I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. I thought I would take a look, make notes, and gather appropriate information that could assist me with a thorough & thoughtful decision later on in the year. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless. The Quick Lane AC technicians were able to determine that the expansion valve in my AC unit that was replaced in June was defected so it was replaced again without charging me for the cost of the part or the diagnostic check that was preformed. Trent Meyers, the service advisor, kept me updated with everything throughout. I was more than satisfied with the way everything was taken care of, including the yearly vehicle inspection that I initially scheduled to be preformed on my 2011 Mercury.

I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!

DISHONEST PRACTICES - Ras

I recently took my car in for an inspection. Car is only three years old and with low mileage. Warranty has run out on parts like brakes, battery, etc. Was told that I needed brakes and rotors. Had a feeling that this was not true. Took my vehicle to another station. Was told I DID NOT NEED brakes or rotors, and my car passed inspection. So sad when a dealership has to be dishonest in order to make money off of their customers. Also have been having transmission problems with my 2013 Ford Fiesta and have had the car to the shop FOUR times and car is not even four years old yet. Would never return to DelBaso for any vehicle EVER!!!!!

I am talking specifically about their diesel repair shop. I have a 2006 f250 6.0. My HPOP went out and I had them fix it. Their repair lasted a couple months until the brand new stand pipe started leaking due to a Crack from being over torqued. The truck had to be towed. The dealership found the cracked stand pipe, a nicked O- ring pn an injector dumping fuel into the crankcase and the number 4 injector totally failed (they replaced all of the injectors, the HPOP, the stand pipes and dummy plugs and the IPR. Costing $5000). The truck was down for 3 months while they hunted down all the problems caused by their faulty work. Then, over the past few months, I had the exhaust Y pipe to the turbo start leaking. Didn't think much of it until I started working on it. It turns out they didn't torque the turbo stand correctly so it started moving. The movement is what caused the Y pipe to go bad. Not I'm replacing the head gaskets. I don't think thays their fault, but they didn't torque the intake manifold correctly, so it's loose. They also didn't put the egr cooler support boot is, so that stated leaking as well. I also found many other bolts not torqued to specification. Some loose, some over torqued. This service center is a joke... and a bad one at that. If you value your time, money and your truck, stay far far away from this shop.

Damaged our Ford F150 - Nancy

Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.
