I was searching for a Ford Maverick Pick Up Truck for several months online. One day while passing ACE Ford I decided to stop in. I spoke to Anthony Zappile, Sales Manager, and told him what model Maverick I was looking for and the options I preferred. I already had a buyer for another vehicle we owned and Anthony matched CarMax's offer which saved me some additional sales tax money trading it into ACE Ford. Anthony was excellent to deal with and there was no high pressuring that I experienced at other local Ford dealerships. Anthony started searching for vehicles in the area and sent me several options via email. After 3 - 4 weeks of searching for the right vehicle, Anthony located one for me and I was also fortunate to get the Ford Employee Sales pricing promotion ongoing currently. Anthony handed me over to Mark Galiazzi, a salesman at he dealership, who assisted me by showing me the vehicle and how to use some of the eqiuipment and options and we completed some of the paperwork together. Once that was completed I met with Matt Ricci, another manager at the dealership to go over warrantees, the agreement of sale, and we electronically signed all of the documents, which saved a lot of time and was very easy to do. All 3 gentlemen mentioned were extremely professional, thouroughly answered my questions and concerns, and were not at all pressuring me to buy anything I did not want. This transaction was one of the smoothest and best encountered in all of my years purchasing vehicles for myself and children. I will definitely recommend ACE Ford to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

After 64 years on earth, 20+ cars purchased from Flemington Ford and Flemington Car and Truck Country, I learned a lesson…Ciocca Ford dealership went to total crap. AFTER SALES👉NON-EXISTANT First off, the sales portion of the purchase was okay, but definitely been better in the past with Flemington. Salesman was very good as far as customer service. No complaints here. It appears to me the dealership is understaffed and no one seems to really care about their duties and responsibilities. Lackluster and inexperienced finance department and after sales is the worst I have ever seen. To get an operator on the phone for general questions is non-existent. Let me give a few examples. 👉Preparation of the vehicle was sub-par consisting of a wash only. Was a bit surprised because other dealers at least put a glaze, or a detail spray on the car 👉Emails regarding questions of an extended service plan and recalls on the 2022 Bronco Sport went unanswered 👉Finance Department has no one assigned. Don’t believe me…go on the website 👉Finance Department employees do not return calls 👉Paperwork misplaced and lost. Dealership had to resend missing documents to me for signature 👉Registration paperwork was not prepared nor was it sent to me on time. It took the dealer well over 30 days to process a registration. I had to call and leave messages numerous times to get this completed. They had no clue my paperwork was misplaced til I called them. 👉Calls and emails to the finance department, general manager went unanswered. 👉I felt the finance process was rushed 👉Emails to get my rewards points buying a blue certified vehicle went unanswered This dealership certainly has changed under the new owners. I cannot and will not recommend them anymore to friends and family as I did in the past. There are many other choices for new and used vehicles in NJ.

They kept my vehicle for a month without calling or responding to messages. I had to go there in person, only to be told to find another dealer because they don’t have any mechanic capable of diagnosing the issue. Total waste of time and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this dealer.

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

Just got back with my newly purchased car. Howard Salmon was superb. He was very down to earth from the moment we first spoke. Informative and professional, no hard sell even remotely. Easiest car I ever bought, and got a very good deal. Totally satisfied. He gave you his cell number, and he said call me at any time with any questions. He was wonderfully prepared for closing. He had prepared thoroughly for a large mass of paperwork, that accompanies buying a car, and it was so easy. A brief explanation and then, "sign here, initial here.." and then on to the next document. All questions were answered, but he made it easy.......you won't regret him as your salesman. Promise.

He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
