Abdullah Albadari showed me a really decent preowned replacement CRV, that was in great condition with low mileage and just what I could afford if I wanted to trade mine in. My husband and I drove over a hour to test drive a couple cars. Right from the start Jon Schloegel was great. He gave us all the info on both cars as we test drove them. We weren't sure which one we wanted, and we went with what we were ok with. Over the weekend, we let Jon know that we changed our minds and Jon and his team were nothing but accommodating!! Once we came back to get the Honda Pilot, Jon went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were answered! We are extremely happy with Jon and his team and we are telling everyone that we know that is looking for a car to take the drive it's worth it here! Thanks again Jon!!

Luciano was my car salesman. Luciano listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also gave him a price range I wanted to stay in. I also mentioned wanting the best interest rate on purchasing a used car. Most of us customers don't know what we need and want. I had an idea in mind a good sales person listens understands and go off the starting point. I went for a car and ended up with a 2022 HR-V 5 door AWD sport. I absolutely love Honda. Luciano didn't care how many cars I test drove. He sat giving me car fax information and details on each vehicle. I also wanted a gps feature since the law came into effect we can't hold our cell phones. So we stepped up into a newer car with safety features gps plus with low mileage. I appreciated Luciano meeting my requirements for purchasing a vehicle and his calm nature . He also saved me money on my car insurance with all the safety features the vehicle has. It's a win win when a sales person genuinely cares about his customers. It's a win win for the company and Luciano more customers will come just for his and his knowledge patience. George sold me 2 warranties explaining the importance and benefits. George also showed me around the Honda dealership . Luciano and George made sure I was comfortable while waiting to finalize my purchase. After finishing my purchasing agreement Luciano left to fill my vehicle with gas. Luciano walked out to a washed waxed and clean inside of the vehicle done by employees at the dealership. I was floored how clean and extra they took into my purchase. Luciano went over different features on my vehicle explaining where everything was again. it was a good experience I will be back. Luciano I will tell everyone what a fantastic sales person you are. Having dealt with Ray Price Honda for many years and I tell everyone "Ray Price is a dealer unlike any other I have ever dealt with". They care about you and do not try to sell you services you do not need. You can trust that if they tell you a service is needed it is. Since finding Ray Price Honda all our cars are serviced by them, and when our 2008 GMC Envoy needed its 100,000 mile service they suggested we have Ray Price GMC take care of it. Needless to say, you can trust the service writers to do what is best for you. And when it comes to sales, Maria has always been willing to go the extra mile for you, working to find the best car for you, explaining how everything works and then fixing and re-explaining when you mess up or forget how to do a setting. (It is always easier to ask Maria than to look at the manual). Thank you Ray Price for employing such a wonderful team!

Worst auto purchase in 40 years. I bought a 2026 Honda CRV Touring from this group 6/30/25. I was sold a Portfolio extended warranty for almost $4000.00. After realizing how overcharged I was, I went in the next day to cancel the warranty. That was 9+ weeks ago, the GM, Finance Manager and salesperson are at a loss of why I haven’t been credited the $4000.00. I was told it can take up to 6 weeks. I’m being held hostage by WILLIAMS AUTO GROUP, I don’t want to refinance until this amount is refunded to my loan. I have bought several vehicles from this group, NEVER been treated so poorly. For the record I bought a Toyota from a group in Ithaca NY in 2024, it cost $15,000 more than this CRV and I paid $2500 for the EXACT SAME COVERAGE. Also, my windshield got a HUGE crack in it with less than 500 miles (the car had about 160 miles on it when I signed the papers.). I thought it was a manufacturers defect since I didn’t hear anything hit the windshield. I was told by Williams Service it was my problem, they didn’t do windshields. I took it about 40 miles away to have the windshield replaced and had to go back to Williams to have it reprogrammed. When I questioned the service manager about the crack being a manufacturers defect she told me to call the company that replaced it and see if I could find the replaced windshield so they (Williams Honda) could inspect it and that I should have brought the car back to Williams to be fixed. She was upset until she found out my insurance covered the cost. Williams Honda doesn’t make HONDA look very good. I feel like I was bullied and swindled by crooks at this dealership.

Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. We actually bought a toyota from him (he's a honda salesman) that happened to be on the lot. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center!
