AMAZING - Yajahira
Greg was amazing I stopped in to get an oil change and was looking at some cars and had a ton of questions for the explorers and the difference between all the models, he answered all my questions and more! I loved that even though I wasn’t buying a car that day he got me the information i needed for when I am ready to buy.
Best dealership - thesledge
Super nice sales team! They made the process so simple and not stressful, it was the best experience I’ve had with a dealer ever. Definitely go see these guys, they’ll get you taken care of! The service and parts departments are phenomenal too!
Service techs apparently don’t know their job. - Dave and Lis
I bought a car from them in July, in 3 weeks we had an issue with car. I took it to the Tremonton and Brigham dealerships. 5 trips total, with several of those days having them hold my car overnight so they could “figure it out”. Multiple time we took them for drives, they would hear and feel that something was wrong. Every time they would call us back and say we fixed it. They didn’t and No one could tell me what was wrong with a car I had just bought and is still under warranty. I took it to Layton hills dodge and they fix my car in 4 hours. Drives great with no problems now. The sales team is great they made buying a car easy and fair but not so sure about the techs.
Up-front & Fast - Ryan & Emmy
I worked with Kris and Kenny and had a great experience. Kris gave complete information and responded quickly to questions via email. Kenny was patient and explained everything well. I felt like I paid a fair price or better, and got great service from friendly, honest people.
No respect for me or my time - Mg743
Went in to see a used truck. Let the saleswoman take my info even though she wasn’t listening to me. She asked my budget I said it doesn’t matter. She knew I was there to see one specific truck but still said we have trucks from $30k to $100k so I need to know your ceiling price. I said no you don’t and expressed I wanted to just look at the truck. She brought the manager over to me and I explained I just wanted to see the truck and not drive it. She went to get the keys and disappeared for over 15 min. I left without ever seeing her again, she had my cell phone number and didn’t even call. No respect for me or my time. What a joke!
Awesome experience - Steve Robinson
Awesome staff and employees! Got me into a better truck then I even thought I could get in to. Corey and Chet will definitely keep my business and be the ones I send my friends and family to!
REMARKABLE! - REMARKABLE
Once again EKF, has made me proud to be a longtime loyal customer. I have purchased six vehicles from EKF over the last decade or so. All of been painless and satisfying. Three in as many years. The purchase I just made had an issue with the A/C.. They stepped up and took care of the issue with no additional cost to me. Working with Robert Stratton and Chase during this process was truly a pleasure. Thanks Guys! Again, may I be redundant and say; Remarkable!
Amazingly customer respect and courtesy are missing - NoLongerACustomer
I have been to this dealer many times for service. I never had a reason to complain. Now, I will never return for neither service nor a purchase. First my daughter took her car in for “The Works” service. But instead of changing the oil, they added new oil, never draining the old. They didn’t top off the vehicle’s fluids. She ended up with several hundred dollars of repairs as a result. The customer “care” she got after being transferred from on “manager” to another was a free oil change offer. Obviously that was never used.
Then I had my son drop off my car for “The Works” with a coupon. When he came home and handed me the receipt, they not only didn’t honor the coupon, they also charged me for the individual services the were to be included in the “The Works.” I was treated like I was a liar, even after showing the receipt. Grudgingly, they gave me credit for my next service. Obviously, that credit remains unused.
The final straw that broke the camels back was taking a new to us car in for “The Works” again. This time all seemed well, until I was riding home with my son in the car. I asked him to turn the AC on to cool us down. “It already is on,” he told me. The next day we took it back in and asked about this. If I thought I was poorly treated for a simple overcharge, this took customer mistreatment to new levels. Finally, with no resolution or even an attempt to find an equitable solution, I left. Another mechanic found the problem, one of the AC hoses had been cut partway through in two places with a sharp instrument. No road hazard could make such clean cuts.
I will never use their shop again. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I will never recommend them again; in fact I will recommend against them when asked. I’m not sure what happened up there. I have been a long time customer, but unfortunately my last experiences with them indicates that they have lost their focus on the customer and are seeking some other goal.
Complete crooks: Don't trust this dealer - kashdog
I went in to pay off a lease purchase which was pre-determined by ford motor credit at the original signing of the lease. The payoff amount was a guaranteed set payoff. Ken Garff Ford manipulated and attempted to adjust or inflate that price. I disputed the amount with the finance officer who said they could change or adjust the amount. I left, called Ford Credit who told me that Ken Garff could not increase or change the price. . Ford Credit called Ken Garff Ford West Valley and advised 3 people they are not allowed to do that. One was the sales person the other the finance officer and also the sales manager.
I went to LHM: who I called and they told me they would write the truck sales offer up for the lease end agreement price.
Don't trust Austin Mays at Ken Garff in West Valley. Don't trust or rely on Ken Garff Ford for any vehicle purchase. Complete crooks.
Nothing but scam artists! - Ford family
Very disappointed in this Larry H Miller dealership. They are nothing but professional con men trying to get every little bit of money that they can out of you. They are just as bad as Jiffy Lube! For years I went to Larry H Miller Ford in Salt Lake City and got excellent service, these guys are back in the 1970s trying to scam you out of everything they can. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as you can!
Amazingly nice staff. Friendly experience - Cummins
I give this dealership 5 stars for great atmosphere people are easy to deal with. They get straight to it. Out of any dealership I’ve ever been to, Larry H Miller is the only dealership that actually cares to help their customers and accommodate them to their needs
My experience here is absolutely amazing and most definitely will be coming back. Also let all my friends and family know about this.

Then called them again a month later was told again they had to order part no call back if the part came. Today again tried to call them when talking to service department they hung up on us and when trying to call back phone rang and rang then just hangs up on you.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
Sales policy and staff were excellent - Chris Jasper
I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended!
pushy salesman - gottecat
wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
