We had a very pleasant experience buying a 2022 Subaru Ascent from Lindsay Honda! We called ahead about it, and they were able to get us in right away when we drove up from Kentucky. Salesman Kyle Ermlich and his manager, Jon Holley, treated us with hospitality and genuine smiles, offering us a beverage before we even sat down! Kyle was friendly and courteous: he chatted with us when we were waiting, and was motivated to make the sale, but kept his interactions genial and respectful. When we were handed off to finance guru Michael Summers to complete the paperwork, he was very patient with us, answering every question to our satisfaction. They also were able to get us a lower interest rate than another dealership we had considered! At every step of the process, we felt taken care of instead of taken advantage of! Even though I live 3 hours away, you can bet I will turn to Lindsay Honda the next time I am looking for a car!

Purchased a car here after another dealership had sold a car out from under us. Test drove a Honda Civic and a Honda Accord. Loved them both, but ended up purchasing the Honda Civic and driving it off the lot that day. Worked with a Bob and a Gary and they were both easy to work with and very helpful and showed respect to us unlike the other dealership we had just come from. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HONDA CUSTOMER

I have purchased my last 5 cars from this dealership. We had a small mix-up with the paper work this last go around and the girls in the office were so quick to get it fix and very friendly with a positive attitude. I could not even be upset because they were so quick and on top of what needed to be fixed. My sales person Roy was so helpful and not pushy at all. I've also dealt with their service department and they are so pleasant. I usually deal with Ray and DJ both whom have always treated me very well and are both so helpful. I will continue to buy all my cars from this dealership. I love going in for my service appointments and watching the employee's interact with each other and smile to everyone that walks past. Also the donuts and snazzy coffee machine helps too. I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check Victory Honda out.

They advertise expert Honda service technicians. They advertise they offer loaner vehicles. So I make an appointment on their website on the 9th. I pick the soonest available slot they have. It's on the 16th. I check the box that says I need a loaner. They RSVP on the 10th asking more about my car's issue. (It's 1 busted TPMS Sensor, and 1 busted coil spring) so I reply, and I show up on the 16th expecting to drop my car off and leave with a loaner and go back to work. Dwayne is working the service desk and he looks up my appointment and says they can fix it, and when I ask about a loaner he says, " Ah.. If I had one I'd give it to you, but you've got to make an appointment like a week in advance to get a loaner." Having taken a little time off work to get this done and since I'm already there, I seethe a bit and start looking through my contacts to see who I can ask for a favor and pick me up. I'm waiting there for an hour like a fool waiting for my ride to show up on a moment's notice and Dwayne comes out and tells me, "We need to order a part and it's going to be here in the morning." I tell him I need the car by noon tomorrow as I have a dentist appointment. He assures me that they can have it done before then and he'll call me at 9:30am. My ride shows up and I leave the car there. The next day at 10:30 I haven't heard a thing, so I call. Josh says, "I don't know anything about that, hang on, I'll check." I sit on hold for a couple minutes listening to their recording about how they offer loaner vehicles and Josh comes back and says, "Yeah he's got it on the lift, he's thinking like 1:30 - 2:00" I explain to him what Dwayne and I had agreed upon, and that, I'm calling you after you've missed a deadline instead of you calling me. "He says let me see if I can bump that up" He comes back after a minute of holding and says, "Yeah, my tech is going to forego is lunch so he can have that for you by noon." Knowing that this is just the latest lie in a long line of them, I cancel my dentist appointment and wait for the call. 1:30 and still nothing. So I call, and ask what the deal is with my car. He says his tech is having some trouble pairing the new sensor to the computer because their service gadget is old." 2:30 comes and I get the call. I go and pick it up. When I get in, the seat is way to the rear, the mirrors are all messed around with, it smells like they left the window open through the carwash, and the side airbag light is on in the gauge cluster. Which is indicative of a wet seat. (Some time passed and the light went out.) The bill comes to $412, two days with no car, a bunch of favors a person with no car would ask of their friends. and 3 hours of lost wages missing work.

I had an appointment yesterday, 8/2/2021, to have door sill protectors put on my new HR-V. They had to order the parts and they arrived quickly. They then called to set up the appointment and at that time no installation price was discussed. I had previously shopped for the parts at the Honda eStore and the website gave an installed price. I made the assumption they would be in the neighborhood price wise. Upon arriving for my appointment I asked the service rep if he could tell me what it was going to cost for installation. He looked at his screen a shrugged that there was no quote given and he really wasn't sure. I then showed him the price that the eStore had given and he began to inform me that they don't honor prices from third party websites. I and the Honda employee standing next to him explained that the Honda eStore was indeed a genuine Honda entity and the price quote was legit. He then took my paper and huffed off to "talk to someone about it". He returned to say they would honor the price. After the car returned from getting serviced I looked at the sill protectors and found that they weren't adhering to the sills properly. They were coming up where they bend down over the outer edge of the sill and when push back in place they popped right back up. When I asked about it is when it got insulting. The first rep tried to tell me that when the car heated up, after I left with it, that the film would soften and mold itself to the sill. ( I didn't think to ask what would happen if it were January and not August.) I told him I disagreed and that I was not happy with them not adhering properly. He contended that it was normal for them to not stick right away the same as when you install window tint. Having lived in Phoenix for awhile and having a few cars tinted I questioned that. That's when the first rep went and got someone else to talk to me. This guy was a treat. More excuses and the whole "you don't understand" condescending attitude. Even went so far as to say they were “just stickers” and implied I my expectations might be a little high. (Shouldn't "stickers" actually stick?) After a few back and forth moments he did agree to remove them, quite hastily and with great disregard for my vehicle, and sent me on my way. Perhaps if I wouldn’t have questioned the installation cost and blindly let them overcharge me I could have avoided this treatment. They may, in my opinion, actually have taken the time to install them correctly instead of doing a quick and shoddy job of it just because they weren’t going to make enough money. I won’t return and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.
