Purchased a new car about two weeks ago and it was a great experience. Came in today to get my tire checked out and to receive my new license plates. Matt was EXTREMELY helpful as well as Micheala. Aden did great job at informing me what was going on while I waited. This dealership really does go above and beyond for their customers.

We are seniors and don’t drive much and Bickford has this awesome service whereby they come and pick up your vehicle, take it in and service it to your requirements then bring it back! Amazing. Only took a couple of hours and we got er done. Needed an oil change, new wiper blades, cabin air filter change, tires rotated. They called to let us know how much was left on the brakes and tires and to take our payment. It was even less than quoted! Thanks Bickford for being an innovative dealership.

Sue and the service crew are outstanding. So polite, accommodating and FAST, so fast! With as many times as I’ve had to visit their service department since my car in ‘22, it would appear that GM handed me a lemon… Sue is always SO gracious on the phone and at the desk, I don’t live very close and Caleb is always cheerfully down to drop me off while the car’s getting tweaked and pick me up when it’s all done! Nobody wants to have their brand new car in and outta the shop all the time but if ya gotta, these are the folks to come to!
