I am Beyond VERY DISAPPOINTED (this is an Understatement and being kind) with the Toliver Ford Maintenance department. Particularly with Kayla Farmer. My Background: I am retired after working over 35 years in the Aviation Maintenance Field. I am a FAA Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. I worked for Major Airlines that are now either part of Delta Airlines or United Airlines. Working for them I was not only a licensed mechanic performing everything from routine overnight maintenance, to major overhaul. I became a Lead Mechanic overseeing a crew of licensed mechanics. I then became an Inspector, inspecting work that was completed by the mechanics. I held an FAA “Inspection Authorization”, and could certify a small aircraft “Airworthy” after maintenance. I owned and operated my own small FBO (Fix Base Operation) for this. Lastly I Held a Private Pilot license and was Instrument rated (this means I could fly in clouds by instruments Only). When my Ford F350 was initially brought into the dealership I was given an initial estimate by Kayla Farmer of under 1000. Then on Feb 18 this was revised upwards to 4100-4200. This forced me to rush down to my bank and get a loan. However the Total Bill that I received was just under 5000!!!!!!! (4997.75) I did speak to another representative who represented themselves as Kayla Farmer’s boss prior to receiving the final bill. I am Not Disputing the Work or Cost. It is what it is. What I am upset about is what I feel is a Boldface LIE by the Service Department with a Bold Face Lie of what the cost was going to run. I can only speculate the reason. I am NOT Recommending this Ford dealer to ANYONE. In fact the opposite. I have told my friends that also have Fords to Stay Away!

I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). Stood what I needed to. Get fixed. It's very hard to trust some one that is not some one you each day .He earned my trust.. Now he is no longer there ,that he had be transferred. I believe as a customer The owner or manager made a large mistake in doing so. I'm just a customer with 3 ford vehicle's that has spent thousands of dollars at Case Ford. I'm very sorry he no longer there.

Found a great deal online on a 2025 Colorado work truck with less than 500miles. Price listed online was $30,400 so we reached out to make sure the deal wasn’t a mistake before driving three hours. Salesmen assured us the price listed online was correct and we could possibly get a better deal once in person. Drove up and the first red flag is they sit you out in the open in a food court style lobby and take your license to the back. Next they have the poor salesman walk back to the finance manager who decides it’s good business to jack up the price to $34,000. We just drove three hours so understandably we were not happy about the bait and switch. Finance manager spoke to us like we were too stupid to understand so we left. If you can’t sell a car for what you list it online be honest and post the actual price.

I bought a preowned Ford Focus three years ago. Terry Cowart was my sales representative and the experiences was exceptional. Three years later I just bought a 2020 Ford Fusion and once again Terry was magnficent. A genuinely sincere individual, Terry made sure the car was ready for delivery and wouldn't release it until it met his exacting standards. In this instance it went back to detailing until it was done correctly. Never pushy and as accommodating as he can be, doing business with Terry is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

There’s absolutely NOTHING friendly about this Ford dealership. I have been lied to and gaslighted. I called mid June regarding two recall notices. Phyllis said they don’t have the update program yet to call back in about 30 days. Called mid July. Phyllis said they had the program to bring in the car. They kept the car for a week and a half. I got a call from Martin the “EV Manager” (who is in fact not the official EV manager he’s just really smart - his brother went to MIT as established by the Service Director). Not sure how the MOT comment relates to my problem but that’s the explanation the Service Director gave for Martin’s lie about being the EV manager. Martin said the vehicle was ready and recalls were done. He said “we borrowed the program from Tesla”. I picked up my vehicle July 23 not 100% satisfied with the information. On 09/03 I called inquiring about the recalls since they still populated on my Ford app. I received an official notice via mail from Ford that there was program available for the recalls at this time. Martin said the recalls will always remain active (even after completion) as this is a way to put responsibility on the manufacturer. I called a second Ford dealership and they said that’s not true. I asked why did they lie about the recalls being done in July. He doubled down and said they did get done. The vehicle was towed to Friendly Ford on 09/19 to replace 12v battery and the recalls checked AGAIN. On 09/22 Phyllis called me and said the vehicle would be ready (battery replaced and recalls completed) between 2-3 PM. I arrived around 230 PM. I asked Phyllis to speak to the manager because the recalls were “done” in July. I’m livid with the lies and deception by the staff. Cut the SD stating that Martin is not the EV Manager and his brother went to MIT. The SD questioned him as to why he would say that he said well I’m going to be. The Director said you’re not yet, you shouldn’t say that to customers. The SD asked him why did he say the recalls were done in July, Martin said he did not read into each line item, only that the ticket was completed. Apparently, the recalls said incomplete but he didn’t research and told me they were done. The SD continued to state he didn’t understand why I was upset. Cue the SD saying “I don’t think we lied purposefully. Maybe just misled you about what was done”. I told him those are synonyms of each other. The SD didn’t take accountability for the lies about actual work done. Then he said the vehicle was not ready and still needed 6 hours of system updates. I left in a rental they would drop off my car tomorrow morning. On 09/23 I was told the my vehicle was being dropped off. I called them back to tell them the vehicle was having more issues. I texted Phyllis the picture of the blank screen. Phyllis called me at 12:40 PM and said they would pick up my car again. I explained I leave work at 4 PM I have a toddler to pick up at 5 PM if not late pick up fees accrue. She said the vehicle will be there before 4. I called back at 4:06 the rental was not on site and I needed to leave. The rental arrived 4:10 PM. She called me to tell me the rental was finally there that he got lost. I told his this was incompetent. I told her I would not leave a 5 star review. I have a child to pick up and Friendly Ford is obviously not going to cover the late fee costs. Phyllis continuously asked me to leave a 5 star review but to voice my concerns in the comments. I cannot do that in good faith. At 5:18 Tessa, service manager, texted me saying the car screen was fine. I explained to her what was going. Tessa then began to gaslight me saying I have no right to be upset or call the staff incompetent with the service they’ve provided. She then said I had no right to say I was going to give them a 1 star. I explained I have every right to be upset as I have been blatantly lied to. I explained to her WHY I cursed at the situation, not at Phyllis. She gaslight me/ refused service.

As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. We blew out two tires and damaged a rim on Hwy20 on our way to Florida. We had to find a Ford dealer and a tow truck close by. Bianca in the service department was able to find tires and a new rim. They dropped us off at our hotel nearby. Also, they picked us up the next day. We feel that Bianca went out of her way to make us feel welcomed, reducing our stress. Bianca kept in contact with us throughout the ordeal, even when we were waiting for the tow truck on the side of the road.Bianca was very knowledgeable about what was needed. She knows her stuff. She topped it off with a car wash! Very refreshing to see someone with great work ethic! Thank you!!!
