Best service and manager I have ever had!! - Alex T.
Gwen is a great manager, and the service is wonderful, I will always bring my truck to her no matter how far I live (I’m in Midvale 😊). I love working with her and the staff anytime I need some work done with my truck. She always goes the extra mile no matter what, even if she is off she takes care of me and makes sure I’m happy with the service. I’m always treated with respect and as a family. You have a permanent costumer!. Thank you Gwen and the wonderful staff!!. The best service in Utah!!
Amazing customer service!! - CaitlinBengtzen

Service techs apparently don’t know their job. - Dave and Lis
I bought a car from them in July, in 3 weeks we had an issue with car. I took it to the Tremonton and Brigham dealerships. 5 trips total, with several of those days having them hold my car overnight so they could “figure it out”. Multiple time we took them for drives, they would hear and feel that something was wrong. Every time they would call us back and say we fixed it. They didn’t and No one could tell me what was wrong with a car I had just bought and is still under warranty. I took it to Layton hills dodge and they fix my car in 4 hours. Drives great with no problems now. The sales team is great they made buying a car easy and fair but not so sure about the techs.
Did not get the service I requested - KGA1967
I left my vehicle to have an oil change and to have it looked over due to a long distance trip that is upcoming. I also asked that the emergency brake be adjusted due to it being out of adjustment. Told them that I would be picking it up the next day and received a call 2 and a half hours later saying that the oil change was done and they couldn't do anything with the emergency brake unless I made another appointment at a different time with another tech. Not what I would call customer service!! This is the only place I have ever had any service or oil changes done the whole time I have owned this vehicle and will now be searching for another!
Bad service - Lee82
After being a customer for 15 years you would think I wouldn't need to worry about my truck being serviced. I arrived with my 02 F350 with no leaks to get the oil and fuel filter changed along with my transmission serviced. I get home and the transmission is leaking because they used the original gasket and had a fuel leak because they broke the water separater valve so everyday I had a diesel puddle under my truck which I fixed myself. Thanks for the service.
Customer service rep Lindsay was helpful - Shelliec
I had some communication issues with my service guy on a new F-150 we had purchased, and Lindsay stepped in and helped get things cleared up.
Brian is the man. - Rusty Bryant
Brian got my explorer fixed in no time. Premium level of service. Thank you again to Brian the service director. He took the hassle out of service.
Fantastic service in an emergency. Lots of TLC from staff - Lois
I was traveling cross country for 2 months. Picked up bad gas in KS. Cascade of issues. The Montrose and the Moab Ford dealership staffs took excellent are of me - the Ford ESP warranty worth every penny. Thank you so much!
Wonderful prices and service - Maga 2020
Took my truck there twice for service and both times they were really honest with what needed to be done and they gave me a better price than the other 2 places I called
Service - donnamoreau
Jay was very helpful and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work was done sooner than was expected, that was a nice surprise.
Dishonest.. - Weldwizzz
Unfortunately, this dealership has dishonest technicians. I had my wife drive down and have our Ford 500 transmission serviced. Instead of doing the job correctly, they instead drained the fluid out of the transmission and then refilled it with new fluid. Then they had us pay for the full service. I really despise liars and cheats. We could have gone to the local Ford dealership here in Cedar City, instead. I realized what this dealership had done when I got underneath the car to change the oil. The transmission pan had never been dropped and no filter was put in. I called the service manager and he promised to do it right. My wife had to drive down the second time for another 2 hours to have it done properly. I gave a one start review because if I hadn't seen what had been done, they would have successfully ripped me off. Very unfortunate.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
3rd bad service experience. I'm done - Parkcitybrad
I live in Park City which means Crandall Ford is the only dealership within an hour. I've had my car in there 3 times for service. In each case they were rude and unhelpful. (Kyle in particular - who I see has similar reviews on this site) They performed service that was not recommended by the mfr. They performed warranty work on my transmission and left it worse than when I took it in. The transmission warning light came on two days after they supposedly fixed it - luckily I was only 1.5 hrs in to my 20 he road trip. In short, I am done with Crandall ford and would strongly recommend that you choose another dealer for service. You'll notice on this site that the only positive reviews are for new purchases. Every service review is negative. Data talks. Go elsewhere.
Take time to care - Russ Hansen
I recently bought a Honda Accord from Forrest Motors. They are great guys low pressure you can tell they really care about what they do. My whole time working with them I felt like they really cared about my situation and where very personable. I WILL BE buying from them again.
Poor character! Crazy disappointed! - Scot M
Extremely disappointed! Poor character! I called the Parts manager (Wes Savage) twice and he brushed me off and tried to make my problem a joke. He then referred me to Paul Lankford the GM. I was sent to Paul's voicemail and I left him a message. No call back. I waited a week and tried again. I called in two more times and left more messages. No call back. Your parts driver HIT my parked car. The driver had enough character to stick around and come find me. We had the police come and fill out and full police report. Your insurance company said that they will help a little bit will not fix my car. I needed your help to call your cheap xxx insurance company and obviously you're too busy to help me. I will make sure people know what kind of character you guys have running the show. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
