Just purchased a new 2017 VW Golf Alltrack SE, plus traded my 2013 Honda Civic Si. Parting with my Si was hard as it's a very well designed and reliable ride. However I really need something for heavy snow [skiing] and a bit more room in back for summertime golf bags. The Alltrack fits the bill well! My salesperson made the transition easier as he provided very good information, going so far as to coach my understanding of prices via third-party websites, options, and consideration of my ideal pricing scenario. During the transition, he took the time to download my contacts into the Alltrack from my iPhone, and thoroughly educated me on items I've never had in a car before. Kudos!

The most professional sales group ever! From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove away in my new X3, there was never a doubt I made the right decision to go to West German BMW. Bob Cesarini has exceeded in making this dealership top notch, from the hard working, kind employees to the cleanliness of the store, even to the small details of a friendly greeting from the front desk, to the quick replies of phone messages or texts.
As a first time BMW buyer, there was a lot to learn. Mike Prince sat with me several times and explained the 2 models I was interested in. He took me for test drives, and never hesitated to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking so many questions! I was kept informed throughout the production of my new car, and once it was delivered, Mike went over the entire car, inside and out, and explained everything. Obviously it was a lot of information to digest, and Mike texted a day later to see if I had any questions. He has followed up with me several times to make sure I am happy with the vehicle, and asks if I have any questions that he'd be happy to assist with. Have met with a BMW Genius is an added benefit in learning about the car.

Recently purchased a 2017 330ix for my wife. Reached out to this dealership from Ohio as they had the car we were looking for. Jay Simon was my sales person, and he couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our buying experience. He got us a great deal with virtually no haggling back and forth, which was nice. Transported the car to Ohio, and my wife is very pleased. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Jay. Three years from now when the lease runs out I will be back in touch. I have been servicing both of my BMWs at Joel Confer and I have had nothing but positive outcome and experience. Emmett (BMW SA) always goes above and beyond when I bring my cars in. He takes an extra step to make sure my cars do not have any issues in the future. I had to bring in my old BMW 330ci for an airbag recall and their service department went above and beyond by identifying my check engine light and advising me of other problems that my car had. Emmeett is an example of what every service adviser needs to be! Thank you BMW Joel Confer.

I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one example in stock and it was just released to the consumers. Bree Wallen responded to my e-mail very quickly and proceed to give me an appraisal of my trade via e-mail which non of the other dealers I reached out to did this for me. I stopped by the same weekend to take a quick test drive of this SUV. To my surprise Bree had off but I meet Peter Kompotiatis upon walking into the dealership. Peter and I hit it right off since he is an avid car enthusiast. After the test drive I was not only presented the sale numbers on the vehicle but Peter went out of his way to get me all of the incentives that BMW was offering. To close the deal not only did they discount the SUV and gave me the incentives, they also gave me a choice of special financing rates of 0.90% for 72 months. Bought my third bmw ...first from fairfield bmw in montoursville. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS IS WHAT A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. The advisor Marcus klees goes beoynd any sales person i have met and the manager Courtney McFarland will make sure you are satisfied as a client through the whole buying experience. I always thought best deals on east coast were in ny or nj as they carry larger inventory but i was wrong.they were able to not just procure the car from Connecticut but also deliver it to me without even leaving my house to go to dealership . Okay, my car scheduled a routine oil change for the end of next month at this dealer and I realized inspection was due this month so I called to move the appointment. They not only got me in for the very next day, they ensured that I was provided a BMW loaner last minute. This to some might be expected but as many customers as they have, they did not have to do this! Then, I was concerned about my first "problem" with the car, which was water getting into the front passenger door sill. I has purchased the lighted sill plate and it was destroyed by the moisture getting in. The folks at Thompson not only immediately found the cause of the problem but will also replace the sill plate, which is officially not a warranted item. If this isn't above and beyond, I don't know what is! Thank you again and hats off to the service (and sales) team at Thompson BMW! I also remember this dealership from when I was a child; I was a HUGE fan of BMW and walked from the old building where Lexus is now (family friend owned and operated that Nationwide branch) and the salesman immediately gave me brochures, a mug and a pen, I STILL have the mug your generous staff gave to me all those years ago and I CAN say that not one other dealer ever did anything like it! Strongly recommend this dealer!!!!

I took my 3 series in thinking it was just the battery that needed to be replaced, it turned out the fuel pump and head gasket were bad. The service department did their research and found that my vehicle has an extended warranty on it. They fixed the issues with my vehicle quickly while also providing with a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were done. I especially appreciated how kind the were even though my BMW isn't brand new and wasn't purchased at their dealership. This was by far the best experience I've had with any dealership.

I recently purchased an i3 from Sun, not because they were remotely close to me, but because they happened to have a car with the exact specifications that I wanted. I can't express what a great experience it was to do business with this group of professionals. Much of the praise goes to Peter Kompotiatis. We really appreciated his intimate knowledge of the cars coupled with his easy-going sales approach. He went above and beyond what would be expected to make sure this was the right car for us as well as getting us the best price possible. I will continue to buy cars from Sun as long as Peter and the exceptional support team are there.

MY car was serviced for a oil change. Wanted to charge me for everything in the book they could find wrong or needed replacing in the car. Rental car was terrible, low tire, no gas and vulgar music loaded onto car. Never again will I return to this dealer.

My husband's BMW X3 broke down and was towed to this dealership. They could not figure out what was wrong with it. After $4,100 worth of repairs it was still not working. They offered to do more work that would have brought us up to $10k in repairs. We ended up having to tow our vehicle home. Bobby Rahal left garbage in our car, the backseat was uninstalled, a piece was missing from the door and on the floor and a tow hook had been installed and left on the vehicle. This is all after paying for "repairs."

Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.
