If Jeep could bottle the perfect salesperson, it would be - Tulip Doerfler

If Jeep could bottle the perfect salesperson, it would be Josh Valdez from Brown Dodge in Devine, Texas. From our very first conversation, Josh Valdez impressed me with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I reached out about finding a "mom car" that could seat six, stay within my budget, and still feel like my car, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Josh Valdez had everything lined up. The paperwork was prepared, the vehicle was detailed, and all I had to do was show up and fall in love with my new car. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I had almost purchased the exact same vehicle from another Jeep dealership. Unfortunately, that visit ended in one of the most unprofessional and embarrassing encounters I've ever had, a sales manager at IPAC spoke to me in a way that left me humiliated, right in front of my mother and my three-year-old. When I told Josh about it, he didn't just shrug it off , he took the time to listen, to understand, and to reassure me that my business and my trust were valued. He turned what had been a terrible situation into an incredible, confidence-restoring experience. Josh Valdez didn't stop at the sale. He followed up with me three separate times to check how I was enjoying the car, to answer any questions, and to make sure I knew I could reach out to him anytime. That type of follow-through is rare, it shows that he truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Josh Valdez isn't just a great salesman; he's an asset to Jeep as a brand. He represents honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service in every interaction. I can say with absolute confidence that Brown Dodge in Devine is where you need to go if you want a smooth, enjoyable, and truly personal car-buying experience. Josh Valdez, you've set the standard. Jeep should be proud to have you on their team.

7/29/26 i leased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. - Larry Nolen

7/29/26 i leased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sarah made it the absolutely the best sale event that I had the pleasure to have. I should know because since the dealership opened, I think this the 15th purchase I have made and that’s why I keep coming back. This was the very best experience yet though. From the minute I walked in it was great in every single area of the sale and I drive hard sales. I’m 80 now with health issues but I will be their customer, in fact Sarah promised my wife that she would always treat her the same way should I not be able or other. Again Thank you Sarah.

We travel during winter and had to have an oil change/tire rotation on our new (to us) Pacifica while in the area Our service advisor, Xavier Maddox, was most accommodating. As we were waiting, he informed us about how long it might take (actually took less than he said) and kept us informed throughout the process, Xavier was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Thank you.

Had a good experience buying my truck here. - 👾

Had a good experience buying my truck here. Cory was helpful throughout the process, answered my questions, and made the buying experience pretty straightforward without putting a lot of unnecessary pressure on me. I was able to get the truck I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, and overall the transaction went smoothly. I did have an issue with the truck shortly after purchasing it, but the dealership took it back in to get it checked out and handled the situation professionally. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and appreciate Cory’s help throughout the process.

The sales team was great at Mac Haik, but once the - WillK

The sales team was great at Mac Haik, but once the vehicle is sold the service team is completely unprofessional. After several attempts to have my vehicle serviced, the problems still exist, and in addition my vehicle was damaged. The service manager accepted no responsibility and directed me to take my service concerns to another Dodge dealership. I have never experienced worse professionalism from a company. Simply stunned.

I've called and left several messages for the Finance Dept., and also sent an email to the GM and GSM in regards my financial transaction and have not received a response from anyone. It has been well over a week and no one seems to care to take care of my situation. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Mak Haik Temple, or any location if this is how they conduct business.

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant - Carlos L Garcia

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Bait and switch. - Dougstevens445

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM PEGASUS, PLEASE READ - Senay

BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM PEGASUS, PLEASE READ THIS What started as one of the most exciting moments of my life quickly became one of the most stressful, frustrating, and heartbreaking experiences I have ever endured. On January 31, 2026, I purchased a vehicle from Pegasus. Everything appeared professional and legitimate. My salesperson was William “Billy” Minter, and the finance manager handling my purchase was Alex Carrillo. I signed all the paperwork, paid my down payment, secured financing through CUTX, and drove away believing I had purchased a reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership. At the time, I had absolutely no reason to suspect there were any issues with the transaction. Less than two months later, on March 26, 2026, I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. The vehicle was declared a total loss. While I was grateful to have survived, I was suddenly dealing with injuries, physical therapy, medical appointments, and the emotional trauma that follows a major accident. I assumed the insurance process would be straightforward. Unfortunately, that assumption was completely wrong. The at-fault driver's insurance company was prepared to settle the claim and pay off the vehicle. That is when I learned something shocking: Pegasus had never transferred the title into my name. Nearly two months had passed since my purchase, yet the title issue remained unresolved. I immediately began contacting Alex Carrillo and the dealership for answers. Each time I called, I received a different explanation. I was first told the paperwork had been submitted to the DMV and that nobody understood why the process was taking so long. Later, I was informed that a duplicate title involving the previous owner had created complications. As time passed, the explanations continued to change, but the outcome never did. I still did not have a title. Meanwhile, I continued making monthly payments to CUTX on a vehicle that had already been totaled and that I could no longer drive. Weeks turned into months. Phone calls went unanswered. Emails were ignored. Frustrated and desperate for answers, I filed a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. An investigator from the DMV Enforcement Division was assigned to my case and began examining the circumstances surrounding the transaction. Around that time, a new manager named Steven contacted me. He acknowledged that the paperwork had not been handled correctly and assured me that he would personally resolve the issue. He promised to expedite the process and stated that I would receive my title within days. Those days became weeks. Those weeks became months. The promises eventually stopped, and so did most communication from the dealership. The only person who occasionally remained in contact was Billy Minter, who consistently told me he was doing everything he could to help. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the situation remained unresolved. Then came the most devastating revelation of the entire ordeal. The DMV investigator informed me that the vehicle I purchased was associated with a fraudulent title issue. According to the investigator, this was the primary reason the title could not be transferred into my name. Imagine hearing that after months of waiting. Imagine continuing to make monthly payments on a vehicle you no longer possess. Imagine being repeatedly assured that everything was under control, only to learn from a state investigator that the problem was far more serious than anyone had disclosed. I purchased this vehicle in good faith. I trusted the dealership, trusted the paperwork, and trusted the promises that everything would be handled properly. Instead, I was left fighting for answers while trying to recover from a serious accident and rebuild my life. As of June 5, 2026, I still do not possess the title to the vehicle I purchased from Pegasus. My loan remains active, I continue facing financial consequences, and no vehicle and unresolved problems.

Dealing with Jonathan Diaz Assistant Service Manager was - mehlaw1

Dealing with Jonathan Diaz Assistant Service Manager was a breeze. I didn't like the fact that I called and left messages with other advisors to have Jonathan call me and messages were not being forwarded to him. After making contact with Jonathan the issue with my 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 was quickly diagnosed, parts department was contacted and looked up the part to find out the part I needed was no longer available from Mopar so we had to go with aftermarket. Located the correct part number and I ordered the part, which came in next day. Part was installed and truck is running like a champ. I recommend Jonathan for all you advisory needs when it comes to Dodge Chrysler Jeep and now Ram diagnoses. I was Greeted promptly by Jonathan and welcomed. I was called promptly and issues explained in detail, I was treated with the upmost respect and felt valued as a customer. Blake Fulenwider has done a fantastic job with his philosophy as to how customers are to be treated. I would recommend this dealership to have service work performed on a vehicle as my truck is 20 years old and still running strong. I believe a lot of times the Service Department in a dealership goes overlooked as to the work and performance that is put out by the employees within the Service Department. I would give this Service Department and Jonathan Diaz a rating of 10 out of 10!

After our sons car was lost to criminals, JR helped us - lloyd287

After our sons car was lost to criminals, JR helped us find the perfect replacement. We couldn’t be happier with the time Sames took to make sure our sons new “to us” 2011 wrangler, is in top condition. They really do take care of their customers, and JR will treat you the same if you’re buying a brand new vehicle, or a used vehicle. So go see him, if he doesn’t have it, he can probably find it for you…..
