Don’t go here to service your car. They had me wait around most of the day even though I waited a week for an appointment. Then they said I needed over $4000 in repairs without much explanation and said that the repairs might bring up new problems to fix. I got a second opinion at an honest and competent independent German car mechanic and they were and able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few hours at a very minimal cost.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Dealership. I have owned over 10 BMWS dating back to 1977. Decided to lease the last BMW, and called Peter Kompotiatis a month prior to the lease expiring. I left 3 messages and my wife 2. with only 1 return call stating that the car was due back in April 30. I surely would have purchased or leased another BMW, but after the lack of response NEVER again From Sun Motors. I explained this to the sales agent and is only excuse was Peter is very Busy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE GOING TO APPLE OR ANOTHER BMW DEALER

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a car that shouldn’t have passed state inspection with a hole in the muffler and a frozen brake caliper. The GM refused to take my calls. Several voicemails went unanswered. Stay far away from this dealership! They rip hard working people off and basically laugh in your face. I have bought many, many cars, and this was the worst, and it’s not even close. There are tons of good dealerships out there that will do the right thing, this isn’t one of them.

BUYER BEWARE/GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE. I have owned multiple BMWs and the service department at Reading is the absolute worst. Took my 535D in for recall work (EGR Cooler) which they said was fine and the reason for a code my car was throwing was due to a bad sensor. They replace the sensor…doesn’t fix the issue. They decide to do the recall work…doesn’t fix the issue. I tell them I guarantee its the EGR valve which is under warranty and they wont replace it. They want to do a smoke test and replace a back pressure tube first….cause steps in a process. I explain that the EGR valve is under warranty and is most likely the issue. They wont repair so i tell them to give me my car back and i will take it to an Indy shop. Indy shop says…yup its the EGR valve. I paid 1K for work at BMW of Reading that didn’t need to be done and they refuse to reimburse the EGR valve repair costs or diagnostic fee. They reply…you should have let us replace all the parts in the steps until we got to the EGR valve. I will continue to purchase my cars and services from anywhere but this trash dealership. STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars I would. I just bought a slightly used $50k Ram 1500 from these guys and upon getting home my son points out the tail light has a crack in it. I immediately message my salesman Tommy and received no response. I messaged him again on Monday (today) and he told me "as is" and that the dealership wouldn't replace the light. This is a safety item that won't pass inspection. He claims it passed their phony inspection at their dealership. Well it won't pass inspection in my state. They guys are crooked as xxxx and refuse to make things right. Absolutely stay away from this group and Tommy!

Greg Locastro , is a one of a kind salesman, he understands what the customers want before they Grace his doors and that is, the use of technology, a short 360 clip of the vehicle. That in itself was priceless. He explained every details with ease, to the point the sale was effortless. He was extremely attentive and complementary. We were offered beverages from the staff from the moment on to the end of the journey. The perfect surprised was the reveal with the big red bow. In itself I can say Greg and Jocelyn became a team. She also helped with the Genius technology with CarPlay for my husband and I. I can count on BMW to deliver again and again, as this is our 2nd BMW, X1 , but 3 German cars in total.
One Price, One hour , One person! This is the dream car for anyone serious enough to tackle the BEST in the business. I dare you!

Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.
