I've been working with Steve Allen and the team at Wilson Motor for over 25 years. I keep coming back because I appreciate the professional, prompt attention to my car buying routines. Steve is quick to answer calls and questions and he follows up occasionally to make sure my needs are being met. I also appreciate the amazing service department at Wilson Motor. I'm always treated quickly and thoroughly until issues are resolved. I will continue to make Steve Allen and Wilson Motor my preferred auto buying source.

Logan Day came out immediately to help my son and I. I would like to give her 6 stars, but there are only 5, so that will have to do. She was knowledgeable and listened for what we wanted and we left very happy for the service from Her and from Jerry Seiner NSL. I will come back here again.

Do NOT take your car here! Had a simple oil change done,... - Disappointed
Do NOT take your car here! Had a simple oil change done, then had to take it back 2 MORE TIMES for continued leaking. Brennan, the car guy, broke the hood latch release so it was replaced, but since there was “no labor warranty “ done on this “free” fix, we were told we would have to pay $250 to actually fix it correctly once we got home and it broke again right away. Brennan does NOT know how to fix cars. These guys do not know what they are doing and just trying to squeeze every penny out of you! Their prices are ridiculous. Go somewhere else!!!!
Will steal and lie about how they obtain your data - MatthewPrince
I had Karissa reach out to me about a recall on my vehicle but went I asked them about my information (name & phone #) they would not provide how they obtained my information. They kept saying that Ford gave it to them. But when I asked for proof of Ford providing that data they could not do it and refused to show me how they obtained it.
This happened after I posted my vehicle for sale on a well known online classified website here. So when I asked if that's how they obtained it they would always change the subject and not answer me if that is how they obtained my information.
I do not trust this company in the least bit!
I have had the most incredible service experience the... - Preston "Tyler" Struve
I have had the most incredible service experience the last three times I visited LHM Salt Lake Service!!! I was so lucky to run into Jake Messerly, its people like Jake whom are a example of someone who loves what they do! I ran into Jake on my first visit with a warranty repair issue on my new car and I thought for sure I was going to get the run around like I did at the other Ford dealer but to my surprise even though Jake was in the quick service lane, he took it upon himself to make sure Ford was going to fix my car. He took pictures and even communicated with Ford warranty and kept me informed throughout the process and finally called me and told me to bring the car in so they could install the parts. I was so thrilled but upon arrival Jake didn't send me to the back of the line for the service technicians, he replaced the rear view LED lamp himself! That was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a Ford dealer. Jake has been promoted to the service center and a full time service advisor now, so anyone who really cares about their car like I do and wants someone that understands how much you love your new car like I do and will take care it (literally himself!) Jake Messerly is the service advisor you need to get ahold of when you goto Ford Salt Lake City.
Scheduled service at 9 am for a door latch replacement... - Erin
Scheduled service at 9 am for a door latch replacement that they said would take 2 hrs. I was then told it would take 3-5 hours, they contacted 7 hrs later & told me it would cost significantly more because of a diagnostic test (didn’t need) and NO apologies for the delayed response and lack of work done (backstory: this would be the 4th and final door latch I’ve needed replaced, I KNOW there were no other issues) I mentioned that MAYBE I should just come get my car right now and he JUMPED at the offer. Last time I was here they broke a hose and didn’t say a thing. Should’ve learned my lesson. No wonder they only have 1.5 stars. I called a manager and tried to call customer relations manager and couldn’t even leave a voicemail. I’m very disappointed at the dishonesty I’ve experienced here. I was also promised compensation for my time and received the work order and a nod. Terrible customer service and mechanical service. Would not recommend.
Beware!!! I have never left such a poor review in my... - Sue Thereas
Beware!!! I have never left such a poor review in my life, but I want to make sure everyone knows not to buy a vehicle here and even more specifically...not to utilize their service department EVER! I am blown away at the level of deceit by their managers (& 3+ were involved). Our one-year-old Ford vehicle was in service with them for 2 months for three major repairs on parts that had gone bad and in hind sight we were far too graceful with them on timing. We should’ve known from the beginning of our interactions with them not to trust them, as they weren’t able to keep the majority of their agreements. They came and looked at the failing part (shall remain nameless for privacy) & collectively agreed they’d replace this part. The first time they called us & said everything was completed...we drove out there and only one repair was complete. The second time they called us in for pickup, two weeks later, the manager that overlooked the vehicle with us (as we had to check their work by this point) tried to convince us that the third part had also been replaced. On the drive home it was evident by how it felt that it was the same xxxx part. Got home and could see previous markings on said part that were still there & wouldn’t be there if it was a “new” part. Emailed head manager and not a single response. Needless to say, save yourself a xxxx of a lot of time & choose a different dealership and vehicle make all together. I feel the slightest bit better now that I could get this anger off my chest...they are liars!!!
I have been in with my truck that I actually purchased... - Stacey67
I have been in with my truck that I actually purchased there. Each time I’ve been charged $150 + and told they can get my truck to do what I’ve brought it in for. It’s not like a small detail. You’ll be driving and the blind spot system defaults, then depending on the day you get a a variety of things that happen or all of them most the time. The radio won’t work, the air/heat stops working, running boards cease to operate and then you get a message that navigation system isn’t working and told to get it to your local dealer. For what??? To have Ford certified incompetence take more of my money??? This is not just my truck, there is an entire forum dedicated to this and some suggestions of how other service providers have repaired it. Do you think after offering this solution to read this forum on my phone was accepted or they wanting to look at it as a possible solution? Of course not... why solve a problem so you stop making money🤷♀️ So if there are any good mechanics out there and are willing to actually repair this,
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
3rd bad service experience. I'm done - Parkcitybrad
I live in Park City which means Crandall Ford is the only dealership within an hour. I've had my car in there 3 times for service. In each case they were rude and unhelpful. (Kyle in particular - who I see has similar reviews on this site) They performed service that was not recommended by the mfr. They performed warranty work on my transmission and left it worse than when I took it in. The transmission warning light came on two days after they supposedly fixed it - luckily I was only 1.5 hrs in to my 20 he road trip. In short, I am done with Crandall ford and would strongly recommend that you choose another dealer for service. You'll notice on this site that the only positive reviews are for new purchases. Every service review is negative. Data talks. Go elsewhere.

Scheduled my appointment on-line 2 weeks in advance. I got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didn't have any information and said they were busy and would try to get me in. Said the information is supposed to transfer over but didn't. Got a call a few hours later saying they couldn't work on my truck today because they didn't have any tech's available. What a joke! What good is having an on-line scheduler if it doesn't work. I'll be going back to Young Ford for all service where I've always been treated great.
Take time to care - Russ Hansen
I recently bought a Honda Accord from Forrest Motors. They are great guys low pressure you can tell they really care about what they do. My whole time working with them I felt like they really cared about my situation and where very personable. I WILL BE buying from them again.
A very positive experience. - amjen
Very impressed for the service I received from Heritage Motors. The employees were so kind and made me feel like I was welcome and that my business meant a lot to them. Grateful for the experience. LOVE my Ford Focus.
BAD Service - Raptor1
I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!
