Custom ordered F-150 - Gaurdgreen
I had a great experience . Everyone was friendly and very patient . I'm a pretty picky person and when we couldn't find the truck I was looking for Stephen ordered it for me . It was also the best deal I could find in the region , they saved me a Ton .
They were paitent during the whole process and kept me updated with the steps of production .
I plan on recommending this dealership to everyone I know and buying all my vehicles from them .
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
My new ride - Tigger04
Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Ken Garff St. George Ford. My family has dealt with them for years and now I'm following in there foot steps. Curtis Rider and Eric Heath are amazing people who I can trust and know I'm in the right hands and being taken care of. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I drove all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada because of how the dealership out here do not seem to know how to treat customers or seem knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking into purchasing. Thank you again for helping me choose my new SUV and for going above and beyond.
Sales policy and staff were excellent - Chris Jasper
I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended!
2018 F 350 - Gregg Ericson

Absolutely No Cmmunication - larz_talor
I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.
Bad service - Lee82
After being a customer for 15 years you would think I wouldn't need to worry about my truck being serviced. I arrived with my 02 F350 with no leaks to get the oil and fuel filter changed along with my transmission serviced. I get home and the transmission is leaking because they used the original gasket and had a fuel leak because they broke the water separater valve so everyday I had a diesel puddle under my truck which I fixed myself. Thanks for the service.
A sales rep that listened... - Car guy7719
Usually salesmen are too aggressive and I have to be rude to get them to listen to me. Which Kourtney she actually would listen to what I was saying and wouldn’t pressure beyond my interests in the vehicle.
Fantastic customer service - cowboy
Terry Snelson was so very helpful in helping me track down information on a truck that I was considering buying at another location. He put a lot of time and effort into my search for the perfect vehicle with no benefit to himself and he really knew his way around the technical data! What amazing customer service! I will definitely be doing business at this location in the future! Thank you Terry -- Ken Garff Ford is blessed to have you on their team!
Shopping Experience - Earthscapeconsultants
I’ve been to a thousand dealers in my life time - I’m old - and never had as nice an experience as I did with Preston at Larry H. Miller in Draper. No pressure, at all, listened and understood all my concerns and questions and gave me honest, straightforward answers throughout the visit! Spent as much time as I wanted - no rush - perfect - thanks so much for making car buying fun again!
Great Salesmen, Great Experience! - Jh13
Looking for a new truck and our guy Jon Jenks hooked us up nicely. He helped us test multiple trucks, was super nice and personable, and allowed me to test the trucks in ways that I’ll be using them each day for work. Overall very pleased with their service! They even filled up my wife’s tires to the right pressure as we were test driving.
MISC FEE - Ken B
I ask for price up front but when the bill came they add all kinds of fees., shop supplies ,Hazmat ,MISC. When just getting a alignment cant justify this. They should say what the price is with all their bogus fees when you ask up front
pushy salesman - gottecat
wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
Don't take your vehicle to Moab ford - Unhappyinmoab
Kevin is rude and dismissive asked about warranty on my vehicle that I purchased at Moab ford and was told I had to have the vin. Then told that the parts were unavailable and that they didn't know when they would have them in. No follow up. Rude customer service.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
