Being 78+ for both of us and among similar age people there is a “given” when something goes wrong with our car. Specifically, our 2019 Avalon. It began to not start immediately at the push of the starter button. … as I write this Im recalling that in my earlier years starting “immediately” every time, and right away, was not a given! Anyway, I immediately began to think the worst and the $$$$ it was probably going to cost to fix … especially at a dealer. Im physically disabled so my wife has to handle such events. We were so thankful for the professional, patient, and kind guidance the Toyota Of Paris Service Advisor 702 Grace Kuydendall provided for my wife.
