I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Hartway - Mark Kotlewski

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Hartway Motors. I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. I would also like to thank Nicole (finance manager) who helped with the extended warranty and financing that fit into our budget. I highly recomend these individules at this dealership for making our purchase enjoyable and worthwhile.

West Herr Chevy of Hamburg is top notch from start to - Lauren Maloney

West Herr Chevy of Hamburg is top notch from start to finish! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with their service department. A huge shoutout to Service Manager Marc, our advisor Gerardo, and the technician who kept us updated throughout the entire process. It was so nice to actually feel like we knew what was going on with our vehicle instead of being left wondering or having to chase someone down for updates. They got us an appointment quickly, got the work done quickly, and kept us informed every step of the way. That combination is hard to beat! Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of us and our vehicle. You can tell when a service department actually works as a team, and these guys absolutely do! We highly recommend West Herr Chevy of Hamburg’s service department! If you want great communication, fast service, and a team that treats you right, look no further. They knocked it out of the park!

Service Manager Steve is great, he calls to inform - radecarlo98

Service Manager Steve is great, he calls to inform pricing before work is started and is a straight shooter. Some services are priced to high because of the GM book rate. So some services I do myself, but for all others I request Doc. He's their best tech and does great work trouble shooting or knowing off hand what the problem is.

Samantha was very good she took the time to explain - bigblue1962

Samantha was very good she took the time to explain everything and show me the difference between the truck models. Check in after the sale to make sure that I didn’t have any questions. The truck could have been cleaned a little better before I picked it up but not a big deal

Mr Paul Augello, with Keller Chevrolet is an awesome, - gwen

Mr Paul Augello, with Keller Chevrolet is an awesome, honorable person who goes above beyond with keeping me up on all my maintenance and any concerns I may have.  I came in on March 12, 2026.  I am going to start by saying, I've been around the world and back, but I must acknowledge Mr Paul Augello for his consistent, honorable, patient, kindness and professionalism.   I can count on one hand when it comes to an individual who always go above and beyond.   His service that I know of and has seen with other customers are truly incredible.  He is a true dedicated individual who should be recognized for his service.   Mr Paul Augello makes you feel like more than a customer, he makes you feel like your apart of the Chevy family.  He is a personable person, caring and very knowledgeable in his verbal communications.   I believe he will always be an asset to your organization.  It's a true pleasure to come to a place of business and know that the individual across the counter has your best interest in doing business with you.  I Thank You Mr Paul Augello for your amazing, exceptional service and support for your customers.   Gwen

From start to finish, my time at Paul Brown Chevy was - Ka

From start to finish, my time at Paul Brown Chevy was smooth. From Preston, Tracy, Jim and the rest of the staff, everyone was very helpful. They were friendly, very easy to talk to. As a woman its intimidating to go to a dealership to buy a car but this was by far my smoothest and easiest sale of my life. Highly recommend and will only go there from now on!! Thank you again for my dream Jeep!

I cant say anything negative about my experience with... - hartofmichelle1977

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!

Big zero from the owner on down! - bjraner12

Warsaw and Perry dealerships. Didn't budge on price. gave me $300. less on my trade in than quoted. I had to wait 4 days for the truck to pass inspection and was told it was due to the service department getting the wrong part. Once I received the truck I put it on my lift and realized the underside was in rougher shape than I had thought. My only complaint was I wanted a second key that I felt the dealer should have provided especially after the fact that I had been shafted on my trade in, and I was told that I would have to buy one. I contacted the owner and the manager, and was never contacted back. Don't waste your time people, buy somewhere else!!
