Rory made ordering our F350 a great experience - there... - chrislaura
Rory made ordering our F350 a great experience - there were so many choices and features but he helped us get exactly what we needed. Every time we had questions or concerns about our order (first time custom ordering a vehicle) he was quick to respond and put our mind at ease. I felt like Rory worked extra hard and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Felt like we were dealing with a friend and not a sales person. We are very happy with our purchase and experience and would highly recommend others to go talk to Roy and Wilson Motor Company if they need a vehicle.

A very positive experience. - amjen
Very impressed for the service I received from Heritage Motors. The employees were so kind and made me feel like I was welcome and that my business meant a lot to them. Grateful for the experience. LOVE my Ford Focus.

Beautiful facility with many options of cars. Cody Adams was an amazing sales consultant. He listened to our wants/needs, and was patient and kind.

I was impressed how hard this dealership worked to meet our needs for a new vehicle. Our salesman, Gary Campbell, was exceptional. He was professional and he insured that all our questions were answered and that we obtained the right vehicle for our needs. Just as impressive is how thorough he has been in following up after the sale.
Thank goodness I got a second opinion somewhere else.... - Nyelandscape
Thank goodness I got a second opinion somewhere else. After telling the service department what had happened, lots of check engine lights and a loss of power steering, following a dead battery and jump start; I was told that the power steering motor was fried and that it and the gear box had to be replaced for a cost of approximately $3,000. I must’ve jump started the battery incorrectly they said. I know the correct way to jump start a vehicle and I didn’t do it backwards. Taking it to another repair place I was told that all that was wrong was that the battery needed to be replaced for a cost of $70. And apparently from what the second repair place said, and a quick search online, the loss of power steering and false engine codes are a common occurrence after jump starting modern day Fords. This was on a 2016 Ford Edge. If it’s common one would hope that a Ford service department would know that it was an easy fix. It makes me wonder if the repair tech even checked anything. The power steering motor is NOT fried and is working just great with the new battery. Very poor and deceptive service. Makes me not want to have any recalls fixed at this dealership.

Dave is amazing. No pressure, patient, and honest. Found me the exact car I wanted, down to the color and options. He didn’t try to make me settle for anything less than what I wanted. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Dave because he is so awesome to work with.
Will steal and lie about how they obtain your data - MatthewPrince
I had Karissa reach out to me about a recall on my vehicle but went I asked them about my information (name & phone #) they would not provide how they obtained my information. They kept saying that Ford gave it to them. But when I asked for proof of Ford providing that data they could not do it and refused to show me how they obtained it.
This happened after I posted my vehicle for sale on a well known online classified website here. So when I asked if that's how they obtained it they would always change the subject and not answer me if that is how they obtained my information.
I do not trust this company in the least bit!
Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made!... - Larryupham1
Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made! Young Ford in Morgan Utah is the place to purchase your next vehicle if your in the market. The salesman Vann treated me like I was a close friend! In fact I live approximately 25 miles from Young Ford and I would go there again to buy a truck. They get five stars for sure
I made an appointment at Larry Miller Ford In Provo,... - Dale
I made an appointment at Larry Miller Ford In Provo, because the check engine light was on, on my Van. (( Id told them not to fix it, until they talk to me )).
When they found the problem, I was told it needed a $30.00 fuel line filter, but it would be over $400.00 Labor to replace it.
I told the employee at the service department, I would just take it somewhere else. He then told me they had already taken the part off, but he said, it broke when they took it off. He said he would have them put the old one back on, but he said it might not run very well. I finally told them to fix it the Van. When I got the bill, I was charged for a (( oil change )) I didn’t ask for. Plus the bill had a lot of unexpected charges. To top it off, about a WEEKLATER, I get a call from Larry Miller Ford, saying I still owed them $70.00 more, because they forgot to add the sales tax on my bill. My receipt shows I paid it sales tax. I felt I was tread rude by the shop employee and the service manager.
Bottom line I think they took advantage of me, I wouldn’t take my van to them Again.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Service... - wpytlik
Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Service department tried charging me for work covered under my warranty. Was forced to contact Ford Warranty department directly to resolve the issue. Young Ford, Brigham City, then charged me $189.95 for the diagnosis in addition to my warranty deductible. To make matters worse, I had a scheduled appointment and they didn't start diagnosing my vehicle for 4 days. Absolutely ZERO communication. I was forced to personally go into the dealership for updates. Will never use an Young dealerships or service departments again. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
Worst service I've ever had, Tony was my service writer,... - Matt A
Worst service I've ever had, Tony was my service writer, and if it wasn't for Abe(service manager)
Tony would have ripped me off, After i had my truck towed in on 08/16 after my transmission stopped shifting, and an engine diagnosis, Tony called the next day and i explained what happened, He said they will diagnose the issue and get back with me,
I hear nothing from them so i call back on 09/03
Tony tells me my transmission is bad and it'll be 6000 dollars to fix, I tell him i have the Alpha warranty, Tony then says "I will be in contact with them", I again don't get any calls from Tony, so i call again on 09/14
Tony gives me the 2 options that Alpha gave him, and I choose the used transmission that Tony said they would cover the full cost, I was responsible for the engine diagnostic fee and the 200 dollar shipping fee for the transmission i agree to the quote of 350 dollars, I have been more than patient for them to do the work, a month goes by and not a single update call from Tony so agian i call then on 10/14 Tony says "your transmission will be done tomorrow if everything goes smooth", Tony calls the next day my truck is done and the total is 1200 dollars, I ask why so much more than quoted, and Tony tells me the transmission did not come with 3 parts, which i woild have been fine with paying if I was contacted and told that they were missing, but They just put in without my authorization or knowledge, I call Tony back and try to fiqure out why they just put the parts in without authorization, and Tony gets agressive/defensive, Tony talks over me the whole time saying we can take the part out over and over, Not answering my questions on why they just put them in, So i fiqure im wastimg my time with him, i call for a service manager, Abe listens to the story and helps me fiqure out why and what was going on as Tony should have done in the first place, so if it wasnt for Abe this would be a negative 5 star review if that were possible, I will never do business at LHM super ford as they had my truck for 3 months, tried to rip me off, got agressive with me, and barely tried to make it right

no call back don't answer phone - wrpilpart
I called and called about our recall on my ford fusion on the air bag first they said they had to order the part no call back. Then called them again a month later was told again they had to order part no call back if the part came. Today again tried to call them when talking to service department they hung up on us and when trying to call back phone rang and rang then just hangs up on you.
Disrespect for customers - Blacky
I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

Do not do business with these guys. I bought a used Ram... - KenGarffLies
Do not do business with these guys. I bought a used Ram 1500 from these guys. 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I took it to the Ram dealer because of a strange noise and find out its "Canadian." Because it was built in Canada, the factory warranty is null and void. I'm told thats an issue particularly with Ram trucks. Ken Garff didn't disclose this during the sale. In fact, my paperwork included a warranty disclosure stating that the vehicle still had its factory warranty. Of course, I paid way more than I would have knowing there was no protection. When I confronted the dealership manager, they simply said "its not against the law for us not to disclose this to you." Seriously? This is how you do business? Too bad for them I have signed warranty disclosures and this is fraud, plain and simple. In today's day and age, this dealership does not deserve your business. KEN GARFF LIES!!!

Im typically a Ford guy but my last two experiences with ford have been horrible. I'll focus my attention on ken garff however after these past two experiences ive switched to dodge. I walked into the dealership and showed a salesman the 10k off the price tag other competitors are offering and asked of they'd match that. I said if i can buy a brand new challenger with 400hp you must have something close to that price tag with comparable hp. They're new mustang were all over 45k. So i offered him 35k and the salesman smirked and said there's no way they agree to that. I said i dont see 45k worth of car here. He said go shop online then and laughed. I went next door to Steven Wade and they blew my doors off with what they gave me. I got a new challenger with the best warranty in the country for 35k!!!!! When i walked through the doors of Steven Wade they told me they'll beat anybody's price and they sure did. Much better service and now im a dodge guy. I'll never buy from ford again!!!! They'd half to give me the deal of a lifetime to win me back after their display of horrible serivce and insane prices. Ty steven wade
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
