Crown Subaru is a fine dealership. We have always been very happy with the staff and facility. The old location downtown was small but always clean and well supplied with coffee and snacks. The new location is much better, lots more room and plenty of coffee and snacks with comfy seating. I always bring my fur baby with me and everyone is so kind to him. This was our fourth purchase from this dealership and we could not be more pleased. Jacquline Griffith was our sakes person this time and she was great. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

They installed a new transmission in my 2022 ram 4x4 6.7 back in June and Oct. 27th i had to take it in to a different dealership because it had a bad vibration in it.They found bolts that connect to driveshaft loose enough to turn with your bare fingers. Im lucky the driveshaft hadnt fallen out from under my truck...i have a video from the dealership that shows the loose bolts.

The last two times I’ve purchased a car it was way to big of a hassle to get anything accomplished but I left purchasing a car that drove like it was still brand new and had everything I was looking for. Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop.
