Great experience they were very accommodating and helpful. - m19wheeler
I have been to a lot of dealerships and Wilson motor has been the best that I have been to. I am from out of town and I was going to need to come back to get new rims put on. They had a truck on the lot that had the rims I wanted. They were willing to take the rims off that tuck just so I could get it done all in one day. It was very much appreciated.

New Used Vehicle purchase - mendolo
I recently purchased a low mileage vehicle from Gage.
I was treated as if I was a long time returning customer.
I purchased the vehicle online and Gage made the overall experience a breeze
Thank you Gage and Performance Ford.
PS. I enjoyed my visit to the SLC area, that I am considering re-location.
Dealer and Salesperson Review - Edwardhead
I think I got a good deal and had a genuinely good experience doing business through Brad Fisher while buying a used F350 Lariat DRW truck. I even got to hang out with the salesmen, watch the Utah v Washington game and was offered snacks and even some Tacos or Burritos that the General Manager had purchased for his sales staff.
I did not feel pressured either.
The finance manager was helpful too, but I forgot his name, it's one of those male or female names. Hmmm, Jamie?

Service techs apparently don’t know their job. - Dave and Lis
I bought a car from them in July, in 3 weeks we had an issue with car. I took it to the Tremonton and Brigham dealerships. 5 trips total, with several of those days having them hold my car overnight so they could “figure it out”. Multiple time we took them for drives, they would hear and feel that something was wrong. Every time they would call us back and say we fixed it. They didn’t and No one could tell me what was wrong with a car I had just bought and is still under warranty. I took it to Layton hills dodge and they fix my car in 4 hours. Drives great with no problems now. The sales team is great they made buying a car easy and fair but not so sure about the techs.
Sales policy and staff were excellent - Chris Jasper
I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended!
Worth the drive - StogieJoe
I live much closer to the Ogden area but chose to drive the extra distance for better customer service. I purchased 2 vehicles this year and received excellent service from Kevin in sales and Jace and the service team. The employees made the experience simple all around. Good staff and worth the drive.
Best Ford Dealer in Utah - drscottkimball
I have bought 5 trucks from Ed Kenley Ford. Each time I bring my business here, I am glad I did. I mostly have dealt with Paul Moon. Paul always gives me the best deal possible and is a no-nonsense and straight shooter with me. He always makes sure that I am 100% satisfied. This is why I keep going back. Customer for life!
Wonderful service - mitchm
Matt was great. He took a lot of time to find just the right car for me. I felt like he was putting me first and not his sales figures. I would recommend him to everyone.
Where to begin - Nero7659+
The advertsed final price which invluded everything, did not match the final price of the sail. By the time all was said and done it cost $3,000 more the the advertised price... (Bait and switch maby???) The young auto motive group has had plenty of complaints agsinst it from what I found out as well as preditory loan practices. Do your home work people.
Above and beyond service leads to unplanned buy - Mrs.HLay
We went to St. George Ford "just looking". We were in the market, but not planning to buy that day. Shawn Wedemeyer came out and got to know what we were looking for and why. He is VERY knowledgeable about all the vehicles there, as well as being very personable. He helped guide us towards the vehicles that would tow the kind of trailer we have. He let us test drive a couple of different kinds so we could get a feel for what we like, even offering us to take one while we went to lunch, since we had our kids with us and it was lunch time. We had a car we were wanting to trade in, and he helped facilitate a good deal on that (going back to get a better price after his manager's first offer). The cars he showed us were so nice, in such great condition, and well priced that we ended up driving one home for keeps that day!
That's not where the service ended, though. (I told you it was above and beyond.) Since there was only one key with the car we bought (a used car), he said he would get another made for no cost. [They are $200 keys.] He scheduled a time in the next couple of days that was convenient for us to bring in the car to have new keys made. Since it would take a little time, he gave us another car to drive and run errands in.
When we bought the car, he made sure our car was washed and filled with gas, gave us a few free oil changes, offered the kids drinks and coloring books while we signed papers, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some... the point is, they have excellent service and I would highly recommend going and seeing Shawn if you are in the market!
We found an honest dealer! - MeganM
We went in not expecting much, knew we had a whole lot of negative debt associated with our trade in and wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to pull it off. Especially with the recent experiences with other local dealerships. They found us our dream vehicle, made it a great experience. When it came time to the numbers, they were extremely transparent, truly gave us top dollar for our trade. Our salesman really went to bat for us and got us the lowest payment and intrest rate possible. Definitely would recommend them to anyone as they have gained a life time customer.
Excellent service - Idahocardad
Excellent customer service, very accommodating, and overall a great experience. Kevin Ford was super to deal with and went over and beyond to take care of us. Would recommend to anyone!
Horrible customer service when there has been an error - Kassy1221
So disappointed! The sales person that helped us was great however once the deal was completed (incorrectly) we can not get a call back from the manager or financing department to fix the mistake it has been a full month of going around in circles and the only way to get the to talk with you is to show up at the dealership. Honestly I do not recommend doing business with them due to the lack of customer service it is going to be two months now and our issue has still not been resolved.
Great new car buying experience - Ghjohns
Ian (my salesman) and Tyson (sales manager) were knowledgeable and professional. Everything promised was delivered. I love my new Ford Focus. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Our buying experience - Bob & Rene’ Smith
These guys blew Our minds. I’ve always dreaded a car salesman...... today was not that day. We went to Westland ford. Sean Wheeler was our salesman. Not pushy or full of crap. Very accommodating, friendly and a great sense of humor..... Donny the Sales Manager and Denny, the man in training were real people. Not fake and full of xxxx. And Terry Robinson we want to tell you that you have some good guys . We love love our new car. Thanks guys.
Bob & Rene’
We Will definitely refer Our friends and Family to Westland Ford.
Fantastic service in an emergency. Lots of TLC from staff - Lois
I was traveling cross country for 2 months. Picked up bad gas in KS. Cascade of issues. The Montrose and the Moab Ford dealership staffs took excellent are of me - the Ford ESP warranty worth every penny. Thank you so much!
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
pushy salesman - gottecat
wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
