If this wasn’t the worst customer service i don’t know what is.they have a car on car guru that I requested information on ,they replied with an e mail to come by and test drive the car, I called to do so and then I was transferred to someone that was crab and has no manors or customer service skills.
Told me that car was sold.and when I told him they need to remove there add he started having bad attitude and then I asked to speak to a manager he hanged up on me.
I called again asking to speak to a manager they hanged me up again.
So that was my experience with a dealer ship that I was going to spend thousands of dollars that they didn’t care about.

I found a hot selling vehicle on one of the major auto websites that was located at Patriot GMC. I used the website’s template to express interest in the vehicle. I quickly received a note that the vehicle was available. I’m feeling good. Brief call with the sale’s person to confirm it was physically on the lot. Confirmed that website price is the price. Feeling better. We discussed that I was an out of state buyer. We could do everything remotely and I’ll be there the next day to pick once they give me the OK. Sales person needed time to work the numbers. A short time later, the numbers were presented. I confirmed we had a deal. Now I’m excited. However this is my first attempt at purchasing a vehicle remotely so understandably there is opportunity for some missteps. Great customer service is how you respond when things go off plan. Patriot GMC of Killeen stepped up, took ownership of the situation and offered a reasonable and fair resolution. Thank you to leadership for cultivating an environment of customer focus and continuous improvement. Fair pricing gets you in the door, customer service keeps you coming back. Making an appointment is a useless waste of everyone’s time. Arrived at my appointment time and watched them move my vehicle to the parking lot for 2 hours before they even started.
Thought it was a rare occurrence but here I sit 9 HOURS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF TODAY and it is still not ready. I drove by 5 hours after I dropped it and it hadn’t been moved from where I left it. Why even have appointments?
