The salesman was very efficient in completing our purchase. Even though he went over the features of this automobile there were too many things to remember, and I am looking forward to have a follow-up meeting in the future. My only complaint is with all the manuals that are supplied with this car. There are too many models included in the manuals and the some of the features are not included with my car. It would be a more meaningful manual if it was only for this model and then you could determine what features are applicable to your vehicle.

When I went to do the final paper work and pick up of my new (used) car, I had an appointment but had to wait 1 hour because, I am assuming, all the walk in customers. I work retail and I understand but I had an appointment. They almost lost a sale. I hope you fix that.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
