Upon dropping my car off for routine service i was told that there was a mandatory recall and that i would have to leave my car all day and maybe the next as well. I dont live close to the dealership and so had to get my wife to drive 45 minutes to come pick me up. Right after getting back to my house the dealership called back and said there wasnt enough parts for the recall and that i was actually in phase 2. I ended up spending 3 hours driving back and forth to the dealership. This could have been cut in half with correct timely communication by toyota of cedar park. This was extremely frustrating but the service team manager apologized and took responsibility for the mistake. This gesture saved the experience and i sincerely recomend the service department.

Great service!! The service was done well. Very honest service provide/consultant. Friendly and she knows her job. Makes her customers feel important! Can’t say the same about your car salesmen/women: Suggestion: I was at the lot for 2 hrs I have been contemplating trading in my 2020 Pilot for a 2026 Passport. I even checked out the orange one in the showroom and the black one outside on the lot. No one approached me!! To be honest I probably would have been easy to convince!! Someone sent me a text later on but I had already changed my mind.

The service department found an interior rearview mirror for my Mitsubishi 2006 eclipse for replacement. The job was done efficiently. They discovered that I had a screw embedded in the side wall of one of my tires. I authorize them to replace the tire; however, they did not have That or any other equivalent tire in stock. I had to return several days later for that job to be done, which was an inconvenience.

My 2nd time visiting this location for emergency car repairs. I came in for a new battery and install. The service staff were very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me over the phone and in person. They even detailed the bumper and rack cause it looked like I was starting bug collection, it was pretty gross. I also received a Volkswagen trinket for my car and my keychain.
