This was the second Mercedes-AMG that I have bought from him, I even sent my daughter to him and she ended up buying one also! Mr. Carlos Murillo has been my service Rep since he was a very young man and had just started at Toyota of Richardson. He got transferred to Toyota of Plano and I followed him . I am now 69 and he is 44, he was probably 18yrs old when he started with Toyota. He is the Best of the Best, honest, kind and helpful. Thr staff at Toyota is always fantastic even when I call!

The Gay Family KIA dealership is absolutely great! They recently opened their new Kia showroom and service building and it’s fresh and up to date. They have 4 service reps and I worked with Tanner Gaunt who did an outstanding job. He is pleasant, listens to what your issue is and keeps you statused daily. My car was driven away to start work before I finished at the check-in desk. I took advantage of the home delivery service so I could leave my car overnight. Glen Barby is the driver for that service. I have never met a more personable individual. He is very engaging and professional. That service is really a great asset to have.
