I also had the chance to meet one of the service managers - Larry Brent - and he was very helpful in describing in detail an integrated wiring problem with the Forward Facing Camera Module that I was having. Both these men are to be commended as leaders and I think they should be advanced from their present position.

I purchased a 2020 Audi S7 from this dealership. Before the purchase, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition, had never been in an accident, and had no issues. After the purchase, I discovered serious problems that were never disclosed to me. The first issue was that the side window was improperly installed and misaligned. In the photos taken at the time the car was being sold, it is clearly visible that this problem already existed at the time of sale. The second issue appeared about a month later when I discovered a large amount of water under the vehicle (approximately 20 gallons). This problem could not be noticed immediately because the water was trapped underneath the vehicle’s lower structure. This strongly suggests that the water issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I informed the dealer about these problems, but they refused to address any of the issues and ignored all of my messages. I also want to point out a very serious issue regarding the license plates. I fully paid for the vehicle including registration and license plates, but when the plates arrived at the dealership, they did not give them to me for three months and provided no explanation. When I came to the dealership in person, I was told that I had to pay an additional $350, even though this amount was never mentioned in the contract. When I refused to pay money outside the agreement, I was told directly that I would not receive my license plates. I tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but the dealer behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and completely refused to resolve any of the issues. Because of ignoring the customer, hidden vehicle issues, and attempting to demand additional money outside the contract, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this dealership.

Dropped a car off for repairs. Knowing what the issue was and thinking warranty would cover it. Warranty denied it. Do to a nut coming off the turbo. They had to do there diagnostics for the warranty to know what the issue was. Warranty denied, so of course I'm forced to have to pay for the diagnostics. $1300! Show up to pick up the car and it wasn't together all the way. Drove over 2 and half hours pulling a car dolly to show up with the car in worse condition then when we dropped it off. Note in the window from the technician saying cars in pieces see technician. Instantly not happy. Go inside pay my bill and ask why isn't it together all the way like when it was dropped off? They say, Oh we're doing you a favor not putting it back together all the way. Not happy... I say, So I have to wait for you to put the car back together completely and waste more of my time waiting and you want me to pay full price? They say, Oh we can put it back together. I say no way. Your done touching the car I'm not waiting I'll do it myself. I'm a diesel technician and have been working on vehicles and anything with a engine for over 40 years. The only reason the car is there is for warranty to cover it. The warranty was denied. I paid the diagnostics and labor fees. Not happy of course since the car was not put back together all the way like when it showed up. The Intake was left off of it and so was one of intercooler hoses. Left wide open for the dust to get in. They expected me to want to tow a vehicle on a car dolly over 2 and half hours with the intake and intercooler hose off of it. Id expect for everything to be put back on it. It rains quite often and the roads are usually wet. I put the car back together right there in the parking lot noticed more stuff broken from them taking it apart for diagnostics. Please don't do people a favor and leave there car in pieces and expect them not to be upset and not want to wait. And have to pay full price for shoty diagnostic work. Now I have to fix more broken connectors and plastic pieces after I replace the turbo and everything else that might be needed. Be nice if warranty actually was a warranty. Not this dealerships warranty a bought added on warranty. It would be great if you gave a vehicle to someone in a certain condition it would be in the same condition when you picked it up. Now the car will get repaired by me and get better parts put on it for way cheaper then what they wanted to repair the vehicle for. Absolutely ridiculous!

I sold Northwest Autohub my truck. I worked with Pavell and Geoff. There was give and take in negotiation, but none of that disappear-and-leave-them-wondering tactics common in car dealerships. I was treated with respect, clarity and courtesy. The entire demeanor of the dealership is relaxed and professional. No drama. No head games. I highly recommend then for either buying or selling a vehicle.

The Service Department at Steve Hahn Auto Group is not honest or trustworthy! On Dec. 17, 2025 I took my Kia Sedona into Steve Hahn Auto Group for the 90,000 mile service prior to going on a 4000 mile road trip the following week. I received our vehicle back with a noisy power steering pump which it did not have prior to the service. Brandon Winward, the service writer, said they did not touch the power steering system and did not take responsibility for the problem. Mr Winward lied! One of the service items was to replace the spark plugs and to do this, the intake manifold must be removed. The power steering hoses are attached to the back side of the intake manifold and the hoses have to be removed from the manifold. I had to have the power steering pump replaced in Phoenix which cost $1723.98. I sent Jared Lingle, the Service Manager an email and followed up with a phone call asking for reimbursement and never received a reply. Think twice before purchasing a New Car from Steve Hahn Auto Group because the service department is totally unreliable and dishonest!

I wanted so badly to purchase a new Toyota from this dealership that was not available at my local dealership or even in the state of Oregon. However, after working out a deal with the Salesman, Kevin, who was very responsive and prompt to return texts, and phone calls, it all went South. Kevin accepted a $500 deposit on the vehicle. I am in Oregon and so we arranged for Kevin to pick me up at the Amtrak station about 3 miles from them dealership the next morning. After working out a deal, I applied online via the Toyota Financing portal. Shortly after applying, I received the following e-mail stating I should contact the dealership. "Thank you so much for taking the time to get Pre-Qualified at Titus-Will Toyota. Please contact us at (253) 475-4151 so that we may better serve you in the purchase of your new car". I immediately called and was routed to voicemail for the finance department. I left a detailed message and asked for a call back. About two hours later, after NO call back, I called and spoke with Chuck in sales. I told Chuck I needed to speak to the Finance Manager. He told me he would speak to him and have him call me. When another hour elapsed, I sent a return e-mail asking for the Finance Manager to call me. Still NO call!!! The dealership closed at 8:00 p.m.. At 8:30 I texted Kevin and asked him to return my $500 deposit as I was NOT going to board a train in the morning without having spoken to someone in finance and had a guarantee that my financing had been approved. Fortunately, my train ticket was refundable. Kevin asked me via text to reconsider since they were very busy that afternoon closing three deals. I told him IF I wasn't important enough for a one minute phone call, to confirm my financing had been approved, I surely did not trust that I would be important enough when I got to the dealership to have finance even care about me and my valuable time when I arrived and still had a three hour return trip home. After terminating the deal, I read a Google Review that stated the Finance Manager, Jim had been rude and condescending to a customer. I decided to take my business and my money elsewhere... Today I spent $60,000 at an Oregon dealership that traded a Washington dealer for my car. Thankfully Titus-Will refunded my deposit and will NEVER see a penny from my wallet.

My wife and I were very frustrated with our local dealers high pressure, high priced, sales until we expanded our search and found the right vehicle and the right salesperson, Michelle Starkey. Michelle was like a (very busy) family member. The price and details were upfront without hidden add-ons or prices. It was very refreshing to feel like we didn't need to be on the defense. It was worth the drive and suffering the Seattle traffic for the no hassle purchase. All of the staff including Camille Kim with the financial department did everything possible to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. We absolutely love our Previously owned 2025 Honda Pilot and Honda of Bellingham. Their shuttle service made our transportation a breeze after our rental car drop off. I recommend this dealership and Michelle as your next salesperson!

Really like how they where realistic with us and we didn't get any fake salesman pitches which was really nice they have a great sales team. There options for vehicles for sale though, they have a lot of the better models and trim levels and a variety for every need which was really nice when looking for a truck. They also got us a great interest rate and we have low credit that's working its way back up. I recommend for trucks for sure, and they filled up the 36 gallon tank

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!

Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under a recall. The engine was replaced, no questions asked. When we went to buy a new Sonata this year, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every time I've brought a car in for a recall or service, I've never felt pressured to have an unnecessary service. Sometimes the service takes longer than anticipated, but I've always been advised in a timely manner and once they even gave me an uber to go shopping.

I purchased a Transit connect from this dealership and paid $10,000 for a warranty,I had leaking coming from my engine so I take it in to get looked at it takes 3 days for the service to give me an answer on the issue mind you I have this vehicle for work and have to cancel all work till I get my vehicle after 3 days and bad communication with service advisor that doesn't have answers on anything about what's going on,they find leaking coming from transmission which they claim my warranty doesn't cover says it's $1200 to repair and leaking coming from motor that is covered,and so then tells me I owe a $250 for a deductible on my warranty that I paid $10,000 for at this dealership, I've never I'm my life have paid a deductible for a warranty for something already paid for. This is wrong, Lakewood Ford has bad service and taking 3 days for a diagnosis on a problem is not exceptible.

The service crew are great. They address your issues and then show you the reason why they want to make it better. They just don't say you need an air filter change, they back it up by showing you the old filter that looks like it was soaked in dirt and dust with bugs. Then you start to understand the value of maintenance and are secretly embarrassed. Keep up the good work Service Dept.

I just wanna we had a bad experience with these people there ( master Mechanic ) could not figure out what was wrong with my car. They said they were dune. And said they would pay us back the diagnostic fee and I have not seen a cent it’s been about a month. We took are car over to peninsula Subaru and they had way better customer service and a way better mechanic. They fixed are car and we are very happy thank you peninsula Subaru.
