Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC is Is one of is one of those places that you walk into first thing you’re gonna see is a smile from somebody the Next thing you’re gonna see is a very clean shop very clean showroom offices, restrooms everybody’s nicely dressed but for this area I think they’re up there at the top with their courtesy and hospitality and the sense that you’re part of the family I mean these guys heard me out try to help me as much as possible with the financing choosing the vehicle I mean, I trusted these guys so much that I let them choose a vehicle for me and I was completely satisfied with what was picked Ethan, my sales person was not pushie at all called me and asked me if I wanted to test drive something and I went up there and we test drove two vehicles listed very well but not only listened. He paid attention to detail took that over to the financing officer, and he did a wonderful job of crunching the numbers and getting with me on the warranty and letting me know everything on the contract we went over everything. Made sure all my signatures were there made sure the banks were satisfied And, ultimately made my Christmas thank you fellas!

Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process from start to finish did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.

I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 to them a couple of weeks ago, the transmission was slipping, the ABS had issues and all 4 tire sensors were out. I have extended warranty from where I bought the truck used in 2023. I live in Pampa, I started taking the truck into Country Chevrolet here in town in December of 2023 for the ABS problems, the ABS light would come on, the stability track and parking assist would turn off and the brake pedal was really soft when you put your foot on it to stop and then it was hard and pulsated/grinding. I also told them the front tires squeal like I am peeling out sometimes when I turn corners. They reprogramed the wheel angle sensors and said there is nothing wrong with the ABS. That didn't fix the tire squealing so they replaced the sensor that was covered under the warranty. On the second or third time I took it in for the brakes they did replaced the Brake booster vacuum pump which was a recall from the factory. In total it was in the shop here at least 6-7 times (I lost track after six months or so), it was the same thing every time...THERE'S NOTHING WORNG WITH THE ABS. In December of 2024 the transmission was slipping and shifting up and down driving around town and on the highway it felt and sounded like I was hitting rumble strips about every 20 -30 seconds, this is exactly what I told Josh, (I googled it ...), I said I think it's the torque convertor. That evening when I went to pick it up they said there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission but they figured out the problem...are ya ready for this???? THEY BALANCED MY TIRES!!!! Actually charged me 49.97 to BALANCE MY TIRES!!! The next morning I took my husband in with me, Josh asked what we needed, I told him I just wanted to let him know that BALANCING MY TIRES did NOT fix my TRANSMISSION problem that I brought it in for. The service manager went for a ride with us and said it is definitely the torque convertor...they ordered the part on 12/18/24. I called and left messages, with no luck except for once and Josh said the part was on back order. A few weeks later I called the service manager and his parts department people didn't make it in because of the snow but he personally would call me back and let me know the status of the parts....nothing but CRICKETS! Once I found out that Borger was no longer Country Chevrolet, I called over told them a little about what I was going through here, they checked on the torque convertor, it was in stock in the Denver warehouse (Pampa had access to the same warehouse) if it was ordered by 2pm it would be there the next day! I made an appointment at Webb in Borger...they actually replaced the transmission, replaced the ABS module and all 4 tire sensors. All covered under my extended warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them, they were friendly, customer service was amazing, repairs were done in a very reasonable time frame and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The service advisor is very rude in my opinion. He doesn’t even get up and come out to your car. Tells me I couldn’t prove anything he said. The service manager doesn’t return call says he busy working in shop, but always clean so guess he keeps clean. Changed the oil for the recall putting heavy oil to make it last longer because bad tolerances where was off so there answer is to put heavy oil in it. My opinion is this is a good dealer just with a few bad employees who don’t like doing there jobs. This service manager asked if they had my key and I said yes so he tell me I can leave. I asked for copy of the paper work they requested I sign I was inform that they didn’t give it till I came and pick up the car. But part of the paper work was for the condition of the car when it was drop off well they didn’t even walk out and look at the car. They change the oil and didn’t re set the oil indicated to 100 % left it at 31 % but this service manger said he checked everything. Well that not true !!! Use you on judgement with the bad employees who work he and do sign anything with out getting a copy of what you signed. For a service advisor to say I could not prove anything I would be careful dealing with him or just record him with your phone with I told him and he tell me I could not do that. All phone call so just use your judgement on this advisor. Anyone that say you can’t prove he said or did anything. Oh the service manager say all his review are good. So if you have bad service write a review about it so the general manager and owner will know about it .

The service department is absolutely the worst. They never pick up. They don't return you calls even after you've called a million times to check on your vehicle. They make every excuse in the book. What's even worse, if you're a woman, they talk to you like your an idiot. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle here. I even tried to contact the manager of the service department and have yet to hear from him. It sucks when you pay so much for a vehicle to have it sit in a garage until they can look it at for up to 2 weeks.
