I bought a Santa Fe 2024 car with cash on May 28th. The transmission went out the next week. It has been at the dealership 3 months now. I leave to Florida end of this month for 6 months. I need a car to take there. You don’t want me to take your car. Well I don’t want you having my car either. I would like you to stand behind your car. I would like you to give me a 2025 and call it a day. I am so frustrated. Your customer service is horrible. 3 months is unacceptable. John I hope you can work with me.
