and was very rude about the entire situation.
Would NEVER recommend Apple bmw for anything!

I called dealership around 10:00 Am, about a specific car, I filled out app, and after two hrs passed, he calls to say, I was approved, he gave me the payment and told me to come in, I said okay. Then I got a call from him, telling me that it was a mistake, they had put my information in wrong and had someone else’s down payment info, Really? so now, my approval had conditions, and he would call me back. this was around 11:00 Am. I called repeatedly, to find out about my app, nobody was available, they were all busy. I finally got hold of him (salesman) He said that he was busy with a client, and that he would call me., hey, silly me, I thought I was his client! I waited and and waited, and he didn’t call, I called, and was told he was still busy. I then told the person, who answers calls, that I was no longer interested, that I didn’t t like the way I had been treated. I should have been treated better, and not been blown off. I do understand the concept of, “One Bird In Hand, Is Worth More Than Two In The Bush” But........I had called at 10:00 Am, and still could not get any questions answered. . Nobody EVER called me back. Around 3:30 I received an email (NO PHONE CALL) from Kim Kaminsky, telling me that it was approved and I needed money down, and was that okay with me. Okay, I got it! I’m not worth a phone call. I just spent my entire day, trying to get a deal at this garage. They were Very careless, with my information and very irresponsible, and unprofessional. You don’t have to hit me with a brick! I get it! You don’t want my business. And, Please...Kim Kaminsky, do not respond with your usual, condescending comments of, how sorry you are that you did not meet my expectations! I’ve seen your many apologies here, and see that nothing has changed.

Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.
