My console camera froze while I was at an appointment 5 - westdonaldj

My console camera froze while I was at an appointment 5 minutes away from Tri State Nissan and I drove right in. Skylar greeted me and took the car in the bay. They tried a procedure to unfreeze the camera which didn't reset the system. She informed me they would have to call the company about the camera. She offered me a replacement vehicle because the tech to help with the problem wasn't there, so I drove my car home. Skylar called me the next day at 10:00 A.M. and told me to come back because the tech found the solution. The company tech talked the service department through the procedure and fixed the problem. I am so grateful for everything. Everyone worked together to solve the problem. Thank you!

Friends. - Lisa

Friends....I didn't want a car payment! My car, with over 100,00, miles was good for another few years, right? We just pulled in to take a look and browse at the Stuckey Dealership on West College Avenue. Their inventory was amazing! I was looking for a vehicle with the 3rd row seating and with plenty of room. Adam met us in the parking lot and pointed us to several options. He was pleasant and very personable, with no "we have a deal for you" talk! We looked, we walked away and a day later we were back looking for Adam Keller. We sat together and talked about our needs, we drove a few cars from the lot but didn't find the perfect fit. Adam sat down with us and found the car we liked online and had it ready for us to drive the very next day. I know you know how this story ends, we drove away from the lot in a new, used vehicle that was our perfect fit. We have been driving the car for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! I have shared Adam's name, that's Adam Keller, with anyone who asks about our new vehicle. This young man, along with the entire staff we had encountered, was incredible to deal with. Therer was no pressure, no "in your face" car dealing, no add-ons that were unnecessary. This was the best car purchase experience we have had, and we have had many! Friends, you won't be disappointed! Look for Adam Keller at 3280 West College Avenue....you will be thrilled with his service! Well done, Adam....thanks for being our car guy!!! Lisa and Steve

I went to the dealership for an oil change and left with a "newused" car. Eric Herzog was the salesman that I dealt with and was a lot of fun. I was a nervous wreck, but he was very cheerful and encouraging through the entire process. Derek Mann held my hand through the finances and got me the best interest rates available. I got the car home and my family was estastic to say the least. Thank you all for a fun filled day of car buying!

I have been dealing with these guys for over 30 years. I am guessing that we have purchased 10 or more cars there. I can honestly say that I will never purchase or service a car anywhere else. We took delivery yesterday morning, October 30th. The Acura MDX is all we hoped it would be. This thing has more whistles & and bells than I imaged. Special thank you to Scott Long for making this an enjoyable experience. Our deal was easy (a non event ) and Scotts knowledge and his professionalism made our purchase the easiest vehicle buying experience I can remember!! It is too bad that Laurel Nissan is so far from Amarillo, TX. I would enjoy having coffee with Scott and seeing the dealerships he represents. He is a great ambassador for Laurel Nissan and Car Sales in general. Down to earth, with integrity not found in all dealerships. If we are in the market for another vehicle, I would not hesitate to contact Scott first.. Thank you Scott & Laurel Nissan for a great car purchase experience .. Donald R. Dougherty Amarillo, TEXAS
