Do NOT take your car here! Had a simple oil change done, then had to take it back 2 MORE TIMES for continued leaking. Brennan, the car guy, broke the hood latch release so it was replaced, but since there was “no labor warranty “ done on this “free” fix, we were told we would have to pay $250 to actually fix it correctly once we got home and it broke again right away. Brennan does NOT know how to fix cars. These guys do not know what they are doing and just trying to squeeze every penny out of you! Their prices are ridiculous. Go somewhere else!!!!

I have dealt with Larry H Miller Super Ford in SLC for 10 years. Jake Messerly has been my service advisor, assistant service manager, etc. Jake is the reason that I have continued taking my vehicles to this dealership for servicing. He has always treated me with courtesy, responded to my questions, explained things I did not understand, followed through on things as he has promised related to recalls and other issues that have arisen, and helped me to get my cars service in a timely manner. Today was no different. When purchasing a vehicle it is important to me to trust the sales person. But for the many following years, having a service manager I can depend on and trust has been vital. Frankly, Jake is the reason I purchased my Ford Edge from this location a couple of years ago and continue to use them to service my 2008 Lincoln despite it not being under warranty any more. LHM Super Ford, I hope you are giving Jake Messerly the recognition he is due , as I value him as one of your strongest assets!

Great buying experience with Mike Mahan at Tim Dahl. He was always responsive to all of my emails and phone calls in arranging my purchase. I am an out of state buyer, and because of delays in registration (maybe due to covid), I ended up with $454 in late penalties. I asked them if they could help me with this. 2 days later a check for the full amount was delivered to my house.
Mike is easygoing and great to work with. The management showed real character in responding to my concerns.

I just bought a used Lincoln SUV from them and it has been a nightmare. The salesman told me they did a multi point inspection and everything was checked out and good to go. Actually the entire upper interior panel and left side of the cars electrical system didn't work. They don't return phone calls and messed up my getting me new license plates. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Terrible service, terrible communication with a "could care less attitude" throughout.

I have been in with my truck that I actually purchased there. Each time I’ve been charged $150 + and told they can get my truck to do what I’ve brought it in for. It’s not like a small detail. You’ll be driving and the blind spot system defaults, then depending on the day you get a a variety of things that happen or all of them most the time. The radio won’t work, the air/heat stops working, running boards cease to operate and then you get a message that navigation system isn’t working and told to get it to your local dealer. For what??? To have Ford certified incompetence take more of my money??? This is not just my truck, there is an entire forum dedicated to this and some suggestions of how other service providers have repaired it. Do you think after offering this solution to read this forum on my phone was accepted or they wanting to look at it as a possible solution? I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!

I ordered my new truck from Labrum Ford and they couldn't have made it easier of a process. They kept me updated of it's arrival and when it would be ready. It was a quick pickup and didn't take long to sign papers. Brent facilitated everything for me and Jim showed me how everything in the truck works before I took it home. I would highly recommend Labrum Ford/Chevy for a new car.

Then called them again a month later was told again they had to order part no call back if the part came. Today again tried to call them when talking to service department they hung up on us and when trying to call back phone rang and rang then just hangs up on you.
