Excellent Customer Service - Va
Friendly and willing to work with us. Gave us a great price on our trade. I would recommend Wilson anytime. Trent and Travis are excellent to work with times and getting things ready before we got there.

Incredible buying experience from start to finish. - Tdlatham
I called about a used car listed on ksl. Mitch, was awesome as he answered all my questions leaving no doubt the car was everything advertised. He did everything he said he would. Had the car up front and ready for a test drive when we arrived. The financial aspect went just as smooth. Thanks Mitch
A great experience! - Byrdstheword
We had a great experience with LHM SLC. We found a vehicle we were interested in, messaged with Will a few times to get some additional information, made our way to the dealership on our time, drove and ultimately purchased the vehicle. All in all, we spent exactly 2.5 hours from the time we pulled into the dealership, to the time we left with the new one. There's no haggling prices as they were fair to begin with. All in all, we will be in the market for another vehicle purchase soon, and we won't hesitate to go back to work with Will and the team.

Out of town Travelers. Stuck! Fit us in and got us going! - flyguy
My wife and I are from Seattle and were headed home. Alternator failed in our 2005 dodge Sprinter camper 35 miles west of Tremonton. Being a diesel with a large battery we made back to the dealer on a hot day with two dogs but barely. Not only did they look at it right away on a Friday after noon but they had the alternator installed and we were on our way in about 2.5 hours. AMAZING! and they were so nice and accommodating. We could of been stranded for the weekend! Thank You Heritage Motor Company!!!!!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
Sales policy and staff were excellent - Chris Jasper
I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended!

Where to begin - Nero7659+
The advertsed final price which invluded everything, did not match the final price of the sail. By the time all was said and done it cost $3,000 more the the advertised price... (Bait and switch maby???) The young auto motive group has had plenty of complaints agsinst it from what I found out as well as preditory loan practices. Do your home work people.

I purchased a 2004 F250 crew cab, Viton V-10, the vehicle appears to have been very well maintained. When going through the KBB and NADA pricing, my representative showed me the price for this vehicle with the 8’ bed not the 6.5 bed!!! Honest mistake? He sure was flipping the web pages very quickly, I got the feeling it was maybe more than an honest mistake?? I am also waiting for new mirrors that were part of the purchase agreement. I also noticed that the spare tire AND mounting/lowering mechanism were missing/broken. THEY WOULDN’T FIX IT ON THEIR DIME? REALLY, is this considered safety equipment? Anyways I still, at this time, feel this purchase was a good one but as I stated in the subject line above until the final agreed to items have been completed I reserve the right to provide additional comments! Bottom line is I got the feeling that they did not want me to purchase this vehicle? Like it was one of those really nice and good deals that was ment to be passed onto a friend and not someone purchasing off the street? I stand by my initial rating (which I will update when the deal for all work is completed) of 3 Stars!
Above and beyond service leads to unplanned buy - Mrs.HLay
We went to St. George Ford "just looking". We were in the market, but not planning to buy that day. Shawn Wedemeyer came out and got to know what we were looking for and why. He is VERY knowledgeable about all the vehicles there, as well as being very personable. He helped guide us towards the vehicles that would tow the kind of trailer we have. He let us test drive a couple of different kinds so we could get a feel for what we like, even offering us to take one while we went to lunch, since we had our kids with us and it was lunch time. We had a car we were wanting to trade in, and he helped facilitate a good deal on that (going back to get a better price after his manager's first offer). The cars he showed us were so nice, in such great condition, and well priced that we ended up driving one home for keeps that day!
That's not where the service ended, though. (I told you it was above and beyond.) Since there was only one key with the car we bought (a used car), he said he would get another made for no cost. [They are $200 keys.] He scheduled a time in the next couple of days that was convenient for us to bring in the car to have new keys made. Since it would take a little time, he gave us another car to drive and run errands in.
When we bought the car, he made sure our car was washed and filled with gas, gave us a few free oil changes, offered the kids drinks and coloring books while we signed papers, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some... the point is, they have excellent service and I would highly recommend going and seeing Shawn if you are in the market!

Enjoyable buying experience - macejoe
I was looking for a new truck on my banks car buying service and was inundated with phone calls from local dealerships. The call from Kevin Ford was very detailed and genuine and I’m very happy I went with him at Ken Garff. We never felt pressured, hurried, or like we weren’t in control of the process.
We found an honest dealer! - MeganM
We went in not expecting much, knew we had a whole lot of negative debt associated with our trade in and wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to pull it off. Especially with the recent experiences with other local dealerships. They found us our dream vehicle, made it a great experience. When it came time to the numbers, they were extremely transparent, truly gave us top dollar for our trade. Our salesman really went to bat for us and got us the lowest payment and intrest rate possible. Definitely would recommend them to anyone as they have gained a life time customer.
Great service! - celesteb
Bryson was very helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out what I was going to purchase. He is a great salesmen and very personal. Everyone there was very nice and professional. Houston, was also nice to interact with and was quick and sufficient at what he does. Thank you for your guy's service!
Friendly and fair - Mburr44
Expectations were met and price was fair after some negotiating. The truck was ready to be picked up in a timely manner and it looked great.
Zero honesty or transparency - Tyler1234
Had an awful experience with this dealership. Spent three hours with them telling me car was one price. When I went to purchase the truck they said they wouldn’t sell it for less than $2,000 more than they stated all day. Had manager come out and was too afraid to tell me in person. Lying and dishonest. Wouldn’t trust them for nothing
pushy salesman - gottecat
wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
Don't take your vehicle to Moab ford - Unhappyinmoab
Kevin is rude and dismissive asked about warranty on my vehicle that I purchased at Moab ford and was told I had to have the vin. Then told that the parts were unavailable and that they didn't know when they would have them in. No follow up. Rude customer service.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
