Best Finance Experience We've Had - Scott House
Jack in the Finance department was awesome. Jack came in on his day off to finish our transaction, and was super helpful. He took extra time to run through multiple options, and get us the best rate. If you get a chance to work with, Jack, I would highly recommend doing so.

Purchased a new Ford Explorer and I love it - Heather Yorgason
It was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase. We would recommend others that are looking to buy a car to go to this dealership.
Seamless process. - Ron
I was pre-approved (through my own financing) and found a decently priced used work truck at HDF & my purchase order for it was handled with professionalism. From the front desk (Nettie) to the sales reps (Darrell & Donavan) to the financing (Jake), I was treated important. I was also offered an Extended Warranty w/GAP & it made my purchase complete, THANK YOU HENRY DAY FORD!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
Exceeded my expectations! - Farmhouse
We really love working with heritage motors. They are very honest and friendly with no silly gimmicks! Our whole family buys from them and we keep going back.
My new ride - Tigger04
Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Ken Garff St. George Ford. My family has dealt with them for years and now I'm following in there foot steps. Curtis Rider and Eric Heath are amazing people who I can trust and know I'm in the right hands and being taken care of. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I drove all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada because of how the dealership out here do not seem to know how to treat customers or seem knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking into purchasing. Thank you again for helping me choose my new SUV and for going above and beyond.
Sales policy and staff were excellent - Chris Jasper
I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended!
Great Service! - Laura S Jorgenson
We live over an hour away from this dealership. My husband bought a truck from them last year and we made the drive to get another car from them. They're super helpful, no pressure, excellent customer service. Worth the drive!
New car lease - Danrosy
Great friendly service, no pressure, informative and helpful. Stew was a nice change from the regular salesman and he was very helpful and cut to the chase and made us feel comfortable. Over all a good car buying experience, thank you!!
Poor Service - Disappointed buyer
I recently purchased a new Malibu and the sales department was great!! There were some paint issues and when I took the car in I was treated poorly. The car was taken in a few times and at one point they had my car for 2 weeks and the paint issues still were not fixed. Two different times when I went to pick up my car there were other marks and scratches from their service department. I couldn't believe that my experience with Performance could go from amazing to poor within a few weeks. At one point I was accused of doing something to it myself. It got to the point that I didn't trust anything the service department told me. When I called to talk to the service manager he was rude and hung up on me. The service department is horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Love my car, hate where I bought it.
Casey is awesome - Katt188
Seriously the best dealership around they get you into exactly what you are looking for and get you a really good deal and dont try to presure you into anything
very good experience - Tls
No pressure what so ever, when it was time to buy , they just went to work and got us what we needed.very good experience
This delarship is awful! - Softb@ll11
I would give this delarship zero stars if I could. They have the worst customer service. When I arrived to the delarship I told them what my budget was. The first truck they showed me was a Chevy! Not even a Ford. I told them I wanted an F-150. The truck they showed me was $100 over the budget I told them I wanted to spend. When I asked about pricing they refused to tell me the price of the truck and would only focus on my monthly payment. When I decided I would get the truck they approved us for 3% interest rate. We signed the final paper work and everything! The next day I get a text from the salesman and he asked for my W-2 so he could get me a better rate and monthly payment. When I got back to the delarship they said the paperwork I signed was invalid and I needed to resign it. When we were going over the paper work my interest rate increased over 1.5% and my payment went up another $50! I should have realized the red flags along the way. The truck had a bad clear coat and the manager agreed that the paint would be fixed on the whole front end. When I dropped it off they told me they would only do the hood! They are not honest with their words! And they would get in yelling arguments with me in front of customers! The managers name is Gary! He’s a jerk! Another thing that they agreed to replace if I bought the vehicle was the fender flares. The previous over hit something and it was missing the passenger rear flare. The type of fenders that were on the truck were an older model so were no longer sold. So they said we will order you a whole new set of 4 so they will all match. I took the truck in they said it wouldn’t take longer than an hour so I would be fine not dropping it off. I was there for over 6 hours!! When I finally got my truck they had only replaced the one missing one and it was completely different then the other 3. I told the manager it was different and he argued with me AGAIN and said it was the same. I finally got the service guy involved and he said yes it is different and said he had the other 3 in the back and if we wanted them we had to install them ourself or it would be a charge. So we took them and installed them ourself. When we got home they didn’t keep the installation kit in the box so we had to buy it. This delarship will give you a headache and they are so unprofessional! So many people end up upside down when they buy from here. So save yourself some stress, money, and headaches!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Ford Fiesta Lover - Etruscott

My wife & I went to look at new Ford Escapes and came home with a new 2017, The reason was simple, Westland ford was great to deal with. Thanks to Ray Thompson- sales, Donny Gallagher-finance, & Jim Twichell-service. All great people who worked with us and made it easy.
pushy salesman - gottecat
wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
Don't take your vehicle to Moab ford - Unhappyinmoab
Kevin is rude and dismissive asked about warranty on my vehicle that I purchased at Moab ford and was told I had to have the vin. Then told that the parts were unavailable and that they didn't know when they would have them in. No follow up. Rude customer service.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
