We've purchased two cars from Toyota of Cleveland this year. We worked with Stockton Coffey on our first visit and requested him at our second, as he was extremely helpful, always courteous, and very professional. The management there always asks if they can help with anything, rather it be questions about the vehicles/process or just to get you refreshments. We are happy with the 2018 CH-R we leased in March and the 2018 Prius 3 we purchased a week ago. We've been averaging between 60 - 70 MPG in the Prius, which is really nice considering the current price of gas. All in all, we're satisfied with every aspect of our Toyota of Cleveland experiences. I plan on going back early next year to get a Tacoma or Tundra for myself. In fact, I look forward to it!

I found this car online at CarGurus. Emailed for info and salesperson Lisa Cook called shortly after. She set up an appointment for later that day to test drive. Car was as described. Lisa worked with me to get a good deal. It was already priced below any comparable vehicle on Car Gurus. Got good financing at the dealership and took the car home that evening. The dealership called a few days later to see that I was still happy with everything. Lisa also checked with me that I was still happy a few days later. Overall excellent experience!

The horror stories and stereotypes of the pushy salespeople and smarmy finance departments kept me away from dealers. I recently decided to roll the dice because I fell in love with the 2018 Mazda6 (they still put a 6mt in the xxxx thing!)
Ty was my salesman and he let me test drive the model I wanted although I told him I would not be buying that day. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and I answered every one of my zillion questions. He texted me once the day after to touch base and that was it (no million texts/calls to pressure me). When I got the finances in place a few weeks later, I reached out to him and he seriously went out of his way to accommodate my budget and make the process smooth and painless. Could not ask for a better salesperson.
Scott did our financing and that process was quick and easy, with no nonsense or hard sells even attempted. I was shocked.
I will definitely be back and, of course, I am IN LOVE with my new car.

Rodger Martin, the business manager, was also very helpful throughout the financing process and finishing the paperwork. I would also like to say thanks to Jayme Dillon, internet sales manager, for providing me information about the car before I arrived. He was very responsive and willing to any provide information I requested. Even though I'm in my fifties, this was my first new car purchase all on my own. Needless to say, I was nervous going into it. Ron happened to be standing outside the building when we pulled up and I feel blessed that he was our salesman. He put me at ease throughout the process and is just a nice guy to be around. I already have a 1990 Miata at home and wanted a new one. There was never one bit of pressure and, in fact, Ron spent nearly 5 hours with us until the deal was closed.
I also met and spoke with the owner of the dealership, Mr. Gray Epperson. What a down-to-earth man, very personable. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was so very nice.

From the time I first I did the “text dealer” part of the website Rusty Wallace has been nothing but patient kind and understanding. All qualities I throughly were great. But then I walked through the door and was created by Lee Hersha. He was so calm relaxed and took time to sit and listen to my situation and he worked hard to find me a car to fit my budget but also what I wanted in a car. Lee was the best car salesman, I felt as though he was treating me like he would a family member. Bob miller also stopped in twice to see how things were going and remembered me from one visit to another. And Ben in financing has the patience of Job. He calmly worked even though my little one wasn’t happen to be hanging out at a dealership. I would recommend that anyone stop in and let the guys at Rusty Wallace kia help you out!
