From the very beginning, he was awesome—friendly, down-to-earth, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. Timmy truly went above and beyond to make it possible for me to purchase my Nissan Maxima SR. He let me test-drive it, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated with any information I needed throughout the process. He even moved the car to the back and held it for me until I could get there, which meant so much to me. When it came time to purchase, Timmy walked me through the entire process and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. I waited 3 months before writing this review to make sure my initial impression held up, and it absolutely did. If you're looking for a fair and honest car buying experience you need to call these folks. I made the drive all the way from Illinois and they made every mile worth it. The Newton Ford South team was so down to earth. If they reflect the nature of Tennessee I might even consider moving out of this expensive (communist) state I live in and head to Tennessee. It helps that my oldest son lives in Tennessee.. LOL What really sets Newton Ford South apart is there lifetime warranty on new vehicles which covers engine, transmission, and all lubricated parts. You'll have to ask them about that.

I purchased a new Hyundai from Ethan Payton on July 10th. I met Ethan on the 9th and was completed blown away by his character and knowledge. In the negotiating process, I also met a manager, Evan Perez. He too was stellar. I went home Thursday unsure if I wanted to trade but after sleeping on it, I returned back to the dealer. They allowed me drive several cars, alone, so that I could be sure of the one I was buying. This process was so smooth from picking out a car to price negotiation and signing documents. I can not thank them enough. I look forward to returning for service and being a continued customer when it is time to buy again. I highly recommend Hyundai of Columbia, Ethan Payton and Evan Perez.
