I went in with expectations for what I wanted to make happen and was met with a team of guys who didn’t try to make me budge on things I wasn’t willing to go for or give me the run around just so they could have a car sold which has been my experience at almost every dealership in my 10 years of buying experience. Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what I wanted (Jeep Gladiator) and would occasionally "check in" with me (it took me a while to pull the trigger on the purchase). Both Donovan and Tiric treated me as a friend as opposed to a customer and that went a long way with me. There were 2 dealerships closer to where I live, offering similar packages, but I felt very comfortable with Donovan and Tiric and I decided I was going to stick with them, no matter what other deals I found. I'm satisfied with my Gladiator and I am equally satisfied I had a chance to work with Donovan and Tiric

I was not expecting the service and attention that I received. Kevin was wonderful in showing me the different trucks I was interested in. Even when I was not able to get the truck I really wanted he continued to help me get the truck that would fit my plans. Mike was exceptional too. He sat down and went over the possibilities with me and he actually listened to what I said. I told him a specific number that I could afford and he did not try to move me off of that number but worked on his side to make the deal happen. Silvio was that topping on a very special cake. He too listened to me and made something happen so that I was able to get more than I expected. I don't know how much Jim Stigliano influenced these three men but because of him I felt sure that we were going to be able to make a deal. I was truly blown away by the kindness, professional attitude, no pressure atmosphere. Thank you.
