I took my Ford Explorer in because of a recall. Tim McKnight was my advisor and he was great! I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. Tim kept me updated on the progress and when the work was completed he called me and they delivered my vehicle and picked up the loaner. Great customer service! I will definitely recommend Tim and Doggett Ford to all my family and friends!

James in the service department was 5 stars from the very beginning all the way to the end of the process. He set me up with a loaner car and kept me updated. His customer service was second to none. OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

I had an oil change tire rotation done today plus had my tire sensor replaced. With the oil change, they forgot to change the next date for my oil change and did not check the tire pressure on the tires. One tire had 44 pounds of pressure on it, the others had 33 and 34.
