I just want to give a quick shoutout to Tim Hoyt and the rest of the ford team for helping me and putting the effort to inspect the car for me before buy due to my tight schedule with work. My family and I love the car a lot and would highly recommend to check out their cars. Thank you!

My first purchase from Ed Kenley although I worked with - nrcoleman57

My first purchase from Ed Kenley although I worked with Ed when he was New car sales manager at Merrill Bean Chevrolet. Now John Watson. I was a line mechanic. He was honest then and now his wife carries on the tradition. They do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I would recommend them and purchase here again.

I purchased a car a year ago from LHM Super Ford and - lotharcross

I purchased a car a year ago from LHM Super Ford and recently had some issues with getting scratches repaired under the warranty. The service manager, Ryan Rasmussen, stepped up and went way above and beyond to solve my issues. He turned a frustrating encounter into the best customer service experience I have ever had! I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with someone who truly cares about me as a customer.

Had a great experience here. - theron22.mj

We just bought a beautiful, brand new car from LHM. - jfeller89

We just bought a beautiful, brand new car from LHM. Clayton Perkins was our sales person. The whole experience was five star. The showroom was beautiful and clean, with comfortable places to rest and complimentary snacks and drinks. Clayton and Cody took time -- a lot of time -- to make us comfortable and help us find the perfect car (and then a lot of time helping us figure out how to work the gadgets on it). Financing from application to signing was a breeze. Honestly, we were expecting less and couldn't have been more impressed.

Incredible experience from start to finish. - neilcurtis17

Incredible experience from start to finish. I could not imagine a better experience buying a vehicle. Every step of the journey was impeccable, and I truly felt like the employees were looking out for my best interest. For 8 months, I searched for a very specific used Ford F-150 Tremor. In January, I found a listing from Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork with an incredible price that almost seemed too good to be true. I inquired through Autotrader, and within minutes received a text from a true gentleman named Nelson. After a few messages, we arranged a time for me to come look at the truck. Nelson was such a nice, chill guy and incredibly easy to work with. He answered my million questions and was very low-pressure. In fact, there was zero pressure to buy the truck during that first visit. The previous dozen or so dealership experiences had felt completely opposite, so I was expecting a high-pressure situation. Instead, there was no pressure at all. Over the next few days, I had even more questions, and Nelson was extremely responsive through dozens of texts and phone calls. A week later, we arranged for me to bring the truck to a local mechanic. I definitely recommend doing this when buying a used vehicle. It cost $100 and was worth every penny. There were a few minor concerns, and Nelson went to bat for me, alleviated my concerns, and convinced the dealership to repair a few things before I agreed to buy it. My interaction with the finance guy, Brock, was equally excellent. I had many questions about financing and the various extended warranties. He spent a long time with me, never made me feel rushed, and was very patient while I called my wife a few times for her approval. I always felt like I was his only customer. Brock handled every objection I had about the extended warranty coverage perfectly and made me feel completely at ease. We bought the truck, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a very long time. Six months later, the rear speakers blew, so I contacted Tim Dahle to ask about my options. I worked with a stud named Mike Butterfield in the Service Department. Just when I thought this dealership couldn’t get any better, I was pleasantly surprised to find that its service employees are just as great to work with. Mike patiently answered my many questions about the truck and service warranty and guided me through the process of using the warranty I had purchased. The speakers were fully covered, and they fixed everything good as new. Mike even arranged a loaner vehicle during the repairs. I definitely recommend getting an extended warranty on a used vehicle. You will absolutely regret not having one if something goes wrong. My three kids will be driving in the next few years, and I know exactly who I’ll work with when it’s time to purchase another used vehicle: my man Nelson and his crew at Tim Dahle Ford. I’ll be honest: I initially had some hesitation because I had read some negative reviews online. However, a dealership that sells thousands of vehicles is naturally going to have some outliers who have a bad experience. A lot of those nasty reviews are probably coming from nasty people who complain about literally everything in their life. What doesn’t happen nearly enough are positive reviews from people like me who are completely satisfied with their experience. It took me 9 months of snoozing a daily reminder on my phone to finally sit down and write the review I had been composing in my mind all year. Huge shoutout to Nelson, Brock, and Mike Butterfield. Amazing crew. I’m extremely happy with my entire experience.

Logan Mouritsen is an all-star. Direct, transparent, knowledgeable, & focused on the customer experience. A true blue representative of Heritage Motor Company of Tremonton. If you're in the market for a vehicle, be it new or used, Heritage has one heck of an inventory and has not let the craziness of the world destroy their ethics. Give Heritage a shot and ask for Logan. You'll see what I'm talking about.

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on - P4presher

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on customers. I watched them ask manager as to what to do about a customers k&n filter, to clean it. Manager said no, I was shocked! Then said just replace it. That's stealing from the customers car. Those are not cheap, now he will have to purchase again, and pay for a new FORD filter. That's the way to steal from their customers.

Patient and low/no pressure. - boboverstreet

Patient and low/no pressure. The sales team is not commissioned, just there to help and answer questions. Found the truck I was looking for and Brodie, our sales rep, did a good job of handling all the details. He continues to follow up with us afterwards, ensuring we are satisfied. Will shop there again.

Rear brake service was performed here on my 2019 Ford - Evan W

Rear brake service was performed here on my 2019 Ford Transit. Less than 8,000 miles later, while driving on the highway, the rear axle bolts came loose and the vehicle required an emergency repair out of state. The nearest shop to where the failure occurred found that multiple axle bolts were missing and noted the axle was extremely close to detaching. They explained that this type of failure should not occur under normal circumstances following proper brake service. On this vehicle, the rear axle bolts must be removed for brake work, making that the last time they would have been touched. I was stranded on the road for nearly a week while arranging repairs, incurring significant expense and disruption. I contacted Performance Ford of Moab in July to request a warranty review and provided documentation. In August, I was told the issue had been escalated to ownership and that a response was forthcoming. Despite multiple follow-ups since then, I have received no response at all. It is now nearly January. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and refusal to engage on a serious safety-related issue was extremely disappointing. I would have strongly preferred to resolve this directly and privately. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!

pushy salesman - gottecat
