Located about an hour and a half from our home, Shawn provided all the info I needed about the car via text, including sending a walk around video and pricing estimates before my husband and I made the drive out. Once there, Shawn and the entire team were wonderful to work with as we took it for a test drive and worked out the finer details to get into my Bronco. Great customer service from professional and personable sales staff. They were happy to sit down and LISTEN to what we were looking for. They then brought vehicles for us to look at that matched our needs. They never any pressure, just courteous presentations of option sea clear explanations of the options. We asked two questions the person was unsure of so she went and got the answers for us. The Benner Family does an excellent job of management. If you are interested in a Ford vehicle this is the first and last place you will need to look. Outstanding people and clean, professional sales and work environment. the biggest plus is their Service department, it is the best Ford service department I have ever used. My first Ford was 1963 Ford F-100. So I have seen many service departments, this one is the top one.

RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca

Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.
