I’m from Minnesota, and dealing with an out‑of‑state dealership is an added stress. Irene and the team at Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, communication was immediate, and they stayed on top of every detail. When I flew down to pick up the F‑150, they even picked me up from the airport. This is an update to my Oct. 12 review.....I changed the 3 star to a 4 star review. I had previously verbally pointed out a bumper tab (connection point) was not engaged into a clip to secure the bumper firmly in place. I was told to bring it back in when I'm in the neighborhood,,,,,which I did yesterday, I live an hour away. They were unable to accommodate me at the dealership, but the GM went out of his way to call their bumper repair person, who came out to my residence within 3 hours and resolved the issue. Kudos for the customer satisfaction approach and making me feel like a customer, not just a number.

I took my vehicle in for assessment of a flashing check engine light. Cody was very quick to respond and listen to my concerns and documented what I described. The technician notes were very thorough and showed that he was aware of what I told the service representative when I dropped off my vehicle. They fixed the problem and made sure there were no other problems before washing and returning my vehicle to me.

Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what I wanted (Jeep Gladiator) and would occasionally "check in" with me (it took me a while to pull the trigger on the purchase). Both Donovan and Tiric treated me as a friend as opposed to a customer and that went a long way with me. There were 2 dealerships closer to where I live, offering similar packages, but I felt very comfortable with Donovan and Tiric and I decided I was going to stick with them, no matter what other deals I found. I'm satisfied with my Gladiator and I am equally satisfied I had a chance to work with Donovan and Tiric
