The overall experience was excellent especially our sale person Carter Young who was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful during the entire process. We had our car within a week and the staff we interacted with was extremely attentive and helpful throughout. Thank you for a great car buying experience!

I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
