My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles from Hill (formerly O'Reilly) for years as well as having those vehicles serviced there. The sales team has always been professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on us. We continue to use the service team because they treat us with respect and are determined to solve and fix any problems we might have. Our former sales representative, Steve Napoli, always goes out of his way to greet us when he sees us and to help us if needed. The dealership has great customer service.

My service tech was awesome. Corporate, however, not so much bc my car’s engine needs replaced, but corporate denied.the recall replacement despite all the metal in my engine. I have a warranty and they are going to approve my engine replacement bc I’m not letting it go. Who lets their loyal customers drive around with a ticking time bomb??

Had service engine light issue. 8/12/25 was first day of service. 8/27 second day of service. 9/12 last service date, all with same result. Not fixed at cost of over $1800. Promise made on 9/26 they would check with GMC and call me with solution. As of today,10/7, no call. So sad.....

Purchased 2025 GMC SIERRA 3500 in June 2025. Purchased 2026 GMC Terrain evolution in Nov 2025. My daughter purchased 2026 GMC ACADIA AT4, the same day in Nov 2025 that we purchased our Terrain. Sebastian is the best salesman. No pressure, going over the complete vehicle every option. Listening to us to ensure our needs are satisfied. My last vehicle also purchased at star GMC. In February 2007 was a 2007 GMC Sierra classic 3500 Dully diesel. Great truck. All family and friends I will recommend Star GMC to anyone that I know that are looking for a vehicle.
