We were passing through the area and decided to pull in and I'm glad we did! Derek, Chris and Moses exceeded our expectations from the time that we walked in the door until we left the parking lot. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and Derek was more than willing to show us the truck we wanted to purchase even though it would most likely require him leaving work late. We had a tough obstacle to overcome due to our trade in having negative equity but Chris (Sales Manager) and Moses (Finance Manager) didn't give up on us. It seemed impossible at one point for us, but THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were on our way home with our new camper and when we moved it to the new truck we realized the pin for the hitch was too short. A special thanks to Chris for helping us find one that was long enough so we could get on the road. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new ride.

I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra AT4X from Neessen - pchensley

I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra AT4X from Neessen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Overall, I'm happy with the truck, but I did run into an issue almost immediately after taking delivery. Within the first 48 hours and less than 100 miles of driving, several factory driver assistance features stopped working or never functioned properly. The truck displayed a "Service Driver Assist System" message, and the Lane Change Alert, Blind Spot Monitoring, Front and Rear Park Assist, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert were all inoperative. Since I live about 3½ hours away in the Austin area, getting the issue resolved wasn't as simple as bringing the truck back to the selling dealership. Communication was slower than I would have liked, and I had to follow up a few times before things really started moving. Once I had the truck diagnosed by Covert Buick GMC in Austin, David, the dealership manager at Neessen, stayed involved, communicated with the service department, and ultimately authorized payment for the repairs. The repair bill exceeded $1,000, and although the truck was no longer covered by the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty, Neessen chose to stand behind the vehicle and take care of the issue. I think it's important to be fair when leaving reviews. The communication during the process could have been better, but when it came time to make a decision, David and the team did the right thing. They honored the spirit of standing behind the vehicle they sold me, and I genuinely appreciate that. Buying a vehicle is a significant investment, and how a dealership responds after the sale matters just as much as the sale itself. In the end, Neessen earned my respect by stepping up and resolving the problem. Thank you to David, Raul, and everyone involved in getting this taken care of.

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Upon receipt, I got it filled out and returned to him promptly. Called him to verify receipt and he let me know he did, in fact, receive the paperwork. Several days pass and Rob calls to let me know that while I do qualify for a refund, he had to send me a different form because they were in the middle of "changing the servicer" of their service contracts. Received new paperwork, go through the process again - fill it out, return within a couple of days, verify he received updated paperwork - yes, yes and yes. I received the GAP insurance refund from the loan provider within four weeks but nothing from the dealership for the service contract. It has now been 12 weeks, I've still gotten no refund and of course, Rob is no longer returning my calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! 0 of 10, would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been attempting to contact someone for days about two automobiles they have posted on their website. Finally I received an email and respond requesting a PO, never arrived not even the next day. Call the dealership and spoke with someone who provided another number to the sales guy from the email. After awhile I reached out again via call and text he sent me to voicemail. Then he calls and reports he has to find the truck that was advertised on the website before he can send me a PO. So I inquired about the Lincoln Navigator that was advertised, if it was still on site and he confirmed it was. Requested that PO for my bank so gain approval status. He said he could get it to me in a hour this was lunch time. Close of business today, still no email of paperwork. Unfortunately some businesses are doing business and some are talking about doing business. If this is the customer service I received without leaving my office, I would have being extra disappointed to spend my workday at this car lot.

At the service dept on old 83 in McAllen, they left my engine wiring harness loose, it literally was banged up by my tire. Not the service advisor nor the assistant service manager could tell me what the damaged connector was, I had to show it to the parts dept at the dealership. They did not replace it. All they did was put tape on it and secured it with the missing bolts. When I arrived there was no explanation of why it was not replaced, no manager, no service advisor nothing to give me an explanation. They even tried to give me some print outs of a part that was not even the correct one. After a full day of research it turns out that the part is the engine wiring harness a major electrical component and the replacement would have been very expensive. And now I am stuck with the possibility of it having issues in the future.
